本发明公开了一种电工用聚氯乙烯套管,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯50‑60份,沸石粉5‑10份,滑石粉10‑20份,硅灰石粉10‑20份,粉煤灰10‑18份,膨润土8‑16份,膨胀珍珠岩20‑30份,增塑剂4‑8份,硅烷偶联剂1‑2份,钛酸酯偶联剂1‑2份,交联剂5‑9份。本发明提出的电工用聚氯乙烯套管,韧性好,耐压、抗折强度高,热稳定性优异。

技术领域
本发明涉及聚氯乙烯套管技术领域,尤其涉及一种电工用聚氯乙烯套管。
背景技术
电工PVC套管在我国已经生产多年,且品种齐全,型号多样,质量普遍较好。其销量是伴随着我过房地产行业一路飙升,现在市面上的普通PVC套管在性能上面出现越来越多样化的分类,以适应多种电路上的用途。但是在我们家庭内墙、工业厂房布线的时候,对耐压强度与抗冲击性要求较高,且对热稳定性还满足不了需求,亟待提高。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种电工用聚氯乙烯套管,韧性好,耐压、抗折强度高,热稳定性优异。
本发明提出的一种电工用聚氯乙烯套管,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯50-60份,沸石粉5-10份,滑石粉10-20份,硅灰石粉10-20份,粉煤灰10-18份,膨润土8-16份,膨胀珍珠岩20-30份,增塑剂4-8份,硅烷偶联剂1-2份,钛酸酯偶联剂1-2份,交联剂5-9份。
优选地,增塑剂按重量份包括:氯化石蜡2-4份,硬脂酸钙1-2份,聚癸二酸丙二醇酯2-4份。
优选地,交联剂按重量份包括:1,1-双-(叔丁基过氧)环己烷2-3份,三聚氰酸三烯丙酯1-2份,甲基丙烯酸锌2-4份。
优选地,其原料还包括:腈硅橡胶、丁苯橡胶。
优选地,聚氯乙烯、腈硅橡胶、丁苯橡胶的重量比为50-60:20-30:40-50。
本发明所得PVC管具有耐介质性能的同时在高温环境下仍能保持工作,热稳定好。
本发明以聚氯乙烯、腈硅橡胶、丁苯橡胶为基材,通过相互协同大大提高了PVC管的体积密度,减少了高分子之间的间隙,提高了PVC管的耐磨性和强度;采用1,1-双-(叔丁基过氧)环己烷、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯、甲基丙烯酸锌协同作为交联剂,使本发明交联程度好,高温下耐压缩永久变形性能极为优异;沸石粉、滑石粉、硅灰石粉、粉煤灰、膨润土、膨胀珍珠岩相互配合,在钛酸酯偶联剂、硅烷偶联剂的辅助下,相互间结合力强,使本发明力学性能优异,韧性好,同时氯化石蜡、硬脂酸钙、聚癸二酸丙二醇酯可有效增强本发明的流动性,使耐压、抗折强度进一步增强,即使在较大温差下断裂伸长率与耐永久压缩变形性能也极好。

实施例1
一种电工用聚氯乙烯套管,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯50份,沸石粉10份,滑石粉10份,硅灰石粉20份,粉煤灰10份,膨润土16份,膨胀珍珠岩20份,增塑剂8份,硅烷偶联剂1份,钛酸酯偶联剂2份,交联剂5份。
实施例2
一种电工用聚氯乙烯套管,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯60份,沸石粉5份,滑石粉20份,硅灰石粉10份,粉煤灰18份,膨润土8份,膨胀珍珠岩30份,增塑剂4份,硅烷偶联剂2份,钛酸酯偶联剂1份,交联剂9份。
实施例3
一种电工用聚氯乙烯套管,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯52份,腈硅橡胶30份,丁苯橡胶40份,沸石粉8份,滑石粉12份,硅灰石粉18份,粉煤灰12份,膨润土14份,膨胀珍珠岩22份,增塑剂7份,硅烷偶联剂1.2份,钛酸酯偶联剂1.8份,交联剂6份。
增塑剂按重量份包括:氯化石蜡4份,硬脂酸钙1份,聚癸二酸丙二醇酯4份。交联剂按重量份包括:1,1-双-(叔丁基过氧)环己烷2份,三聚氰酸三烯丙酯2份,甲基丙烯酸锌2份。
实施例4
一种电工用聚氯乙烯套管,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯58份,腈硅橡胶20份,丁苯橡胶50份,沸石粉6份,滑石粉18份,硅灰石粉12份,粉煤灰16份,膨润土10份,膨胀珍珠岩28份,增塑剂5份,硅烷偶联剂1.8份,钛酸酯偶联剂1.2份,交联剂8份。
增塑剂按重量份包括:氯化石蜡3份,硬脂酸钙1.5份,聚癸二酸丙二醇酯3份。交联剂按重量份包括:1,1-双-(叔丁基过氧)环己烷2.5份,三聚氰酸三烯丙酯1.5份,甲基丙烯酸锌3份。
实施例5
一种电工用聚氯乙烯套管,其原料按重量份包括:聚氯乙烯55份,腈硅橡胶25份,丁苯橡胶45份,沸石粉7份,滑石粉15份,硅灰石粉15份,粉煤灰14份,膨润土12份,膨胀珍珠岩25份,增塑剂6份,硅烷偶联剂1.5份,钛酸酯偶联剂1.5份,交联剂7份。
增塑剂按重量份包括:氯化石蜡2份,硬脂酸钙2份,聚癸二酸丙二醇酯2份。交联剂按重量份包括:1,1-双-(叔丁基过氧)环己烷3份,三聚氰酸三烯丙酯1份,甲基丙烯酸锌4份。
对实施例5所得电工用聚氯乙烯套管与市售普通聚乙烯管材进行对比性能测试,其结果如下:

2.根据权利要求1所述电工用聚氯乙烯套管,其特征在于,增塑剂按重量份包括:氯化石蜡2-4份,硬脂酸钙1-2份,聚癸二酸丙二醇酯2-4份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述电工用聚氯乙烯套管,其特征在于,交联剂按重量份包括:1,1-双-(叔丁基过氧)环己烷2-3份,三聚氰酸三烯丙酯1-2份,甲基丙烯酸锌2-4份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述电工用聚氯乙烯套管,其特征在于,其原料还包括:腈硅橡胶、丁苯橡胶。
5.根据权利要求4所述电工用聚氯乙烯套管,其特征在于,聚氯乙烯、腈硅橡胶、丁苯橡胶的重量比为50-60:20-30:40-50。
