本发明涉及一种饲料领域,且特别涉及一种乳猪配合饲料。
背景技术
乳猪配合饲料,是乳猪开始吃饲料至出生后70日龄使用的营养配合饲料。可以直接用于饲喂乳猪,满足猪生长的需要。这期间的乳猪,生长速度快,要求养分多,消化系统不完善,消化饲料营养成分能力差,免疫功能不完善,抗病能力差,成活率较低,以及对体表面积大,保温能力差,需要更多的营养进行保温。而现有的乳猪配合饲料,普遍存在未全面均衡的根据乳猪的生活习性为其提供饲料,且制作成本高昂,增加了养殖者的养殖负担。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种乳猪配合饲料,其制作成本低廉,但营养配比合理,满足乳猪生长发育所需各种营养,不仅可以提高乳猪的增重速度,而且增强乳猪的抗菌防病能力,提高其成活率。
本发明解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。
本发明提出一种乳猪配合饲料,按照重量份数计,包括:玉米560-610份、小麦麸20-25份、鱼粉15-20份、大米蛋白粉60-70、豆粕160-170份、乳清粉20-30份、食用糖30-40份、豆油30-40份、抗氧化剂0.05-0.22份以及乳猪预混料9-10份,乳猪预混料包括氧化锌、乳猪维生素、嗜酸乳杆菌、复合酶、喹乙醇、谷氨酸钠、第一麦饭石以及稻壳粉。
本发明实施例的一种乳猪配合饲料的有益效果是:该配比下的乳猪配合饲料,能够提高乳猪的免疫能力,防止乳猪生病,提供乳猪生长发育所需要的矿物质以及维生素,和市面常用的乳猪配合饲料相比,在饲料成本相同的情况下,能够提高乳猪日采食量3%,料肉比降低3%,日增重提高20%,具有优异的经济效益。

下面对本发明实施例的一种乳猪配合饲料进行具体说明。
一种乳猪配合饲料,按照重量份数计,包括:玉米560-610份、小麦麸20-25份、鱼粉15-20份、大米蛋白粉60-70、豆粕160-170份、乳清粉20-30份、食用糖30-40份、豆油30-40份、抗氧化剂0.05-0.22份以及乳猪预混料9-10份。该重量比例下,乳猪配合饲料的营养结构最优,易于乳猪消化吸收,能够增加乳猪体内营养的储备,增强乳猪自身的免疫力,从而减少乳猪生病频率以及死亡率。其中,预混料是指两种及两种以上的不同成分的混合物。
玉米主要成分为淀粉,主要为乳猪提供日常所需能量本实施例中,优选玉米为粗蛋白含量大于等于7.5%的玉米,其品质佳,不会对乳猪的消化系统产生负担,玉米优选为膨化玉米,膨化玉米更为酥脆,适口性最佳,但是成本较高。因此,玉米包括重量比为30-33:26-28的未膨化玉米和膨化玉米,由于膨化玉米更为酥脆,在该比例下,饲料整体口感提升,且节约饲料成本,为养殖者减负。
豆油提供脂肪酸,为乳猪提供脂肪类营养物质。小麦麸主要成分为粗纤维,粗纤维可以预防便秘,并且有促进乳猪消化道蠕动的作用,促进乳猪对饲料中养分的吸收,提高养分的利用率。本实施例中小麦麸优选为粗小麦麸,其相比于细小麦麸含有更多粗纤维,更有利于保持乳猪的健康,本实施例中,粗小麦麸是指细度达18-25目且粗蛋白含量为13%-18%的小麦麸,优选为细度达20目且粗蛋白含量为16%的粗小麦麸。大米蛋白粉、鱼粉以及豆粕主要提供蛋白质营养,满足乳猪对蛋白质的需求。豆粕优选为膨胀豆粕,其含有抗营养成分的含量大大下降,大米蛋白粉是发酵类原料,含有大量的有益菌、促生长因子,抗营养因子极低甚至无,更利于乳猪消化吸收,提高饲料的利用率,改善乳猪的生产性能。乳清粉主要用于提供蛋白质,改善饲料口感,降低乳猪断奶应激性,促进乳猪生长发育。
食用糖,用于改善饲料口感,提高乳猪的进食量,其可以为葡萄糖、白糖、果糖和麦芽糖等中的至少一种,优选的,食用糖为白糖,其甜度适中,易于乳猪吸收,且价格便宜,降低制作成本。
抗氧化剂用于防止乳猪浓缩饲料中的鱼粉、豆油等发生氧化反应而变质,延长饲料保质期,抗氧化剂可以选自L-抗坏血酸、丁羟甲苯(BHT)、丁羟甲氧苯(BHA)、没食子酸丙酯、辛酯、十二酯以及乙氧基喹啉等中的至少一种,优选抗氧化剂为乙氧基喹啉,其价格便宜,降低制作成本。
乳猪预混料主要包括氧化锌、乳猪维生素、嗜酸乳杆菌、复合酶、喹乙醇、谷氨酸钠、第一麦饭石以及稻壳粉。为乳猪生长提供微量元素,改善饲料,使其易于乳猪消化吸收,以及增强乳猪抵抗力,防止乳猪生病。其中,复合酶包括蛋白酶、木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶、β-甘露聚糖酶、纤维素酶、淀粉酶和植酸酶等中的至少一种,例如复合酶为木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶、β-甘露聚糖酶、纤维素酶,优选复合酶包括非淀粉多糖酶和植酸酶,帮助乳猪对饲料的消化,提高饲料的利用效率,非淀粉多糖酶和植酸酶的重量比为0.5-1:2-3,助消化能力最佳。谷氨酸钠增强适口性,提供必需氨基酸。第一麦饭石,提供少量供乳猪所需要的各种微量以及常量元素,稻壳粉作为载体。氧化锌与喹乙醇均能够有效防止乳猪腹泻,降低乳猪的生病及死亡率,二者协同配合治疗乳猪腹泻,效果更好。
优选地,氧化锌、乳猪维生素、复合酶、嗜酸乳杆菌、喹乙醇、谷氨酸钠、第一麦饭石以及稻壳粉重量比依次为20-30:3-3.5:2-3:2.5-4:1-2:5-6:20-25:10-15。该重量比范围内,其营养配比最优,药用效果佳。
乳猪预混料还可以添加抗生素,例如黄霉素、金霉素、硫酸粘杆菌素和吉他霉素等抗生素中的至少一种,优选地,乳猪预混料包括重量比为10-20:8-11的硫酸粘杆菌素和吉他霉素,其中,硫酸粘杆菌素与氧化锌的重量比为1-2:20-30,用于进一步增强乳猪防病效果。硫酸多粘菌素是一种多肽类抗生素,对革兰氏阴性菌有良好的抗菌活性,并有结合内毒素功能;用于预防和治疗乳猪大肠杆菌病。吉他霉素为大环内酯类抗生素;对革兰氏阳性菌和支原体有很强的抗菌活性,具有促乳猪生长和预防疾病的双重作用;明显降低药物对口腔味觉的不良刺激,改善适口性,本发明中,吉他霉素由市面购买的吉他霉素预混剂提供。本饲料添加的各项抗生素种类以及添加量均符合国家标准,有效提高乳猪的抗病能力的同时不影响乳猪正常的生长发育。
乳猪预混料还可以添加乳猪微量元素预混料,用于进一步补充乳猪所需要的微量元素,优选地,乳猪微量元素预混料与乳猪维生素的重量比为10-15:1-2。该比例过大,乳猪无法吸收过多的微量元素,造成乳猪微量元素预混料的浪费,该比例过小,无法满足乳猪生长发育的需求。
乳猪微量元素预混料为乳猪提供生长发育所需的各种元素,例如铁、锌、碘、铬、镁和锰等元素。具体地,乳猪微量元素预混料包括重量比依次为3-5:20-25:15-20:25-30:15-20:10-15:20-25:15-20的碱式氯化铜、硫酸亚铁、富马酸亚铁、蛋氨酸锌、硫酸锰、碘酸钙、亚硒酸钠以及第二麦饭石,该配比下,能够满足乳猪生长发育所必须的各种元素,促进乳猪消化系统以及免疫系统的发育,防止前期乳猪消化系统未完全发育导致其无法直接从玉米等日料吸收足够的矿物元素引发的健康问题。其中第一麦饭石与第二麦饭石组份相同,均用于提供乳猪所需要的各种微量及常量元素,蛋氨酸锌包括蛋氨酸锌鳌合物以及蛋氨酸锌络合物或者两者的混合物,均用于提供锌元素,促进乳猪生长发育,增大饲料原料的选择范围。
乳猪配合饲料还可以添加辅料,进一步提高乳猪配合饲料的适口性,以及蛋白质和钙含量;优选地,辅料与乳猪预混料的重量比为29-34:9-10,此比例下,饲料适口性最佳。
具体地,辅料包括重量比依次为19-21:5-6:4-4.9:1-1.5的含钙元素添加剂、氯化钠、氨基酸以及氯化胆碱。该重量比范围内,乳猪配合的营养架构最优化。
氯化胆碱用于刺激乳猪增重,氨基酸的加入,能够提高乳猪的免疫营养,提高乳猪抗应激能力,其包括赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、色氨酸、牛磺酸以及精氨酸等,本实施例中,优选氨基酸包括重量比依次为30-35:2-3:6-8:2-3的L-赖氨酸、DL-蛋氨酸、L-苏氨酸和L-色氨酸,用于保持饲料中氨基酸的平衡,促进乳猪的生长发育,提高蛋白质的利用率,为乳猪提供更为全面的、均衡的营养。L-赖氨酸可以由L-赖氨酸盐酸盐和L-赖氨酸硫酸盐等提供,本实施例中L-赖氨酸由L-赖氨酸盐酸盐提供。加入含钙元素添加剂,为乳猪提供生长发育所必须的钙,优选地,含钙元素添加剂包括重量比为8-9:11-12的石粉和磷酸二氢钙,降低饲料成本。
本以下结合实施例对本发明的特征和性能作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
称取未膨化玉米3000kg,膨化玉米2600kg、粗小麦麸240kg、鱼粉170kg、大米蛋白粉600kg、豆粕1600kg、乳清粉230kg、白糖330kg、豆油380kg、乙氧基喹啉0.5kg以及乳猪预混料100kg,辅料290kg,其中,辅料包括石粉80kg、磷酸二氢钙110kg、氯化钠50kg、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐30kg、DL-蛋氨酸2kg、L-苏氨酸6kg、L-色氨酸2kg以及氯化胆碱10kg。乳猪预混料包括重量比为依次为15:30:3:2:3.5:3:0.9:0.7:2:5.5:25:15的乳猪微量元素预混料、氧化锌、植酸酶、硫酸粘杆菌素、乳猪维生素、嗜酸乳杆菌、吉他霉素、非淀粉多糖酶、喹乙醇、谷氨酸钠、第一麦饭石以及稻壳粉;其中乳猪微量元素预混料包括重量比依次为3:20:15:30:15:10:20:15的碱式氯化铜、硫酸亚铁、富马酸亚铁、蛋氨酸锌络合物、硫酸锰、碘酸钙、亚硒酸钠以及第二麦饭石。将称取的上述各组分混合均匀,制粒,得乳猪配合饲料。
实施例2
称取未膨化玉米3300kg,膨化玉米2750kg、粗小麦麸230kg、鱼粉160kg、大米蛋白粉700kg、豆粕1650kg、乳清粉270kg、白糖350kg、豆油360kg、乙氧基喹啉2.2kg以及乳猪预混料90kg,辅料321kg,其中,辅料包括石粉90kg、磷酸二氢钙113kg、氯化钠60kg、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐31kg、DL-蛋氨酸3kg、L-苏氨酸7kg、L-色氨酸3kg以及氯化胆碱14kg。乳猪预混料包括重量比为依次为10:24:2.5:1.5:3.3:2.5:1:0.9:1.5:5.7:24:13的乳猪微量元素预混料、氧化锌、植酸酶、硫酸粘杆菌素、乳猪维生素、嗜酸乳杆菌、吉他霉素、非淀粉多糖酶、喹乙醇、谷氨酸钠、第一麦饭石以及稻壳粉;其中乳猪微量元素预混料包括重量比依次为4:23:20:27:20:12:24:20的碱式氯化铜、硫酸亚铁、富马酸亚铁、蛋氨酸锌络合物、硫酸锰、碘酸钙、亚硒酸钠以及第二麦饭石。将称取的上述各组分混合均匀,制粒,得乳猪配合饲料。
实施例3
称取未膨化玉米3200kg,膨化玉米2800kg、粗小麦麸210kg、鱼粉150kg、大米蛋白粉650kg、豆粕1685kg、乳清粉200kg、白糖370kg、豆油320kg、乙氧基喹啉2kg以及乳猪预混料95kg,辅料317kg,其中,辅料包括石粉85kg、磷酸二氢钙117kg、氯化钠55kg、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐34kg、DL-蛋氨酸2.5kg、L-苏氨酸8kg、L-色氨酸2.5kg以及氯化胆碱13kg。乳猪预混料包括重量比为依次为12:45:26:2.9:1.8:3.4:2.9:1.1:1:1.7:5.8:21:12的乳猪微量元素预混料、氧化锌、植酸酶、硫酸粘杆菌素、乳猪维生素、嗜酸乳杆菌、吉他霉素、非淀粉多糖酶、喹乙醇、谷氨酸钠、第一麦饭石以及稻壳粉;其中乳猪微量元素预混料包括重量比依次为5:25:17:28:17:13:25:17的碱式氯化铜、硫酸亚铁、富马酸亚铁、蛋氨酸锌络合物、硫酸锰、碘酸钙、亚硒酸钠以及第二麦饭石。将称取的上述各组分混合均匀,制粒,得乳猪配合饲料。
实施例4
称取未膨化玉米3100kg,膨化玉米2650kg、粗小麦麸200kg、鱼粉200kg、大米蛋白粉675kg、豆粕1700kg、乳清粉300kg、白糖400kg、豆油300kg、乙氧基喹啉1.8kg以及乳猪预混料95kg,辅料322.5kg,其中,辅料包括石粉87kg、磷酸二氢钙115kg、氯化钠57kg、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐37kg、DL-蛋氨酸2.7kg、L-苏氨酸6.6kg、L-色氨酸2.7kg、氯化胆碱14.5kg。乳猪预混料包括重量比为依次为13:28:2.1:3.2:2.1:0.8:1.8:6:23:14的乳猪微量元素预混料、氧化锌、植酸酶、乳猪维生素、嗜酸乳杆菌、非淀粉多糖酶、喹乙醇、谷氨酸钠、第一麦饭石以及稻壳粉;其中乳猪微量元素预混料包括重量比依次为3.5:20:15:25:15:10:20:16的碱式氯化铜、硫酸亚铁、富马酸亚铁、蛋氨酸锌螯合物、硫酸锰、碘酸钙、亚硒酸钠以及第二麦饭石。将称取的上述各组分混合均匀,制粒,得乳猪配合饲料。
实施例5
称取未膨化玉米3250kg,膨化玉米2700kg、粗小麦麸250kg、鱼粉165kg、大米蛋白粉630kg、豆粕1620kg、乳清粉290kg、白糖300kg、豆油400kg、以及乙氧基喹啉1.6kg以及乳猪预混料92kg,乳猪预混料包括重量比为依次为12.8:20:2:3:2:0.5:1:5:20:10的乳猪微量元素预混料、氧化锌、植酸酶、乳猪维生素、嗜酸乳杆菌、非淀粉多糖酶、喹乙醇、谷氨酸钠、第一麦饭石以及稻壳粉;其中乳猪微量元素预混料包括重量比依次为4.5:22:19:25:19:15:22:19的碱式氯化铜、硫酸亚铁、富马酸亚铁、蛋氨酸锌螯合物和蛋氨酸锌络合物的混合物、硫酸锰、碘酸钙、亚硒酸钠以及第二麦饭石。将称取的上述各组分混合均匀,制粒,得乳猪配合饲料。
实施例6
称取未膨化玉米3250kg,膨化玉米2650kg、粗小麦麸225kg、鱼粉177kg、大米蛋白粉6220kg、豆粕1660kg、乳清粉230kg、白糖330kg、豆油380kg、乙氧基喹啉1.5kg以及乳猪预混料100kg,辅料209kg,其中,辅料包括石粉80kg、磷酸二氢钙119kg、氯化钠50kg、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐30kg、DL-蛋氨酸2kg、L-苏氨酸6kg、L-色氨酸2kg以及氯化胆碱10kg。乳猪预混料包括重量比依次为28:2.1:1.2:3.2:2.1:0.9:0.8:1.8:6:23:14的氧化锌、植酸酶、硫酸粘杆菌素、乳猪维生素预混合饲料、嗜酸乳杆菌、吉他霉素、非淀粉多糖酶、喹乙醇、谷氨酸钠、第一麦饭石以及稻壳粉。将称取的上述各组分混合均匀,制粒,得乳猪配合饲料。
试验例
于修文县百鸣鸿猪场选取40窝断奶乳猪,平均分为对照组与试验组,试验组喂食本发明实施例1-6制得的乳猪配合饲料;对照组喂食市面常见乳猪配合饲料;喂食方式均采用自然喂食方式,即自由喝水,自由取食。喂食时间为乳猪断奶开始至出生后70天为止。通过试验组与对照组的比较,收集的试验结果如下:

通过表1可得,在饲料成本相同的条件下,本发明提供的乳猪配合饲料长猪成本低,料肉比低,显著降低养殖成本,乳猪日采食量高,饲料适口性好,且在乳猪断奶开始至出生后70天这段时间内,乳猪平均净增体重比对照组平均净增体重高1.51kg,即本发明提供的乳猪配合饲料满足乳猪生长发育所需要的各种营养成份,在降低养殖成本的基础上促进乳猪生长发育及增重,经济价值高。
综上所述,本发明实施例的乳猪配合饲料,营养结构合理,适口性好,显著提高乳猪的生长发育,使乳猪快速增重,提高乳猪的免疫能力,防止乳猪生病,显著降低养殖成本,经济价值高。

Claims (10)
1.一种乳猪配合饲料,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,包括:玉米560-610份、小麦麸20-25份、鱼粉15-20份、大米蛋白粉60-70份、豆粕160-170份、乳清粉20-30份、食用糖30-40份、豆油30-40份、抗氧化剂0.05-0.22份以及乳猪预混料9-10份,所述乳猪预混料包括氧化锌、乳猪维生素、嗜酸乳杆菌、复合酶、喹乙醇、谷氨酸钠、第一麦饭石以及稻壳粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乳猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述乳猪预混料包括重量比依次为20-30:3-3.5:2-3:2.5-4:1-2:5-6:20-25:10-15的所述氧化锌、所述乳猪维生素、所述嗜酸乳杆菌、所述复合酶、所述喹乙醇、所述谷氨酸钠、所述第一麦饭石以及所述稻壳粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的乳猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述乳猪预混料还包括乳猪微量元素预混料,所述乳猪微量元素预混料与所述乳猪维生素的重量比为10-15:1-2。
4.根据权利要求3所述的乳猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述乳猪微量元素预混料包括重量比依次为3-5:20-25:15-20:25-30:15-20:10-15:20-25:15-20的碱式氯化铜、硫酸亚铁、富马酸亚铁、蛋氨酸锌、硫酸锰、碘酸钙、亚硒酸钠以及第二麦饭石。
5.根据权利要求1所述的乳猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述乳猪预混料包括重量比为10-20:8-11的硫酸粘杆菌素和吉他霉素,所述硫酸粘杆菌素与所述氧化锌的重量比为1-2:20-30。
6.根据权利要求1所述的乳猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述乳猪配合饲料还包括辅料,所述辅料包括含钙元素添加剂、氯化钠、氨基酸以及氯化胆碱。
7.根据权利要求6所述的乳猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述辅料与所述乳猪预混料的重量比为29-34:9-10。
8.根据权利要求6所述的乳猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述辅料包括重量比依次为19-21:5-6:4-4.9:1-1.5的所述含钙元素添加剂、所述氯化钠、所述氨基酸以及所述氯化胆碱。
9.根据权利要求8所述的乳猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述含钙元素添加剂包括重量比为8-9:11-12的石粉和磷酸二氢钙。
10.根据权利要求1所述的乳猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述玉米包括重量比为30-33:26-28的未膨化玉米和膨化玉米。
