本发明公开了一种人行天桥的防锈涂层,所述防锈涂层由以下质量份数的原料制得:硅酸盐水泥15‑30份、水溶性环氧树脂10‑20份、甲基乙基酮肟5‑10份、高强度碳纤维3‑7份、流平剂1‑3份、吸附剂0.5‑1.3份、防沉剂0.3‑0.7份、有机碱0.5‑1.7份、润滑剂0.1‑0.3份;本发明可很好的解决钢材锈蚀的现象,原料来源广,造价低,适于推广使用。

一种人行天桥的防锈涂层及其涂布工艺
技术领域
本发明属于钢材防锈技术领域,尤其涉及一种人行天桥的防锈涂层及其涂布工艺。
背景技术
人行天桥又称人行立交桥。一般建造在车流量大、行人稠密的地段,或者交叉口、广场及铁路上面。人行天桥只允许行人通过,用于避免车流和人流平面相交时的冲突,保障人们安全的穿越,提高车速,减少交通事故。按照结构区分,常见的过街天桥可以分为三大类,分别为悬挂式结构、承托式结构和混合式结构,除了上述三种主流结构,还有一些城市在某些街区将悬索桥、斜拉桥的结构用于过街天桥的建筑,但这些特殊结构的过街天桥大多造价昂贵,之所以选择这些特异的结构,大多是出于城市景观的考虑,并非过街天桥的主流,人行天桥在缓解交通压力和保障行人安全等方面有不可或缺的作用,现在的人行天桥多采用钢结构建材,施工方便快捷,可以更好的组装天桥,但正是由于以钢材为主,所以不免要受到雨水的侵蚀,现在会通过遮雨棚减小雨水与钢材接触的几率,但效果不佳,最为广泛的使用方法是通过防锈涂层杜绝钢材与雨水的接触,使之达到更好的防锈效果,但在天桥扶手处,由于钢材会出现结皮造成表面不光滑,使得行人不好抓取扶手,本发明提供一种新的技术方案,来解决这一问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种人行天桥的防锈涂层及其涂布工艺,以解决上述背景技术中所提到的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种人行天桥的防锈涂层,所述防锈涂层由以下质量份数的原料制得:
硅酸盐水泥15-30份、水溶性环氧树脂10-20份、甲基乙基酮肟5-10份、高强度碳纤维3-7份、流平剂1-3份、吸附剂0.5-1.3份、防沉剂0.3-0.7份、有机碱0.5-1.7份、润滑剂0.1-0.3份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防沉剂为聚酰胺蜡。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述原料的整体环境呈碱性,ph值在8.3-10.6之间。
一种人行天桥防锈涂层的涂布工艺如下:
对于桥面的涂布:将桥面钢材进行打磨,在低浓度的酸溶液中进行酸洗,之后进行烘干,进行二次打磨,在70-90℃的温度下,进行涂布上述的防锈涂层;
对于扶手的涂布:将扶手钢材进行打磨,将钢材加热至80-120℃,在酸溶液中进行冲洗冷却,进行二次打磨抛光,然后再金属基层表面涂布弹性涂层,冷却至室温,对弹性涂层表面涂布上述防锈涂层,冷却至室温,在防锈涂层表面涂布光滑涂层结构。
优选的,所述光滑涂层由以下质量份数的原料制得:苯磺酸钠10-25份、聚氧乙烯醚5-12份、防沉剂0.5-1.3份。
优选的,所述酸洗溶液为盐酸溶液。
优选的,所述弹性涂层为硅橡胶材料涂层。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的防锈涂层可对天桥钢材有很好的防锈效果,同时在天桥扶手处还涂布弹性涂层和光滑涂层,不仅进一步增强了防锈效果,并且保证了扶手的光滑有弹性,让行人有更好的使用体验,本发明可很好的解决钢材锈蚀的现象,原料来源广,造价低,适于推广使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种人行天桥的防锈涂层,所述防锈涂层由以下质量份数的原料制得:
硅酸盐水泥15份、水溶性环氧树脂20份、甲基乙基酮肟5份、高强度碳纤维7份、流平剂1份、吸附剂1.3份、防沉剂0.3份、有机碱1.7份、润滑剂0.1份。
一种人行天桥防锈涂层的涂布工艺如下:
对于桥面的涂布:将桥面钢材进行打磨,在低浓度的酸溶液中进行酸洗,之后进行烘干,进行二次打磨,在70-90℃的温度下,进行涂布上述的防锈涂层;
对于扶手的涂布:将扶手钢材进行打磨,将钢材加热至80-120℃,在酸溶液中进行冲洗冷却,进行二次打磨抛光,然后再金属基层表面涂布弹性涂层,冷却至室温,对弹性涂层表面涂布上述防锈涂层,冷却至室温,在防锈涂层表面涂布光滑涂层结构。
光滑涂层由以下质量份数的原料制得:苯磺酸钠10份、聚氧乙烯醚12份、防沉剂0.5份。
实施例2
一种人行天桥的防锈涂层,所述防锈涂层由以下质量份数的原料制得:
硅酸盐水泥30份、水溶性环氧树脂10份、甲基乙基酮肟10份、高强度碳纤维3份、流平剂3份、吸附剂0.5份、聚酰胺蜡0.7份、有机碱0.5份、润滑剂0.3份。
其中原料的整体环境呈碱性,ph值为8.3。
一种人行天桥防锈涂层的涂布工艺如下:
对于桥面的涂布:将桥面钢材进行打磨,在低浓度的酸溶液中进行酸洗,之后进行烘干,进行二次打磨,在70-90℃的温度下,进行涂布上述的防锈涂层;

光滑涂层由以下质量份数的原料制得:苯磺酸钠25份、聚氧乙烯醚5份、防沉剂1.3份。
实施例3
一种人行天桥的防锈涂层,所述防锈涂层由以下质量份数的原料制得:
硅酸盐水泥23份、水溶性环氧树脂15份、甲基乙基酮肟7份、高强度碳纤维5份、流平剂2份、吸附剂0.9份、防沉剂0.5份、有机碱1.1份、润滑剂0.2份。
其中原料的整体环境呈碱性,ph值为9.5。
一种人行天桥防锈涂层的涂布工艺如下:
对于桥面的涂布:将桥面钢材进行打磨,在低浓度的盐酸溶液中进行酸洗,之后进行烘干,进行二次打磨,在70-90℃的温度下,进行涂布上述的防锈涂层;
对于扶手的涂布:将扶手钢材进行打磨,将钢材加热至80-120℃,在盐酸溶液中进行冲洗冷却,进行二次打磨抛光,然后再金属基层表面涂布硅橡胶材料涂层,冷却至室温,对硅橡胶材料涂层表面涂布上述防锈涂层,冷却至室温,在防锈涂层表面涂布光滑涂层结构。
光滑涂层由以下质量份数的原料制得:苯磺酸钠17份、聚氧乙烯醚8份、防沉剂0.9份。
对上述三组实施例中的钢材与普通钢材在相同的环境中进行锈蚀实现,然后对其锈蚀面积进行统计,试验结构如下:普通钢材的锈蚀面积50%,实施例1中钢材锈蚀面积19%,实施例2中的锈蚀面积为21%,实施例3中的锈蚀面积为15%,试验结果表明,本发明的防锈涂层可有效解决人行天桥锈蚀的问题。

1.一种人行天桥的防锈涂层,所述防锈涂层由以下质量份数的原料制得:
硅酸盐水泥15-30份、水溶性环氧树脂10-20份、甲基乙基酮肟5-10份、高强度碳纤维3-7份、流平剂1-3份、吸附剂0.5-1.3份、防沉剂0.3-0.7份、有机碱0.5-1.7份、润滑剂0.1-0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种人行天桥的防锈涂层,其特征在于:所述防沉剂为聚酰胺蜡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种人行天桥的防锈涂层,其特征在于:所述原料的整体环境呈碱性,ph值在8.3-10.6之间。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的人行天桥防锈涂层的涂布工艺如下:
对于桥面的涂布:将桥面钢材进行打磨,在低浓度的酸溶液中进行酸洗,之后进行烘干,进行二次打磨,在70-90℃的温度下,进行涂布上述的防锈涂层;
对于扶手的涂布:将扶手钢材进行打磨,将钢材加热至80-120℃,在酸溶液中进行冲洗冷却,进行二次打磨抛光,然后再金属基层表面涂布弹性涂层,冷却至室温,对弹性涂层表面涂布上述防锈涂层,冷却至室温,在防锈涂层表面涂布光滑涂层结构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种人行天桥防锈涂层的涂布工艺,其特征在于:所述光滑涂层由以下质量份数的原料制得:苯磺酸钠10-25份、聚氧乙烯醚5-12份、防沉剂0.5-1.3份。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种人行天桥防锈涂层的涂布工艺,其特征在于:所述酸洗溶液为盐酸溶液。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种人行天桥防锈涂层的涂布工艺,其特征在于:所述弹性涂层为硅橡胶材料涂层。
