背景技术
用于在手术操作中使用的动力装置通常将来自致动组件的旋转运动转换成直线运动,用于实现一个或多个功能,例如夹紧、吻合、切割。为了允许附接到致动组件的末端执行器旋转对准而操作者不必在不舒适或棘手的位置操纵该致动组件,接合器组件已被开发用于使末端执行器相对于致动组件能够选择性旋转。这种接合器组件通常包括固定地固定到致动组件的基部和旋转手柄,末端执行器附接到旋转手柄以使末端执行器相对于基部和致动组件旋转。有益的是提供一种具有闩锁组件的接合器组件以允许旋转手柄相对于基部选择性地旋转。
发明内容

另外参考图5和图6,接合器组件100的手柄组件104的锁定机构130包括用于使锁定机构130脱离的按钮或闩锁构件132。锁定机构130还包括布置在旋转手柄120内并且能够相对于按钮构件132枢转的锁定构件134。第一弹簧构件(例如,压缩弹簧136)将锁定构件134偏置到锁定配置(图5)。
继续参考图4和图5,锁定机构130的按钮构件132包括构造成由用户可操作地接合的基部140以及从基部140延伸用于接合第一弹簧构件136的凸缘142。按钮构件132的基部140可以包括用于向用户指示的标记,例如,旋转手柄120的旋转方向。如所示的,按钮构件132的基部140包括双面箭头“I”,其指示手柄组件104能够围绕纵向轴线“x”旋转。

另外参考图6,锁定机构130的锁定构件134包括枢转部144和锁定部146。锁定构件134的枢转构件152从枢转部144向外延伸并且构造成接收在锁定机构130的按钮构件132中的圆柱形开口141a内。锁定构件134的锁定部146构造成选择性地接收在基部构件110的远侧圆形凸缘116中的第一径向切口117a、第二径向切口117b和第三径向切口117c内。凹口143形成在锁定构件134的枢转部144和锁定部146之间。如下面将进一步详细描述的,在锁定机构130处于解锁位置时,凹口143与基部110的远侧圆形凸缘116的对准允许旋转手柄120相对于基部构件110旋转。
第二弹簧构件(例如,板簧148)相对于锁定构件134固定并且接合旋转手柄120的第二表面120b。如下面将进一步详细描述的,在锁定机构130的按钮构件132释放之后,第二弹簧构件148使锁定构件134返回到锁定位置(图3)。
现在将参考图7至图11描述锁定机构130的操作。首先参考图7和图8,锁定机构130被示出为处于锁定配置。特别地,锁定构件134的锁定部146被接收在基部构件110的远侧圆形凸缘116中的第一切口117a内。在锁定配置中,锁定机构130的按钮构件132被弹簧构件136径向向外偏置。如上所述,按钮构件132通过从按钮构件132的凸缘142延伸的突起142a保持在旋转手柄120的开口123内。
现在参考图9和图10,如由图9中的箭头“A”所示的,当锁定机构130的按钮构件132被按下时,按钮构件132克服弹簧构件136的偏置而径向向内移动。随着按钮构件132径向向内移动,锁定构件134克服板簧148的偏置而绕枢转构件152(图6)沿着如由图9中的箭头“B”所示的逆时针方向枢转。锁定构件134的逆时针枢转使锁定构件134的锁定部146从基部构件110的远侧圆形凸缘116的第一径向切口117a内移动,使得锁定构件134的枢转部144和锁定部146之间的凹口143与远侧圆形凸缘116对准。
现在转到图11,一旦锁定机构130处于解锁配置,则旋转手柄120可以相对于基部构件110旋转,如由箭头“C”所示的。按钮构件132的释放允许弹簧构件136将按钮构件132偏置到其初始位置。类似地,板簧148将锁定构件134偏置到其初始位置。当锁定构件134与基部构件110的远侧圆形凸缘116的第一径向切口117a、第二径向切口117b和第三径向切口117c中的一个对准时,锁定构件134的锁定部146接收在相应的第一切口117a、第二切口117b和第三切口117c内,这将旋转手柄120相对于基部构件110旋转地锁定。
锁定机构130可以在整个手术过程中使用来使接合器组件100的细长主体部106相对于致动组件10(图1)旋转。在手术操作之后,接合器组件100可被灭菌并重新使用。
考虑到强度、耐久性、耐磨性、重量、耐腐蚀性、制造容易性、制造成本等,本文所述的任意部件可以由金属、塑料、树脂、复合材料等中的任一种制造。

Claims (12)
1.一种用于将末端执行器可操作地连接到致动组件的接合器组件,所述接合器组件包括:
基部构件,其构造成用于可操作地连接到致动组件并且限定了至少部分地围绕所述基部构件的周缘间隔开的多个切口;
手柄组件,其被支撑在所述基部构件上并且能够绕所述基部构件的纵向轴线旋转;以及
闩锁机构,其被支撑在所述手柄组件上并且能够选择性地接合于所述基部构件,所述闩锁机构包括按钮构件以及被枢转地固定至所述按钮构件的锁定构件,其中当所述按钮构件被按下时所述锁定构件能够在第一位置和第二位置之间枢转,在所述第一位置中,所述锁定构件被接收在所述多个切口中的一个中以将所述手柄组件相对于所述基部构件旋转地锁定,在所述第二位置中,所述锁定构件与所述多个切口间隔开以将所述手柄组件相对于所述基部构件解锁,
其中,所述基部构件包括远侧圆形凸缘,所述远侧圆形凸缘至少部分地围绕所述基部构件的所述周缘延伸并且限定了所述多个切口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接合器组件,其中,所述锁定构件限定了凹口,所述凹口在所述锁定构件处于所述第二位置时与所述远侧圆形凸缘对齐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的接合器组件,其中,所述多个切口围绕着所述基部构件的所述周缘以有规律的间隔来间隔开。
4.根据权利要求1所述的接合器组件,其中,所述按钮构件定位在所述手柄组件的径向外表面上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的接合器组件,其中,所述闩锁机构包括用于将所述按钮构件径向朝外偏置的偏置构件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的接合器组件,其中,所述偏置构件是压缩弹簧。
7.根据权利要求1所述的接合器组件,其中,所述多个切口包括第一切口和以一百八十度与所述第一切口相反地布置的第二切口。
8.根据权利要求7所述的接合器组件,其中,所述多个切口包括布置在所述第一切口和所述第二切口之间的第三切口。
9.根据权利要求8所述的接合器组件,其中,所述第三切口相对于所述第一切口以九十度布置。
10.根据权利要求1所述的接合器组件,其中,所述闩锁机构包括用于使所述锁定构件偏置的偏置构件。
11.根据权利要求10所述的接合器组件,其中,所述偏置构件是板簧。
12.根据权利要求1所述的接合器组件,其中,所述按钮构件包括用于指示所述手柄组件相对于所述基部构件的旋转方向的标记。
