本发明公开了一种高韧性聚氯乙烯管材,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯35‑42份,聚氨酯橡胶10‑18份,丁基橡胶20‑30份,填充补强剂20‑30份,环氧大豆油1‑2份,硬脂酸镁1‑2份,磷酸三苯酯1‑2份,相容剂1.5‑3份,交联剂2‑4份。本发明提出的高韧性聚氯乙烯管材,韧性好,耐压、抗折强度高,高温稳定性优异。

技术领域
本发明涉及聚氯乙烯管材技术领域,尤其涉及一种高韧性聚氯乙烯管材。
背景技术
PVC管是由聚氯乙烯树脂与稳定剂、润滑剂等配合后用热压法挤压成型,是最早得到开发应用的塑料管材。早在1950年代,国外就对PVC管进行了研究和开发,并将PVC管广泛用于室内外给水管道中。1960年以来,我国开始在给水工程中使用PVC管,PVC管物理性能优良,具有良好的耐腐蚀性、化学稳定性和耐燃性等,且价格低廉。但PVC管的韧性较差,受到冲击力之后材料易发生破裂,且耐压强度与高温稳定性差。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种高韧性聚氯乙烯管材,韧性好,耐压、抗折强度高,高温稳定性优异。
本发明提出的一种高韧性聚氯乙烯管材,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯35-42份,聚氨酯橡胶10-18份,丁基橡胶20-30份,填充补强剂20-30份,环氧大豆油1-2份,硬脂酸镁1-2份,磷酸三苯酯1-2份,相容剂1.5-3份,交联剂2-4份。
优选地,填充补强剂按重量份包括:硅藻土2-6份,重质碳酸钙1-2份,氧化镁1-2份,氧化铋1-2份,偏硼酸钡5-12份,玻璃微珠10-16份。
优选地,相容剂按重量份包括:聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-1份,甲基苯基二乙氧基硅烷1-2份。
优选地,交联剂按重量份包括:过氧化二异丙苯0.5-1.5份,三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯1-2份,二丙烯酸锌1-2份。
本发明所得PVC管具有耐介质性能的同时在高温环境下仍能保持工作,热稳定好。
本发明以聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯橡胶、丁基橡胶为基材,通过相互协同大大提高了PVC管的体积密度,减少了高分子之间的间隙,提高了PVC管的耐磨性和强度;采用过氧化二异丙苯、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、二丙烯酸锌协同作为交联剂,使本发明交联程度好,高温下耐压缩永久变形性能极为优异;硅藻土、重质碳酸钙、氧化镁、氧化铋、偏硼酸钡、玻璃微珠相互配合,在甲基苯基二乙氧基硅烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷的辅助下,相互间结合力强,使本发明力学性能优异,韧性好,同时环氧大豆油、硬脂酸镁、磷酸三苯酯可有效增强本发明的流动性,使耐压、抗折强度进一步增强,即使在较大温差下断裂伸长率与耐永久压缩变形性能也极好。

实施例1
一种高韧性聚氯乙烯管材,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯35份,聚氨酯橡胶18份,丁基橡胶20份,填充补强剂30份,环氧大豆油1份,硬脂酸镁2份,磷酸三苯酯1份,相容剂3份,交联剂2份。
实施例2
一种高韧性聚氯乙烯管材,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯42份,聚氨酯橡胶10份,丁基橡胶30份,填充补强剂20份,环氧大豆油2份,硬脂酸镁1份,磷酸三苯酯2份,相容剂1.5份,交联剂4份。
填充补强剂按重量份包括:硅藻土2份,重质碳酸钙2份,氧化镁1份,氧化铋2份,偏硼酸钡5份,玻璃微珠16份。相容剂按重量份包括:聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5份,甲基苯基二乙氧基硅烷2份。交联剂按重量份包括:过氧化二异丙苯0.5份,三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯2份,二丙烯酸锌1份。
实施例3
一种高韧性聚氯乙烯管材,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯38份,聚氨酯橡胶16份,丁基橡胶22份,填充补强剂27份,环氧大豆油1.5份,硬脂酸镁1.8份,磷酸三苯酯1.2份,相容剂2.5份,交联剂2.5份。
填充补强剂按重量份包括:硅藻土6份,重质碳酸钙1份,氧化镁2份,氧化铋1份,偏硼酸钡12份,玻璃微珠10份。相容剂按重量份包括:聚二甲基硅氧烷1份,甲基苯基二乙氧基硅烷1份。交联剂按重量份包括:过氧化二异丙苯1.5份,三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯1份,二丙烯酸锌2份。
实施例4
一种高韧性聚氯乙烯管材,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯40份,聚氨酯橡胶12份,丁基橡胶28份,填充补强剂23份,环氧大豆油1.7份,硬脂酸镁1.2份,磷酸三苯酯1.6份,相容剂2份,交联剂3.5份。
填充补强剂按重量份包括:硅藻土5份,重质碳酸钙1.2份,氧化镁1.7份,氧化铋1.4份,偏硼酸钡10份,玻璃微珠12份。相容剂按重量份包括:聚二甲基硅氧烷0.8份,甲基苯基二乙氧基硅烷1.2份。交联剂按重量份包括:过氧化二异丙苯1.2份,三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯1.2份,二丙烯酸锌1.6份。
实施例5
一种高韧性聚氯乙烯管材,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯39份,聚氨酯橡胶14份,丁基橡胶25份,填充补强剂25份,环氧大豆油1.6份,硬脂酸镁1.5份,磷酸三苯酯1.4份,相容剂2.2份,交联剂3份。
填充补强剂按重量份包括:硅藻土3份,重质碳酸钙1.8份,氧化镁1.3份,氧化铋1.6份,偏硼酸钡6份,玻璃微珠14份。相容剂按重量份包括:聚二甲基硅氧烷0.6份,甲基苯基二乙氧基硅烷1.8份。交联剂按重量份包括:过氧化二异丙苯0.8份,三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯1.8份,二丙烯酸锌1.4份。
对实施例5所得高韧性聚氯乙烯管材与市售普通聚乙烯管材进行对比性能测试,其结果如下:

2.根据权利要求1所述高韧性聚氯乙烯管材,其特征在于,填充补强剂按重量份包括:硅藻土2-6份,重质碳酸钙1-2份,氧化镁1-2份,氧化铋1-2份,偏硼酸钡5-12份,玻璃微珠10-16份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述高韧性聚氯乙烯管材,其特征在于,相容剂按重量份包括:聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-1份,甲基苯基二乙氧基硅烷1-2份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述高韧性聚氯乙烯管材,其特征在于,交联剂按重量份包括:过氧化二异丙苯0.5-1.5份,三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯1-2份,二丙烯酸锌1-2份。
