Abstract
本发明涉及一种高阻隔阻燃复合封存套。包括基材层,所述基材层外设置有阻隔层,所基材层阻隔层通过粘合层实现粘合,所述阻隔层由TPU/PVDC复合材料制备而成。封套包装用复合材料需要根据材料性能要求进行铺层结构设计,一般包括基材层(增强层‑‑‑高强牛津涤纶基布)、阻隔层‑‑‑TPU/PVDC高阻隔膜、热封层‑‑粘合材料(内层),其中阻隔层主要依靠低透湿性高分子材料TPU/PVDC高阻隔膜来实现防潮阻隔功能,基材层赋予复合材料较好的机械强度,热封层提供良好的热焊封性能和焊封强度,确保良好的密封性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高阻隔阻燃复合封存套,属于材料技术领域。
背景技术
柔性封套包装技术具有质量轻、体积小、封存可靠、适应性广及成本低等优点,可用于各种尺寸、形状的物资和装备的库房贮存封存包装和野外封存防护,尤其适用于大型、复杂装备系统的整体封存防护,对提高装备的贮存可靠性、延长使用寿命和提高装备的保障能力具有极其重要的作用。封套包装原理,封套包装的原理是利用具有良好阻隔性能的材料制成密封套体,采用合理可靠的密封技术和相关干燥吸湿方法,为被包装产品提供一个满足规定贮存要求和条件的微环境,防止外界有害因素的侵入,从而提高装备长贮环境的适应能力。
封套包装复合材料性能设计。
封套材料性能的设计应以能够满足装备可靠的封存防护要求为前提,同时兼顾其使用性和经济性要求。封套包装复合材料性能设计主要包括:防潮阻隔性能(透湿率),使用性能(拉伸强度、耐穿刺性、伸长率、耐磨性、面密度),环境适应性能(阻燃性、老化性、高低温性能、相容性),工艺、经济性能(复合加工性、成本价格)。
影响封套复合材料阻隔性能的环境因素主要有温度和湿度。温度越大,透湿率越大,材料的阻隔性能降低。当温度一定时,封套材料内外两侧的湿度差越大,其透湿率越大。
封套复合材料的防潮阻隔性能与其自身结构有很大的关系,如化学结构、分子结构取向、添加的改性助剂,以及材料自身厚度和复合结构等。材料的化学结构、内聚力大小决定了水蒸气渗透的难易程度。提高分子链的取向和结晶度,可以减小自由空间,从而增强水蒸气的阻隔能力,同时添加的改性助剂也可改变高分子材料的阻隔性能。透湿率与材料厚度成反比,厚度越大,透湿率越小,反之透湿率越大。
发明内容
本发明针对上述缺陷,目的在于提供一种具备良好阻隔性能的一种高阻隔阻燃复合封存套。
为此本发明采用的技术方案是:包括基材层,所述基材层外设置有阻隔层,所基材层阻隔层通过粘合层实现粘合,所述阻隔层由TPU/PVDC复合材料制备而成。
所述阻隔层由TPU、PVDC、ACR-201改性剂、稳定剂、增塑剂、填充剂加工而成。
所述填充剂为磷酸盐填充剂。
所述TPU、PVDC的质量比为,TPU:PVDC=30-70:70-30。
所述TPU/PVDC阻隔层的制备方法为:
1)使TPU/PVDC原料与各种助剂一起混合、混炼成为均匀的混合物;
2)混合物经挤出机加热熔融,塑化均匀,通过模头挤出成型,成为薄膜,2-8层不等;3)使薄膜冷却定型,由卷取装置压平并连续卷取。
本发明的优点是:封套包装用复合材料需要根据材料性能要求进行铺层结构设计,一般包括基材层(增强层---高强牛津涤纶基布)、阻隔层---TPU/PVDC高阻隔膜、热封层--粘合材料(内层),其中阻隔层主要依靠低透湿性高分子材料TPU/PVDC高阻隔膜来实现防潮阻隔功能,基材层赋予复合材料较好的机械强度,热封层提供良好的热焊封性能和焊封强度,确保良好的密封性能。
具体实施方式
本发明包括基材层,所述基材层外设置有阻隔层,所基材层阻隔层通过粘合层实现粘合,所述阻隔层由TPU/PVDC复合材料制备而成。
所述阻隔层由TPU、PVDC、ACR-201改性剂、稳定剂、增塑剂、填充剂加工而成。
所述填充剂为磷酸盐填充剂。
所述TPU、PVDC的质量比为,TPU:PVDC=30-70:70-30。
所述TPU/PVDC阻隔层的制备方法为:
1)使TPU/PVDC原料与各种助剂一起混合、混炼成为均匀的混合物;
2)混合物经挤出机加热熔融,塑化均匀,通过模头挤出成型,成为薄膜,2-8层不等;3)使薄膜冷却定型,由卷取装置压平并连续卷取。
下面对本发明做出进一步说明:
TPU/PVDC工艺过程:(1)使TPU/PVDC原料与各种助剂一起混合、混炼成为均匀的混合物。这些一般可在捏合机、高速混合机等混合机械中进行,如有必要,还可以经过一次挤出造粒。(2)混合物经挤出机加热熔融,塑化均匀,通过适当形式的模头挤出成型,成为薄膜,,一般2-8层不等。(3)使薄膜冷却定型,由卷取装置压平并连续卷取。如有必要,还可进行单向或双向拉伸。
复合工艺过程:
1)选择高强度涤纶基布,赋予复合材料的机械强度;
2)粘合材料采用普通粘合材料与铝粉(阻隔)8:1充分均匀混合;
3)TUP\PVDC高阻隔膜通过粘合材料复合在基布上。
将粘合剂及液体阻燃剂、溶剂按一定比例混合后在三辊研磨机上研磨,制成涂层浆,在加入胶料和溶剂后用高速分散搅拌机搅匀,制成涂层浆料,上涂层机涂覆后经130--140℃烘箱、1--2分钟而成单面阻燃涂层布。
经过实际测试:该设计的复合材料克重为230-241g/㎡(现在高阻隔复合材料也都比较重,270g/平方米以上),其透湿率为0.31g/㎡.24h以下(现在一般膜的透湿都大于0.7以上)),这种材料热合强度可以达到75N以上、,阻燃效果可以达到10S以下,通过冲击、震动、高温、低温、运输等环境下实验结果良好,性能稳定,耐高低温、耐盐雾、抗老化等功能,可以满足装备在长期贮存和使用的特殊环境条件下的综合防护要求。
Claims (5)
1.一种高阻隔阻燃复合封存套,其特征在于,包括基材层,所述基材层外设置有阻隔层,所基材层阻隔层通过粘合层实现粘合,所述阻隔层由TPU/PVDC复合材料制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻隔阻燃复合封存套,其特征在于,所述阻隔层由TPU、PVDC、ACR-201改性剂、稳定剂、增塑剂、填充剂加工而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高阻隔阻燃复合封存套,其特征在于,所述填充剂为磷酸盐填充剂。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种高阻隔阻燃复合封存套,其特征在于,所述TPU、PVDC的质量比为,TPU:PVDC=30-70:70-30。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻隔阻燃复合封存套,其特征在于,所述TPU/PVDC阻隔层的制备方法为:
1)使TPU/PVDC原料与各种助剂一起混合、混炼成为均匀的混合物;
2)混合物经挤出机加热熔融,塑化均匀,通过模头挤出成型,成为薄膜,2-8层不等;3)使薄膜冷却定型,由卷取装置压平并连续卷取。
