Abstract
本发明公开了一种绿色润滑剂,所述一种绿色润滑剂包括下列重量份数的物质:聚酰胺-酰亚胺树脂60份、醋酸丁脂10份、耐磨添加剂20份、硼酸11份、锆锰粉混料9份、乙醇24份。本发明润滑剂不仅在室温大气下具有很高的耐磨性,而且在高温下,仍具有相当好的结果。随着温度的升高,耐磨性降低,即使温度升到300℃,仍具有一定的耐磨性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种绿色润滑剂。
背景技术
润滑剂通常由树脂粘结剂、固体润滑剂、耐磨添加剂以及颜料等组成。润滑剂和通常使用的油、脂不同,它是不能补充的,在干摩擦条件下,它的润滑作用主要靠粘附在底材上的一层厚度为几微米至几十微米厚的薄膜,一旦膜被磨穿,润滑便失效。因此,提高干膜的使用寿命,便是研制干膜润滑剂的主要研究方向。现有润滑剂的特点是:承受负荷能力高、摩擦系数低,可在高负荷条件下使用。在真空环境中二硫化钼型润滑有着良好的应用特性。但是在中等及轻负荷条件下使用时,其使用寿命就显得不能令人满意。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有产品中的不足,提供一种绿色润滑剂。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种绿色润滑剂,所述一种绿色润滑剂包括下列重量份数的物质:聚酰胺-酰亚胺树脂60份、醋酸丁脂10份、耐磨添加剂20份、硼酸11份、锆锰粉混料9份、乙醇24份。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明润滑剂不仅在室温大气下具有很高的耐磨性,而且在高温下,仍具有相当好的结果。随着温度的升高,耐磨性降低,即使温度升到300℃,仍具有一定的耐磨性。
