背景技术
随着社会经济的发展,电线电缆用量迅速增长,对电缆性能要求也不断提高,现有的电缆护套多使用橡胶作为主要材料,然而橡胶材料在耐火阻燃性能方面难以满足人们的使用要求,此外,橡胶燃烧的产物对环境有较大的污染。因此,需要提供一种环保型耐火电缆护套材料以满足使用需求。

本发明目的在于解决上述问题,提供了一种环保型耐火电缆护套材料。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种环保型耐火电缆护套材料,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:聚氯化乙烯40~70份、交联聚四氟乙烯树脂25~40份、陶土15~35份、氯化石蜡5~12份、氮化硅5~15份、聚乙烯醇2~9份、芥酸酰胺2~7份、丁腈橡胶10~18份、三氧化二锑1~6份、氧化镁3~10份、碳酸钙9~17份、碳纤维5~16份、硬脂酸7~15份和偶联剂2~8份。
