本发明公开了一种油罐出口自动开闭装置,包括设在油罐上的出油管以及受油管道端部的接头,所述的接头套接在出油管外部,所述的出油管内设有球阀,出油管表面对称的开有两组卡槽,所述的卡槽包括沿出油管轴向延伸的套接段和跟套接段垂直的固定段,所述的球阀的阀杆延伸至卡槽内部,阀杆端部设有齿轮;所述的接头内壁设有两组跟上述卡槽配合的卡块,任一组所述的卡块前端设有跟齿轮啮合的齿条。本发明提出的油罐出口自动开闭装置,结构巧妙,操作方便。

一种油罐出口自动开闭装置
技术领域
本发明属于石油运输领域,特别涉及一种油罐出口自动开闭装置。
背景技术
石油的运输和储存一般都是通过油罐作为载体。传统的油罐在装油或输油时,都需要先打开出口的罐盖,再将输油管对接,再进行输油工作。操作比较繁琐。
发明内容
为解决背景技术提到的问题,本发明提出一种油罐出口自动开闭装置,通过如下手段实现:
一种油罐出口自动开闭装置,包括设在油罐上的出油管以及受油管道端部的接头,所述的接头套接在出油管外部,所述的出油管内设有球阀,出油管表面对称的开有两组卡槽,所述的卡槽包括沿出油管轴向延伸的套接段和跟套接段垂直的固定段,所述的球阀的阀杆延伸至卡槽内部,阀杆端部设有齿轮;所述的接头内壁设有两组跟上述卡槽配合的卡块,任一组所述的卡块前端设有跟齿轮啮合的齿条。
进一步的,所述的球阀包括球形阀芯,所述的阀芯设在出油管内部的球形阀仓内,阀芯上端跟阀杆连接,所述的阀芯两侧各设有一密封圈。
初始状态球阀处于关闭状态。使用时,将接头的卡块对准卡槽的套接段,当卡块沿套阶段滑动至套阶段的末端时,卡块前端的齿条跟齿轮啮合,转动接头,卡块沿槽的固定段滑动,此时齿轮在齿条的作用下转动,在阀杆的传动下,阀芯转动,使得球阀开启。
受油结束后,反向转动接头,此时齿轮在齿条的作用下反向转动,在阀杆的传动下,阀芯转动,使得球阀关闭,将接头从出油管上拔出即可。
本发明提出的油罐出口自动开闭装置,结构巧妙,操作方便。

图1-3所示,一种油罐出口自动开闭装置,包括设在油罐上的出油管1以及受油管道3端部的接头2,所述的接头2套接在出油管1外部,所述的出油管内设有球阀,出油管1表面对称的开有两组卡槽,所述的卡槽包括沿出油管1轴向延伸的套接段11和跟套接段11垂直的固定段12,所述的球阀的阀杆41延伸至卡槽内部,阀杆41端部设有齿轮42;所述的接头2内壁设有两组跟上述卡槽配合的卡块21,任一组所述的卡块21前端设有跟齿轮42啮合的齿条。
进一步的,所述的球阀包括球形阀芯43,所述的阀芯43设在出油管1内部的球形阀仓内,阀芯43上端跟阀杆41连接,所述的阀芯43两侧各设有一密封圈44。

1.一种油罐出口自动开闭装置,包括设在油罐上的出油管以及受油管道端部的接头,所述的接头套接在出油管外部,其特征在于,所述的出油管内设有球阀,出油管表面对称的开有两组卡槽,所述的卡槽包括沿出油管轴向延伸的套接段和跟套接段垂直的固定段,所述的球阀的阀杆延伸至卡槽内部,阀杆端部设有齿轮;所述的接头内壁设有两组跟上述卡槽配合的卡块,任一组所述的卡块前端设有跟齿轮啮合的齿条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种油罐出口自动开闭装置,其特征还在于,所述的球阀包括球形阀芯,所述的阀芯设在出油管内部的球形阀仓内,阀芯上端跟阀杆连接,所述的阀芯两侧各设有一密封圈。
