背景技术
随着生活水平的提高和消费观念的转变,人们对生活环境和自身健康的关注日益提高。基于对环境保护和可持续发展的考虑以及人们对生态纺织品和绿色环保生产工艺的追求,天然产物的开发与利用获得了高度重视。很多天然产物具有良好的生物降解性、环境相容性及多种复合功能性,因此可作为绿色环保的着色剂和整理剂,用于纺织品的染色及功能整理。
天然黄酮类化合物是一类在植物中广泛分布的多酚化合物,具有多种生物活性和很高的药用价值。据统计,人们使用的天然产物中有50%属于黄酮类结构。槲皮素是众多黄酮类化合物中生物活性最高的化合物之一。但槲皮素的水溶性不佳,这会导致其应用于纺织品处理时,在处理液中发生沉淀,影响其利用率、功能性及纺织品经其处理后的外观。
蚕丝素有“纤维皇后”的美誉,但由于其蛋白质本性、纤维表面积较大和易吸湿等特点,为细菌的繁殖提供了适宜的环境。由于臭氧层日渐稀薄,照射到地面的太阳光紫外线增强,而紫外线是皮肤所有外源性致衰老因素中作用最大的、累积性最强的因素。但大多数蚕丝织物质地较为轻薄,因此其抗紫外线功能较差。再者,人体皮肤因受各种因素的影响而产生有害自由基,这些自由基会导致皮肤器官组织细胞的减少和破坏,皮肤细胞免疫能力的下降,从而引起皮肤的衰老和病变。而具备抗氧化能力的纺织品可以有效地清除自由基来保护皮肤。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种改性蚕丝织物及其制备方法,本发明的改性槲皮素具有良好水溶性和紫外线吸收功能,并将其用于蚕丝织物的处理,可赋予蚕丝织物多种功能性和均匀的颜色。
本发明提供了一种改性蚕丝织物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将槲皮素与反应型紫外线吸收剂在水中混合均匀,并将pH调节为9-10.5,反应后得到改性槲皮素;
(2)将改性槲皮素的pH值调节为3-5,向其中加入蚕丝织物,在75-90℃下处理40-60min后,取出织物,水洗、晾干后得到改性槲皮素处理的蚕丝织物。

进一步地,在步骤(1)中,使用碳酸钠、磷酸钠或磷酸氢二钠调节pH。

本发明还提供了一种采用上述方法所制备的改性蚕丝织物。
本发明采用水溶性反应型紫外吸收剂,在碱性条件下,乙烯砜硫酸酯基经消除反应生成乙烯砜基,然后与槲皮素的酚羟基发生亲核加成反应,形成共价键,一步反应法即可得到具备良好水溶性和紫外线吸收功能的改性槲皮素。其中,反应型紫外吸收剂中的磺酸基赋予了改性槲皮素良好的水溶性,反应型紫外吸收剂中三嗪环的母体结构为改性槲皮素提供紫外线吸收功能。将改性槲皮素用于处理蚕丝织物,可赋予蚕丝织物多种功能性(良好的抗氧化、紫外线防护和抗菌性能)和均匀的颜色。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:
(1)本发明提供的槲皮素改性方法,简单易行,可显著提高槲皮素的水溶性和紫外线吸收功能,便于将其应用于纺织品的整理,解决了未改性槲皮素应用于纺织品整理时水溶性差、颜色不均匀的问题。
(2)本发明利用改性槲皮素处理蚕丝织物的加工过程,具有环境友好的特点,而且能同时赋予蚕丝织物优异的抗菌、紫外线防护和抗氧化性能等多种功能性,在生产环节上能大大减少各种功能助剂的使用、节约成本、缩短加工时间。
(3)本发明的方法极大地提高了槲皮素在纺织品领域的利用价值和应用的便利性,拓宽了槲皮素的应用领域,提高了槲皮素整理纺织品的品质。
(4)本发明为解决槲皮素水溶性差、在纺织品上应用不便的问题提供了新方法,为蚕丝织物的多功能整理提供了新的思路,具有很好的应用前景。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种利用改性槲皮素制备多功能蚕丝织物的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)改性槲皮素的制备:将质量比为0.3:1的槲皮素粉末与反应型紫外线吸收剂加入至100mL水中,充分搅拌,加入碳酸钠调节溶液pH值至10,60℃下振荡反应40分钟,得到改性槲皮素溶液。其中,反应型紫外线吸收剂的结构式如下:
(2)改性槲皮素处理蚕丝织物:用磷酸氢二钠-柠檬酸调节步骤(1)所得改性槲皮素溶液的pH值至4,投入蚕丝织物,按照浴比50:1,以2℃/分钟的升温速度升温至80℃,保温处理60分钟。处理结束后,取出蚕丝织物,并充分水洗,晾干,即得经改性蚕丝织物。
实施例2
一种利用改性槲皮素制备多功能蚕丝织物的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)改性槲皮素的制备:将质量比为0.2:1的槲皮素粉末与实施例1中的反应型紫外线吸收剂加入至100mL水中,充分搅拌,加入碳酸钠调节溶液pH值至10,50℃下振荡反应40分钟,得到改性槲皮素溶液。
(2)改性槲皮素处理蚕丝织物:用磷酸氢二钠-柠檬酸调节步骤(1)所得改性槲皮素溶液的pH值至3,投入蚕丝织物,按照浴比50:1,以1℃/分钟的升温速度升温至75℃,保温处理60分钟。处理结束后,取出蚕丝织物,并充分水洗,晾干,即得经改性蚕丝织物。
实施例3
一种利用改性槲皮素制备多功能蚕丝织物的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)改性槲皮素的制备:将质量比为0.4:1的槲皮素粉末与实施例1中的反应型紫外线吸收剂加入至100mL水中,充分搅拌,加入碳酸钠调节溶液pH值至10,60℃下振荡反应40分钟,得到改性槲皮素溶液。
(2)改性槲皮素处理蚕丝织物:用磷酸氢二钠-柠檬酸调节步骤(1)所得改性槲皮素溶液的pH值至5,投入蚕丝织物,按照浴比50:1,以2℃/分钟的升温速度升温至90℃,保温处理60分钟。处理结束后,取出蚕丝织物,并充分水洗,晾干,即得经改性蚕丝织物。
对于实施例1得到的改性槲皮素,用肉眼直接观测和用双光束紫外可见分光光度计(日本岛津公司Shimadzu UV-1800)评价其水溶性,具体方法为:将相同浓度的改性槲皮素和未改性槲皮素溶液稀释25倍,用紫外可见分光光度计扫描溶液光谱。图1为本发明的改性槲皮素的光学照片图,图1中左侧为水中未改性槲皮素,未改性槲皮素几乎不溶于水,在溶液中发生了严重的沉淀,水呈现淡黄色;右侧为改性槲皮素的水溶液,溶液呈透明的棕褐色。图2为其紫外可见分光光度计测试结果;改性槲皮素的紫外光区具有很明显的吸收峰,且吸光度值较高,说明改性槲皮素具有良好的水溶性。
对于经改性槲皮素制备的多功能性蚕丝织物,用Datacolor 600型测色仪(美国德塔颜色科技有限公司)测试多个点或多个位置的表面色深值(K/S)颜色,用公式(1)计算各测试点表面色深值偏离平均值的程度,得到处理织物上各测点的K/S值与所有测试点K/S平均值的标准偏差(δ),δ值越小,说明颜色均匀性越好。
式中,δ为处理织物上各测点的K/S值与所有测试点K/S平均值的标准偏差;n为测定总次数或测试取样点总数;(K/S)i为第i点的K/S值;为所有测试点的K/S的平均值。对于经改性槲皮素处理所得到的多功能性蚕丝织物,其抗菌性、紫外线防护性能和抗氧化性能分别通过《GB/T 20944.3-2008纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》、《GB/T 18830-2009纺织品防紫外线性能的评定》和ABTS自由基清除能力测定法来评价。
以未改性槲皮素处理的蚕丝织物作为对照,结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,改性槲皮素处理蚕丝织物颜色的δ值很小,而未改性槲皮素处理蚕丝织物颜色的δ值很大,说明改性槲皮素处理的蚕丝织物具有更好的颜色均匀性。且经改性槲皮素处理的蚕丝织物具备优秀的抗菌、紫外线防护和抗氧化性能,而经未改性槲皮素处理的蚕丝织物的抗菌和紫外线防护性能较差。
实施例4
一种利用改性槲皮素制备多功能蚕丝织物的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)改性槲皮素的制备:将质量比为0.4:1的槲皮素粉末与实施例1中的反应型紫外线吸收剂加入至100mL水中,充分搅拌,加入磷酸氢二钠调节溶液pH值至9,50℃下振荡反应40分钟,得到改性槲皮素溶液。
(2)改性槲皮素处理蚕丝织物:用柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠调节步骤(1)所得改性槲皮素溶液的pH值至4,投入蚕丝织物,按照浴比30:1,以1℃/分钟的升温速度升温至75℃,保温处理60分钟。处理结束后,取出蚕丝织物,并充分水洗,晾干,即得经改性蚕丝织物。
实施例5
一种利用改性槲皮素制备多功能蚕丝织物的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)改性槲皮素的制备:将质量比为0.2:1的槲皮素粉末与实施例1中的反应型紫外线吸收剂加入至100mL水中,充分搅拌,加入磷酸钠调节溶液pH值至10.5,70℃下振荡反应50分钟,得到改性槲皮素溶液。
(2)改性槲皮素处理蚕丝织物:用醋酸-醋酸钠调节步骤(1)所得改性槲皮素溶液的pH值至4,投入蚕丝织物,按照浴比40:1,以2℃/分钟的升温速度升温至85℃,保温处理40分钟。处理结束后,取出蚕丝织物,并充分水洗,晾干,即得经改性蚕丝织物。
以上实施例说明,用本发明方法制备的改性蚕丝织物具有很好的颜色均匀性以及优异的抗菌、紫外线防护和抗氧化性能等多种复合功能性。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,并不用于限制本发明,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种改性蚕丝织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将槲皮素与反应型紫外线吸收剂在水中混合均匀,并将pH调节为9-10.5,反应后得到改性槲皮素;
(2)将所述改性槲皮素的pH值调节为3-5,向其中加入蚕丝织物,在75-90℃下处理后,得到所述改性蚕丝织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改性蚕丝织物的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(1)中,所述反应型紫外线吸收剂为结构式中含乙烯砜硫酸酯基和磺酸基的三嗪类反应型紫外吸收剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改性蚕丝织物的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(1)中,所述槲皮素与反应型紫外线吸收剂的质量比为0.2-0.4:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改性蚕丝织物的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(1)中,使用碳酸钠、磷酸钠或磷酸氢二钠调节pH。
5.根据权利要求1所述的改性蚕丝织物的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(1)中,在50-70℃下反应。
6.根据权利要求1所述的改性蚕丝织物的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(2)中,使用缓冲剂调节pH。
7.根据权利要求6所述的改性蚕丝织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述缓冲剂为磷酸氢二钠-柠檬酸、柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠或醋酸-醋酸钠。
8.根据权利要求1所述的改性蚕丝织物的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(2)中,按照浴比30-50:1进行处理。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的方法所制备的改性蚕丝织物。
