本发明公开了一种锅巴用切片装置，包括液压油箱,所述液压油箱通过支柱安装在壳体的上表面,且液压油箱的中设置有液压缸,所述壳体内设置有两个工作区分别为压实区和切片区,所述液压缸中的液压杆与支杆之间焊接固定,所述压实区内的支杆的下端固定有压板,所述壳体的压实区侧设置有行程板,且行程板内设置有割片,所述割片的另一端固定有连杆,所述切片区内支杆的下端固定有切板,且切板的下方设置有定型板,所述定型板中切削有型槽,且型槽中印制有纹路。本发明通过液压装置能够实现锅巴的自动成型切片，稳定快速。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工设备技术领域，具体为一种锅巴用切片装置。
背景技术
目前，膨化食品技术在我国有着悠久的历史，古代就把油炸作为食品膨化的重要方法之一，锅巴作为我国传统的一种有特色的食品，随着现有的加工工艺的成熟，机械加工逐渐替代传统的纯手工制作，而在小批量生产中，多存在着手工鞣制，不仅费时费力，并且生产效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种锅巴用切片装置，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题，所具有的有益效果是；本装置通过液压装置能够实现锅巴的自动成型切片，稳定快速，适合推广使用。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种锅巴用切片装置，包括液压油箱,所述液压油箱通过支柱安装在壳体的上表面,且液压油箱的中设置有液压缸, 所述壳体内设置有两个工作区分别为压实区和切片区,所述液压缸中的液压杆与支杆之间焊接固定,所述压实区内的支杆的下端固定有压板,所述壳体的压实区侧设置有行程板,且行程板内设置有割片,所述割片的另一端固定有连杆,所述切片区内支杆的下端固定有切刀,且切刀的下方设置有定型板,所述定型板中切削有型槽,且型槽中印制有纹路。
优选的，所述行成板的下表面安装有喷油箱。
优选的，所述定型板的外侧安装有把手,且定型板通过滑槽设置在壳体下端的底板中。
优选的，所述压实区的外表设置有进料口,且压实区的内部设置有行程槽。
优选的，所述切板的下表面设置有切刀。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：该设备，结构简答，运行稳定，在行程板的下方设置有喷油箱，可在切片进行切块时对切片进行加油润滑，提高切块的效率，并且压板和切板均由液压装置提供动力，可实现自动化压片切片，并且运行平稳快速。

请参阅图1-3，本发明提供的一种实施例：一种锅巴用切片装置，包括液压油箱2,液压油箱2通过支柱安装在壳体5的上表面,且液压油箱2的中设置有液压缸3, 壳体5内设置有两个工作区分别为压实区10和切片区14,液压缸3中的液压杆与支杆4之间焊接固定,压实区10内的支杆4的下端固定有压板12,壳体5的压实区10侧设置有行程板9,且行程板9内设置有隔片11,割片11的另一端固定有连杆8,切片区14内支杆的下端固定有切板6,且切板6的下方设置有定型板15,定型板15中切削有型槽17,且型槽17中印制有纹路18，行成板9的下表面安装有喷油箱，定型板15的外侧安装有把手7,且定型板15通过滑槽设置在壳体5下端的底板16中，压实区10的外表设置有进料口1,且压实区10的内部设置有行程槽13，切板6的下表面设置有切刀。
工作原理：使用时首先确保壳体5内洁净程度和液压装置是否能正常使用，在检查后，首先通过液压缸3将压实区10内的压板12向上提升，之后将搅拌好的料从进料口1倒入压实区10中，通过压板12将料进行压实，在压实之后通过连杆8将割片11向壳体5内部推进，从而使得一定厚度的料板进入切板6下的定型板15上，之后可控制切片区14上方的液压杆对切板6进行施加力，进而使得料在定型板15上成型，在成型之后可将定型板15抽出，将成型的锅巴取下，进入下一道工序。

1.一种锅巴用切片装置，包括液压油箱(2), 其特征在于：所述液压油箱(2)通过支柱安装在壳体(5)的上表面,且液压油箱(2)的中设置有液压缸(3), 所述壳体(5)内设置有两个工作区分别为压实区(10)和切片区(14),所述液压缸(3)中的液压杆与支杆(4)之间焊接固定,所述压实区(10)内的支杆(4)的下端固定有压板(12),所述壳体(5)的压实区(10)侧设置有行程板(9),且行程板(9)内设置有割片(11),所述割片(11)的另一端固定有连杆(8),所述切片区(14)内支杆的下端固定有切板(6),且切板(6)的下方设置有定型板(15),所述定型板(15)中切削有型槽(17),且型槽(17)中印制有纹路(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锅巴用切片装置，其特征在于：所述行成板(9)的下表面安装有喷油箱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种锅巴用切片装置，其特征在于：所述定型板(15)的外侧安装有把手(7),且定型板(15)通过滑槽设置在壳体(5)下端的底板(16)中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种锅巴用切片装置，其特征在于：所述压实区(10)的外表设置有进料口(1),且压实区(10)的内部设置有行程槽(13)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种锅巴用切片装置，其特征在于：所述切板(6)的下表面设置有切刀。
