本发明公开了一种磁纺纳米纱线。该纱线由聚合物纺丝液通过磁纺设备和加捻纺纱设备制成,其磁纺设备为借助磁场力使聚合物纺制成纳米纤维的设备,所述加捻纺纱设备是喷气式加捻纺纱设备。该纱线在纺制过程中以磁场力代替电场力,在交变磁场力作用下拉伸聚合物纺丝液制备纳米纤维,整个过程无需高压电作用,有效降低安全隐患,制得的是排布有序的纤维并加捻成纱。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种微纳米纱线,具体涉及一种由磁纺设备及加捻纺纱设备制备微纳米纱线。
背景技术
静电纺丝法是目前制备聚合物纳米纤维最简单高效的方法之一,以其加工设备简单、原料来源广泛、纺丝工艺可控等诸多优点,受到国内外广泛研究与报道。静电纺主要用于制备非织造布形式的纤维膜,其产品大多以膜或者类似于膜的形式存在,虽然有报到可以采用静电纺制备纱线,但是存在如下技术问题:静电纺需要较高的纺丝电压以形成电场,这一电压通常高达几万至几十万伏特,将带有如此大电压的设备与加捻纺纱设备连用会产生潜在的危险,而且如此高电压以及高电场很可能会击穿加捻纺纱设备的电机;静电纺得到的纤维大多是以无序堆叠的方式存在,其有序性差,不适于加捻成纱,这也制约了其将纳米纤维转化为纱线的能力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种磁纺纳米纱线,该纱线在纺制过程中以磁场力代替电场力,在交变磁场力作用下拉伸聚合物纺丝液制备纳米纤维,整个过程无需高压电作用,有效降低安全隐患,制得的是排布有序的纤维并加捻成纱。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种磁纺纳米纱线,该纱线由聚合物纺丝液通过磁纺设备和加捻纺纱设备制成,其特征在于,所述磁纺设备为借助磁场力使聚合物纺制成纳米纤维的设备,所述加捻纺纱设备是喷气式加捻纺纱设备。
其磁纺设备是以磁场力代替电场力,在交变磁场力作用下拉伸聚合物纺丝液制备纳米纤维,聚合物纺丝液是磁流体纺丝液。
其磁流体纺丝液包括高分子聚合物,表面活性剂,有机溶剂以及磁性纳米颗粒。
其高分子聚合物是聚氧化乙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、聚己内酯、聚苯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯中的一种或多种;所述表面活性剂是十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、吐温80、油酸、烷基季铵盐中的一种。其有机溶剂是氯仿、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、丙酮中的一种或多种;所述磁性纳米颗粒是γ-Fe2O3、Fe3O4、钴、镍中的一种,或者为多种磁性元素的复合磁性纳米颗粒。
本发明的有益效果为:提高一种新的纳米纱线,该纱线在纺制过程中以磁场力代替电场力,在交变磁场力作用下拉伸聚合物纺丝液制备纳米纤维,整个过程无需高压电作用,有效降低安全隐患,制得的是排布有序的纤维并加捻成纱,纱线的性质要由于静电纺纱线。
具体实施方式
一种磁纺纳米纱线,该纱线由聚合物纺丝液通过磁纺设备和加捻纺纱设备制成,其特征在于,所述磁纺设备为借助磁场力使聚合物纺制成纳米纤维的设备,所述加捻纺纱设备是喷气式加捻纺纱设备。
其磁纺设备是以磁场力代替电场力,在交变磁场力作用下拉伸聚合物纺丝液制备纳米纤维,聚合物纺丝液是磁流体纺丝液。
其磁流体纺丝液包括高分子聚合物,表面活性剂,有机溶剂以及磁性纳米颗粒。
其纺丝溶液配制过程如下:选用十二烷基苯磺酸钠作为表面活性剂,将直径在20纳米的γ-Fe2O3磁性纳米颗粒分散到氯仿中,加入与磁性纳米颗粒等质量的表面活性剂,配制γ-Fe2O3磁性纳米颗粒质量分数为11.5%的磁流体溶液;选用氯仿作为溶剂,配制质量分数为25%的聚偏氟乙烯(分子量270000)溶液,水浴加热到60℃,搅拌2小时,制得均匀高分子溶液;将磁流体溶液与高分子溶液以1:1的比例混合制成铁磁流体纺丝液。

1.一种磁纺纳米纱线,该纱线由聚合物纺丝液通过磁纺设备和加捻纺纱设备制成,其特征在于,所述磁纺设备为借助磁场力使聚合物纺制成纳米纤维的设备,所述加捻纺纱设备是喷气式加捻纺纱设备。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种磁纺纳米纱线,其特征在于,所述磁纺设备是以磁场力代替电场力,在交变磁场力作用下拉伸聚合物纺丝液制备纳米纤维。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种磁纺纳米纱线,其特征在于,所述聚合物纺丝液是磁流体纺丝液。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种磁纺纳米纱线,其特征在于,所述磁流体纺丝液包括高分子聚合物,表面活性剂,有机溶剂以及磁性纳米颗粒。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种磁纺纳米纱线,其特征在于,所述高分子聚合物是聚氧化乙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、聚己内酯、聚苯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯中的一种或多种;所述表面活性剂是十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、吐温80、油酸、烷基季铵盐中的一种。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种磁纺纳米纱线,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂是氯仿、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、丙酮中的一种或多种;所述磁性纳米颗粒是γ-Fe2O3、Fe3O4、钴、镍中的一种,或者为多种磁性元素的复合磁性纳米颗粒。
