背景技术
目前,我国生产不锈钢里的镍元素主要有三大来源:电解镍、镍铁及废不锈钢,其中电解镍纯度高、杂质低、熔点高、抗腐蚀性强。被工业上广泛应用,与电解镍相比,镍铁的优势体现在其对不锈钢原料成本的影响上,国内镍板价格在17万元,而含镍10—15%的镍铁价格在1.7万元左右,成本优势明显。其次,冶炼电解镍的硫化镍矿长期开采,资源急剧减少,成本水涨船高。而冶炼镍铁用的红土镍矿储量占全球镍矿的65%左右,因此随着全球硫化镍矿的逐渐减少,红土镍矿冶炼镍铁的价值将进一步提升和体现。
回转窑直接还原镍铁与不锈钢有密切关系。现有技术回转窑中使用的高温带耐火砖容易被高温熔液渗透进入耐火砖内部,改变耐火砖组织结构破坏,造成耐火砖的使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种高强防渗砖及其制备工艺,解决现有技术回转窑中高温带耐火砖容易被高温熔液渗透进入耐火砖内部,改变耐火砖组织结构破坏,耐火砖使用寿命短的问题。

颗粒直径1mm≤d<3mm的电熔镁砂:15%~20%;
颗粒直径0.1mm≤d<1mm的电熔镁砂:10%~20%;
颗粒直径0.1mm≤d<1mm的含锆大于等于65%锆精矿粉:3%~15%;
铬精矿:3%~12%;
广西粘土:苏州高岭土混合比例为1:1的复合粘土:3%~15%;
电熔镁铝尖晶石粉:3%~15%;
电熔镁砂粉:3%~10%;
红柱石微粉:1%~6%;
所述铬精矿粉颗粒直径为0.074mm≤d<0.1mm;所述电熔镁铝尖晶石粉颗粒直径为0.046mm≤d<0.1mm;所述电熔镁砂颗粒直径为0.046mm≤d<0.1mm。
2.权利要求1所述的一种高强防渗砖的制备工艺,其特征在于:上述各组分经混料、成型成坯砖后,送入干燥烘房内进行干燥,直到砖坯残余水份≤1%;最后采用高温隧道窑烧成,以天燃气作燃料,最高温度控制在1500-1600℃,不包括1600℃;坯砖经高温煅烧后,物理性能为:荷重软化温度1650℃,1100℃水冷次数达到23次,且具有较好的防渗抗侵蚀性能。
