本发明公开了一种抗辐射化纤复合纤维面料,其特征在于,包括:聚酯纤维纤维、天然蛋白质纤维、黏胶纤维、醋酸纤维、铜氨纤维、聚丙燃纤维、粘胶纤维,所述聚酯纤维纤维、天然蛋白质纤维和黏胶纤维混合作为面料的经线,所述醋酸纤维、铜氨纤维、聚丙燃纤维和粘胶纤维混合作为面料的纬线,所述经线和所述纬线互相交织,所述的经线直径为20微米,所述的纬线直径为25微米,所述的经线密度为30根/cm,所述的纬线密度为40根/cm。通过上述方式,本发明的一种抗辐射化纤复合纤维面料,强度大,缩水率小,弹性好,添加了矿物微粉,具有良好的抗辐射性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料纤维领域,特别是涉及一种抗辐射化纤复合纤维。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们对衣料材质要求不断的提高,特别是贴身衣物的面料选择更为严格,衣物的抗辐射性和抑菌性能也被越来越多的消费者所关注,市场上有好多产品都不能满足这些要求。
发明内容
本发明主要是针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种抗辐射化纤复合纤维,本发明的一种抗辐射化纤复合纤维,强度大,缩水率小,弹性好,添加了矿物微粉,具有良好的抗辐射性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种抗辐射化纤复合纤维,其特征在于,包括:聚酯纤维纤维、天然蛋白质纤维、黏胶纤维、醋酸纤维、铜氨纤维、聚丙燃纤维、粘胶纤维,所述聚酯纤维纤维、天然蛋白质纤维和黏胶纤维混合作为面料的经线,所述醋酸纤维、铜氨纤维、聚丙燃纤维和粘胶纤维混合作为面料的纬线,所述经线和所述纬线互相交织,所述的经线直径为20微米,所述的纬线直径为25微米,所述的经线密度为30根/cm,所述的纬线密度为40根/cm。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述天然蛋白质纤维包括毛发纤维和腺体纤维。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述的化纤复合纤维中包含矿物微粉。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述的经线中, 所述聚酯纤维纤维、天然蛋白质纤维和黏胶纤维各成分所占的重量份数分别为:10-15份、15-25份、15-20份。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述的经线中, 所述聚酯纤维纤维、天然蛋白质纤维和黏胶纤维各成分所占的重量份数分别为:12份、15份、18份。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述的纬线中,所述醋酸纤维、铜氨纤维、聚丙燃纤维和粘胶纤维各成分所占的重量份数分别为:3-10份、1-5份、2-6份、8-15份。
作为本发明的一优选实施例,所述的纬线中,所述醋酸纤维、铜氨纤维、聚丙燃纤维和粘胶纤维各成分所占的重量份数分别为:3份、4份、5份、10份。
从上述技术方案可以看出,本发明的一种抗辐射化纤复合纤维,强度大,缩水率小,弹性好,添加了矿物微粉,具有良好的抗辐射性能。

上述中,所述天然蛋白质纤维包括毛发纤维和腺体纤维。
上述中,所述的化纤复合纤维中包含矿物微粉。
上述中,所述的经线中, 所述聚酯纤维纤维、天然蛋白质纤维和黏胶纤维各成分所占的重量份数分别为:10-15份、15-25份、15-20份。

进一步的,所述的纬线中,所述醋酸纤维、铜氨纤维、聚丙燃纤维和粘胶纤维各成分所占的重量份数分别为:3-10份、1-5份、2-6份、8-15份。
进一步的,所述的纬线中,所述醋酸纤维、铜氨纤维、聚丙燃纤维和粘胶纤维各成分所占的重量份数分别为:3份、4份、5份、10份。
本发明揭示的多功能抗辐射化纤复合纤维,强度大,缩水率小,弹性好,添加了矿物微粉,具有良好的抗辐射性能。

1.一种抗辐射化纤复合纤维面料,其特征在于,包括:聚酯纤维纤维、天然蛋白质纤维、黏胶纤维、醋酸纤维、铜氨纤维、聚丙燃纤维、粘胶纤维,所述聚酯纤维纤维、天然蛋白质纤维和黏胶纤维混合作为面料的经线,所述醋酸纤维、铜氨纤维、聚丙燃纤维和粘胶纤维混合作为面料的纬线,所述经线和所述纬线互相交织,所述的经线直径为20微米,所述的纬线直径为25微米,所述的经线密度为30根/cm,所述的纬线密度为40根/cm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗辐射化纤复合纤维面料,其特征在于,所述天然蛋白质纤维包括毛发纤维和腺体纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗辐射化纤复合纤维面料,其特征在于,所述的化纤复合纤维中包含矿物微粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗辐射化纤复合纤维面料,其特征在于,所述的经线中, 所述聚酯纤维纤维、天然蛋白质纤维和黏胶纤维各成分所占的重量份数分别为:10-15份、15-25份、15-20份。
