本发明公开了一种防止密封面受液流冲蚀的闸阀,包括手柄(1),阀体(2),门闸(3),所述阀体(2)的进液管腔内壁形成有螺旋式凹陷(4),所述出液管腔的内径稍大于所述进液管腔的内径与两倍所述凹陷(4)深度之和。所述凹陷(4)最好为与枪炮管相似的多条结构,当所述门闸(3)处全启态时,液流以旋转的方式经过所述阀体(2)内腔,流出时液流呈圆柱状冲向所述出液管腔,避免冲蚀所述阀体(2)上的位于出液管腔侧的密封面。

本发明属于阀门,更具体地说涉及一种防止密封面受液流冲蚀的闸阀。
背景技术
闸阀多用于化学工业中液态物流系统,现有的一种闸阀包括手柄,阀体,门闸,所述阀体及所述门闸各有二个密封面,当所述门闸处全启态时,其中所述阀体上的位于出液管腔侧的密封面易受自所述阀体的进液管腔冲出之呈圆台状液流的冲蚀,以致闭阀不全,漏液。因此,提供一种防止密封面受液流冲蚀的闸阀,具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防止密封面受液流冲蚀的闸阀。
本发明一种防止密封面受液流冲蚀的闸阀,包括手柄,阀体,门闸,所述阀体的进液管腔内壁形成有螺旋式凹陷,所述出液管腔的内径稍大于所述进液管腔的内径与两倍所述凹陷深度之和。
本发明具如下有益效果:
由于所述阀体的进液管腔内壁形成有螺旋式凹陷,所述出液管腔的内径稍大于所述进液管腔的内径与两倍所述凹陷深度之和,当所述门闸处全启态时,液流以旋转的方式经过所述阀体内腔,流出时液流呈圆柱状冲向所述出液管腔,避免冲蚀所述阀体上的位于出液管腔侧的密封面。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
图1所示,一种防止密封面受液流冲蚀的闸阀,包括手柄1,阀体2,门闸3,所述阀体2的进液管腔内壁形成有螺旋式凹陷4,所述出液管腔的内径大于所述进液管腔的内径与两倍所述凹陷4深度之和1.0-2.0毫米。
所述凹陷4最好为与枪炮管相似的多条结构,如图2所示,各所述凹陷4间距为0.8-1.2毫米,最好是1.0毫米,各所述凹陷4深度为1.0-1.5毫米,最好是1.5毫米,各所述凹陷4宽度为0.5-1.0毫米,最好是1.0毫米。
