本发明公开了一种保温塑料管道,包括中间层,所述中间层为聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层,所述聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层由下述重量份的原料制备而成:聚苯乙烯80‑84份、戊烷6‑12份、氢氧化镁0.2‑0.4份、二芳基乙烷3‑5份、云母粉3‑5份、润滑剂0.2‑0.4份、绝热填料2‑4份。本发明保温塑料管道,保温性能好,稳定性高,可长期使用,对环境危害小。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料,尤其涉及一种保温塑料管道。
背景技术
进入21世纪以来,能源问题已经成为制约我国经济保持平稳快速增长、社会可持续发展的主要因素之一。建筑耗能是我国能源消耗的一个主要方面,据统计,我国建筑耗能占总能耗的比例已经从1978年的10%上升到目前的40%左右。大力发展节能型建筑已成为当今社会的共识。一些节能效果优良的保温材料已广泛应用于高层建筑的构造中,如模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(EPS)、挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(XPS)等。
经过几十年的发展,PS泡沫材料己经成为生产生活中广泛应用的泡沫材料。2012年,其产量已经超过了200万吨。PS是五大通用塑料之一,工业上常用的PS属于无规排列的线形分子,强度较高,耐水及耐化学腐蚀性好,能溶于苯、甲苯、四氯化碳、氯仿等溶剂。PS发泡材料具有优异的保湿绝热性能、缓冲性能、绝缘性能和耐腐蚀性能,它的应用领域主要有以下几个方面:建筑保温、冷库保温、土木工程保温、食品包装和电器包装。
本发明提供了一种保温塑料管道,具有优异的保温性能。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保温塑料管道。
本发明目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种保温塑料管道,包括中间层,所述中间层为聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层,所述聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层由下述重量份的原料制备而成:聚苯乙烯80-84份、戊烷6-12份、氢氧化镁0.2-0.4份、二芳基乙烷3-5份、云母粉3-5份、润滑剂0.2-0.4份、绝热填料2-4份。
优选地,所述绝热填料为硫酸钡、硫酸钙、硅酸铝中一种或多种的混合物。
更优选地,所述的绝热填料由硫酸钡、硫酸钙、硅酸铝混合而成,所述硫酸钡、硫酸钙、硅酸铝的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
优选地,所述润滑剂为月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、棕榈酸二乙醇酰胺中一种或多种的混合物。
更优选地,所述的润滑剂由月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、棕榈酸二乙醇酰胺混合而成,所述月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、棕榈酸二乙醇酰胺的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
本发明保温塑料管道,保温性能好,稳定性高,可长期使用,对环境危害小。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明,以下所述,仅是对本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明做其他形式的限制,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容加以变更为同等变化的等效实施例。凡是未脱离本发明方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以下实施例所做的任何简单修改或等同变化,均落在本发明的保护范围内。
实施例中各原料介绍:
聚苯乙烯,采用阿法埃莎(中国)化学有限公司提供的牌号为158k的聚苯乙烯。
戊烷,CAS号:109-66-0。
氢氧化镁,CAS号:1309-42-8,粒径5μm。
二芳基乙烷,CAS号:103-29-7。
云母粉,CAS号:12001-26-2,具体采用上海跃江钛白化工制品有限公司提供的目数为325目的云母粉。
硫酸钡,CAS号:7727-43-7,粒径5μm。
硫酸钙,CAS号:7778-18-9,粒径5μm。
硅酸铝,CAS号:12141-46-7,粒径5μm。
月桂酸二乙醇酰胺,CAS号:120-40-1,采用杭州茂昌化工有限公司提供的月桂酸二乙醇酰胺。
椰油酸二乙醇酰胺,CAS号:68603-42-9,采用上海永叶生物科技有限公司提供的椰油酸二乙醇酰胺。
棕榈酸二乙醇酰胺,CAS号:271-657-0,采用斯百全化学(上海)有限公司提供的棕榈酸二乙醇酰胺。
实施例1
聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层原料(重量份):聚苯乙烯82份、戊烷8份、氢氧化镁0.3份、二芳基乙烷4份、云母粉4份、润滑剂0.3份、绝热填料3份。
所述的绝热填料由硫酸钡、硫酸钙、硅酸铝按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
所述的润滑剂由月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、棕榈酸二乙醇酰胺按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
制备上述保温塑料管道的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层
一次预发泡:将聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层的各原料混合均匀后,放入预发泡机中进行一次预发泡,通入的蒸汽压为0.6Mpa,预发温度为90℃,搅拌转速为60r/min;
一次熟化:将一次预发泡后的混合物在25℃下放置16h;
二次预发泡:将一次熟化的混合物放入预发泡机中进行二次预发泡,通入的蒸汽压为0.3Mpa,预发温度为110℃,搅拌转速为80r/min;
二次熟化:将二次预发泡后的混合物在25℃下放置30h;
冷却成型:将二次熟化的半成品放到成型机里冷却定型,即制备得到聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层;
(2)保温塑料管道由内向外依次为纤维缠绕内层、中间层和纤维缠绕外层,纤维缠绕内层是在纤维缠绕机上采用常规工艺将碳纤维、环氧树脂和石英砂绕制得到,纤维缠绕角度(纤维束与管道轴心的夹角)控制在82°,厚度为3mm,纤维缠绕内层碳纤维质量百分含量控制在55%、环氧树脂质量百分含量控制在27%,余量为石英砂。纤维缠绕外层则是在纤维缠绕机上采用常规工艺将芳纶纤维和环氧树脂绕制得到,纤维缠绕角度控制在6°,厚度为4mm,纤维缠绕外层芳纶纤维质量百分含量控制在82%、环氧树脂质量百分含量控制在18%。中间层为聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层,厚度为10mm。得到实施例1的保温塑料管道。
实施例2
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的绝热填料由硫酸钙、硅酸铝按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例2的保温塑料管道。
实施例3
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的绝热填料由硫酸钡、硅酸铝按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例3的保温塑料管道。
实施例4
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的绝热填料由硫酸钡、硫酸钙按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例4的保温塑料管道。
实施例5
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的润滑剂由椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、棕榈酸二乙醇酰胺按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例5的保温塑料管道。
实施例6
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的润滑剂由月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、棕榈酸二乙醇酰胺按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例6的保温塑料管道。
实施例7
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的润滑剂由月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例7的保温塑料管道。
测试例1
对实施例1-7制备得到的保温塑料管道的常规性能进行测试。具体测试结果见表1。

测试例2
对实施例1-7制备得到的保温塑料管道进行憎水性测试,按照《保温材料憎水性试验方法GB10299-88》进行。具体测试结果见表2。

1.一种保温塑料管道,包括中间层,其特征在于,所述中间层为聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层;
所述聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层由下述重量份的原料制备而成:聚苯乙烯80-84份、戊烷6-12份、氢氧化镁0.2-0.4份、二芳基乙烷3-5份、云母粉3-5份、润滑剂0.2-0.4份、绝热填料2-4份;
所述的绝热填料由硫酸钡、硫酸钙、硅酸铝混合而成,所述硫酸钡、硫酸钙、硅酸铝的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3);
所述的润滑剂由月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、棕榈酸二乙醇酰胺混合而成,所述月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、棕榈酸二乙醇酰胺的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
