本发明公开了一种聚氨酯密封胶,按质量份数,由下列组分构成:按质量份数,由下列组分构成:聚醚型聚氨酯预聚物100~110份、甘油2~4份、蓖麻油10~12份、钛白粉10~15份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2~4份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.01~0.05、生石灰粉10~15、木质素5~10份、颜料2~5份。制备方法如下:依次称取上述配方量的各组分,均匀混合后,室温放置4~7天即可固化,得成品聚氨酯密封胶。本发明制得的聚氨酯密封胶可用于船甲板及混凝土建筑物的嵌缝密封,密封胶强度大大提高且耐热性得到提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯密封胶及其制备方法,应用于胶粘剂加工技术领域。
背景技术
密封胶是指随密封面形状而变形、不易流淌、具有一定粘结性的密封材料,是用来填充构形间隙,以起到密封作用的胶粘剂,具有防泄漏、防水、防震动及隔音、隔热等作用,目前市场上的聚氨酯密封胶存在一定缺点,如不能长期耐热,且密封胶强度不高。
发明内容
为解决上述的问题,本发明公开了一种聚氨酯密封胶及其制备方法。
本发明公布了一种聚氨酯密封胶,按质量份数,由下列组分构成:聚醚型聚氨酯预聚物100~110份、甘油2~4份、蓖麻油10~12份、钛白粉10~15份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2~4份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.01~0.05、生石灰粉10~15、木质素5~10份、颜料2~5份。
本发明的制备方法如下:
依次称取上述配方量的各组分,均匀混合后,室温放置4~7天即可固化,得成品聚氨酯密封胶。
采用本技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:制得的聚氨酯密封胶可用于船甲板及混凝土建筑物的嵌缝密封,密封胶强度大大提高且耐热性得到提高。

本发明公布了一种聚氨酯密封胶,按质量份数,由下列组分构成:聚醚型聚氨酯预聚物110份、甘油3份、蓖麻油12份、钛白粉12份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.03、生石灰粉12、木质素10份、颜料4份。
本发明的制备方法如下:
依次称取上述配方量的各组分,均匀混合后,室温放置4~7天即可固化,得成品聚氨酯密封胶。

1.一种聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于:按质量份数,由下列组分构成:聚醚型聚氨酯预聚物100~110份、甘油2~4份、蓖麻油10~12份、钛白粉10~15份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2~4份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.01~0.05、生石灰粉10~15、木质素5~10份、颜料2~5份。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于:按质量份数,由下列组分构成:聚醚型聚氨酯预聚物100份、甘油2份、蓖麻油10份、钛白粉10份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.03、生石灰粉12、木质素10份、颜料3份。

4.如权利要求1所制得的一种聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于,制备方法如下:
