本发明提供了一种电梯钢丝绳,包括外层股、金属芯、内层股,所述外层股和所述内层股都是由一根内层钢丝和六根外层钢丝编捻而成,其特征在于,所述外层股和所述内层股的数量相同、捻向相同,其两者之间采用同向捻制,所述外层股和所述内层股之间用钢丝圈紧固连接,所述钢丝圈内设置填充股,所述填充股为1股具有高耐压性能的PPC尼龙芯。本发明的有益效果是:该钢丝绳,通过钢丝圈和填充股,提高了承载能力,填充股为PPC尼龙芯,减少了钢丝绳的磨损,增加了其耐疲劳性能,与普通钢芯的钢丝绳相比,延长了钢丝绳的使用寿命,降低了钢丝绳的断丝率和断股率。

技术领域
本发明涉及电梯技术领域,具体涉及一种电梯钢丝绳。
背景技术
土地资源日趋紧张,楼层越来越高,电梯的提升速度越来越快,成本的因素导致建筑用电梯的机房也越来越小,这就对钢丝绳提出了很高的要求,要求钢丝绳的直径越来越细,承载能力越来越高。目前,电梯用钢丝绳以8*19S+NF 结构类钢丝绳居多,这类钢丝绳的可绕性不好,承载能力、耐疲劳能力也较差,寿命短。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种电梯钢丝绳。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电梯钢丝绳,包括外层股(1)、金属芯(2)、内层股(3),所述外层股(1)和所述内层股(3)都是由一根内层钢丝和六根外层钢丝编捻而成,其特征在在于,所述外层股(1)和所述内层股(3)的数量相同、捻向相同,其两者之间采用同向捻制,所述外层股(1)和所述内层股(3)之间用钢丝圈(4)紧固连接,所述钢丝圈(4)内设置填充股(5)。
进一步的,所述外层股(1)和所述内层股(3)的数量为6到9根。
进一步的,所述填充股(5)为1股具有高耐压性能的PPC尼龙芯。PPC尼龙芯具有很好的稳定性,而高强度耐压的PPC 尼龙芯含有的油脂,可以使其润滑效果保留更长的时间,减少了钢丝绳的磨损,增加了其耐疲劳性能。
进一步的,所述内层钢丝和外层钢丝均为304 不锈钢钢丝,其304 不锈钢钢丝的直径为0.25mm。
进一步的,所述金属芯(2)为1根横截面为圆形的钢丝。
进一步的,所述金属芯(2)由6-9根钢丝组成。

进一步的,所述填充股(5)为1股具有高耐压性能的PPC尼龙芯。PPC尼龙芯具有很好的稳定性,而高强度耐压的PPC 尼龙芯含有的油脂,可以使其润滑效果保留更长的时间,减少了钢丝绳的磨损,增加了其耐疲劳性能。
进一步的,所述内层钢丝和外层钢丝均为304 不锈钢钢丝,其304 不锈钢钢丝的直径为0.25mm。

1.一种电梯钢丝绳,包括外层股(1)、金属芯(2)、内层股(3),所述外层股(1)和所述内层股(3)都是由一根内层钢丝和六根外层钢丝编捻而成,其特征在在于,所述外层股(1)和所述内层股(3)的数量相同、捻向相同,其两者之间采用同向捻制,所述外层股(1)和所述内层股(3)之间用钢丝圈(4)紧固连接,所述钢丝圈(4)内设置填充股(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电梯钢丝绳,其特征在于,所述外层股(1)和所述内层股(3)的数量为6到9根。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电梯钢丝绳,其特征在于,所述填充股(5)为1股具有高耐压性能的PPC尼龙芯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电梯钢丝绳,其特征在于,所述内层钢丝和外层钢丝均为304 不锈钢钢丝,其304 不锈钢钢丝的直径为0.25mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电梯钢丝绳,其特征在于,所述金属芯(2)为1根横截面为圆形的钢丝。
