本发明涉及一种搅拌机，尤其涉及改进的混凝土搅拌机。本发明采用的技术方案是：改进的混凝土搅拌机，包括搅拌筒、主轴，主轴的一端与电动机连接，另一端与设置在搅拌筒内的旋转盘连接，旋转盘下活动连接有若干旋转支架，旋转支架的下端连接有搅拌桨叶，搅拌桨叶上安装有粉碎机构，所述粉碎机构包括经过密封处理的粉碎电机、与粉碎电机传动连接的粉碎轴以及设置在粉碎轴端部的粉碎桨叶，粉碎机构下方的搅拌筒的内壁上设有混凝土阻流器，混凝土阻流器包括支杆和翅片，支杆上均匀间隔设置有翅片，翅片在支杆上错落排列。本发明的优点是：本发明的混凝土搅拌机，结构合理，搅拌效果好，可以提高产品质量和企业竞争力。

本发明涉及一种搅拌机，尤其涉及一种改进的混凝土搅拌机。
背景技术
混凝土搅拌机是用来将水泥、砂石和水混合并搅拌成混凝土混合料的机械设备，在建筑工地上使用广泛。采用机械化的混凝土搅拌机搅拌水泥，可节省大量的人力物力。现有的混凝土搅拌机在使用时存在着对原料进行搅拌时，原料易结块、搅拌所需时间较长，搅拌不均匀的缺陷，不能满足使用需求。因此，应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是：针对上述不足，提供一种结构合理，使用效果好的改进的混凝土搅拌机。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
改进的混凝土搅拌机，包括带有进料口和出料口的搅拌筒、主轴，所述主轴的一端与电动机连接，另一端与设置在搅拌筒内的旋转盘连接，所述旋转盘下活动连接有若干旋转支架，所述旋转支架的下端连接有搅拌桨叶，所述搅拌桨叶上安装有粉碎机构，所述粉碎机构包括经过密封处理的粉碎电机、与粉碎电机传动连接的粉碎轴以及设置在粉碎轴端部的粉碎桨叶，所述粉碎机构下方的搅拌筒的内壁上设有混凝土阻流器，所述混凝土阻流器包括支杆和翅片，所述支杆上均匀间隔设置有翅片，所述翅片在支杆上错落排列。
进一步的技术方案：
所述搅拌筒的内壁上安装有稠度传感器，搅拌筒的上部设有喷淋管，所述喷淋管通过连接管与水箱连接，连接管上设有电控制阀，所述搅拌筒的外壁上设有控制器，所述稠度传感器、电控制阀分别与控制器连接。
所述进料口呈漏斗形。
由于上述技术方案的应用，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点：
1、本发明的混凝土搅拌机，在搅拌桨叶上安装有粉碎机构，粉碎机构可以粉碎混凝土中的大块物料，可以提高物料搅拌的质量，同时也提高了搅拌效率。
2、本发明的混凝土搅拌机在搅拌筒的内壁上设有混凝土阻流器，在对混凝土进行搅拌的过程中流动的砂和液与固定在搅拌筒内壁上的阻流器上的翅片产生撞击，动平衡被破坏，形成乱流，液表面张力消失，砂无法停留在液面，在阻流器的撞击下，砂与液迅速混合，缩短了搅拌时间，提高了砂浆质量，避免了混凝土中出现结块或密度不均的情况，确保混凝土质量达到生产要求密度。
3、本发明的混凝土搅拌机，在搅拌筒的上部设有喷淋管，设计喷淋管通过连接管与水箱连接，连接管上设有电控制阀，在搅拌筒的外壁上设有控制器，设计稠度传感器、电控制阀分别与控制器连接，稠度传感器监测搅拌筒内的混凝土的稠度，并将信号传给控制器，由控制器控制是否开启电控制阀，当混凝土稠度高于稠度设定范围时，电控制阀开启，当混凝土稠度低于稠度设定值范围时，电控制阀关闭，这样混凝土在搅拌时始终保持最适宜的稠度，搅拌出来的混凝土稠度精确，而且搅拌时不用人为加水。

如图1所示，本发明改进的混凝土搅拌机，包括带有进料口1和出料口2的搅拌筒3、主轴4，所述主轴4的一端与电动机5连接，另一端与设置在搅拌筒3内的旋转盘6连接，所述旋转盘6下活动连接有若干旋转支架7，所述旋转支架7的下端连接有搅拌桨叶8，所述搅拌桨叶8上安装有粉碎机构，所述粉碎机构包括经过密封处理的粉碎电机9、与粉碎电机9传动连接的粉碎轴10以及设置在粉碎轴10端部的粉碎桨叶11，所述粉碎机构下方的搅拌筒3的内壁上设有混凝土阻流器12，所述混凝土阻流器12包括支杆12-1和翅片12-2，所述支杆12-1上均匀间隔设置有翅片12-2，所述翅片12-2在支杆12-1上错落排列。
优选的，作为一可实施例，所述搅拌筒3的内壁上安装有稠度传感器13，搅拌筒3的上部设有喷淋管14，所述喷淋管14通过连接管15与水箱16连接，连接管15上设有电控制阀17，所述搅拌筒3的外壁上设有控制器18，所述稠度传感器13、电控制阀17分别与控制器18连接。
优选的，作为另一可实施例，所述进料口1呈漏斗形。

1.改进的混凝土搅拌机，其特征在于：包括带有进料口(1)和出料口(2)的搅拌筒(3)、主轴(4)，所述主轴(4)的一端与电动机(5)连接，另一端与设置在搅拌筒(1)内的旋转盘(6)连接，所述旋转盘(6)下活动连接有若干旋转支架(7)，所述旋转支架(7)的下端连接有搅拌桨叶(8)，所述搅拌桨叶(8)上安装有粉碎机构，所述粉碎机构包括经过密封处理的粉碎电机(9)、与粉碎电机(9)传动连接的粉碎轴(10)以及设置在粉碎轴(10)端部的粉碎桨叶(11)，所述粉碎机构下方的搅拌筒(1)的内壁上设有混凝土阻流器(12)，所述混凝土阻流器(12)包括支杆(12-1)和翅片(12-2)，所述支杆(12-1)上均匀间隔设置有翅片(12-2)，所述翅片(12-2)在支杆(12-1)上错落排列。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进的混凝土搅拌机，其特征在于：所述搅拌筒(1)的内壁上安装有稠度传感器(13)，搅拌筒(1)的上部设有喷淋管(14)，所述喷淋管(14)通过连接管(15)与水箱(16)连接，连接管(15)上设有电控制阀(17)，所述搅拌筒(1)的外壁上设有控制器(18)，所述稠度传感器(13)、电控制阀(17)分别与控制器(18)连接。
