Abstract
本发明公开了一种镀银导电芳纶纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,其特征在于,首先,制备镀银导电芳纶纤维的原料包括,纤维、镀银夜;先将纤维置于丙酮溶液中清洗后,高温烘干,然后置于二甲基亚砜金属化试剂中粗化,经SnCl2和盐酸溶液敏化、PdCl2盐酸溶液活化后进行化学镀银,纤维浸入镀银液中,常温浸泡,最后用去离子水清洗,并真空干燥即可。本发明具有生产工艺简单,制成品强度高,耐高温等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,尤其是涉及一种镀银导电芳纶纤维的制备方法。
背景技术
芳纶纤维是一种高性能的高分子合成材料,具有耐高温,阻燃,化学性稳定等性能,而由其制成的导电芳纶纤维,广泛应用于多个行业,如电子通讯等领域,在现有的扬声器弹波一般是采用圆环状片体的波形振动板,其径向断面呈波浪形,设置在盆架与纸盆之间,用来支撑音圈,起到牵引鼓纸定向振动等作用,其电连接线往往采用棉纱线或锦丝线,缝编织在弹波表面,由于弹波在工作时振动容易产生断裂风险,其安装较为繁琐,出良率不高,另外现在音响设备都追求紧凑超薄,这种材料结构也难以改进;如果采用导电金属纤维就可以很好的解决这一问题,如镀银导电芳纶纤维。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术之不足,而提供的一种不仅结构简单,而且导电性好,强度高的镀银导电芳纶纤维的制备方法。
本发明是采用如下技术解决方案来实现上述目的:
一种镀银导电芳纶纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,首先,制备镀银导电芳纶纤维的原料包括,纤维、镀银夜;先将纤维置于丙酮溶液中清洗后,高温烘干,然后置于金属化试剂中粗化,经SnCl2和盐酸溶液敏化、PdCl2盐酸溶液活化后进行化学镀银,纤维浸入镀银液中,常温浸泡,最后用去离子水清洗,并真空干燥即可。
作为进一步说明,所述金属化试剂为氰化钠、二甲基亚砜合成金属化试剂。
所述镀银液分开两部分配置,银液和还原液,银液的组分为硝酸银5-16g/L、氨水30-80mL/L、乙二胺10-25mL/L、氢氧化钾4-10g/L;还原液的组分为葡萄糖0-20g/L、酒石酸钾钠0-10g/L、乙醇45mL/L、聚乙二醇70mL/L。
所述导电纤维丝为高强型合股扭线,单丝密度为12um,直径为0.40mm,耐高温1100摄氏度的导电高分子型纤维。
本发明镀银导电芳纶纤维的制备方法简单,生产成本低,加上银具有很好的导电性和延展性,制得的镀银芳纶纤维导电性优良,是一种强度高,阻燃性好的高性能导电纤维,应用在弹波中可以很好的发挥效果。
具体实施方式
本发明镀银导电芳纶纤维的制备方法,首先制备镀银导电芳纶纤维的原料包括纤维、镀银液,纤维来自市售普通纤维基材;先将纤维置于丙酮溶液中清洗后,85℃高温烘干,然后置于氰化钠、二甲基亚砜金属化试剂中粗化处理,再经SnCl2和盐酸溶液敏化处理、PdCl2盐酸溶液活化处理后进行化学镀银,纤维浸入镀银液中,常温浸泡,最后用去离子水清洗,并真空干燥即可。所述镀银液分开两部分配置,银液和还原液,使用时混合,银液的组分为硝酸银10g/L、氨水50mL/L、乙二胺25mL/L、氢氧化钾8g/L;还原液的组分为葡萄糖10g/L、酒石酸钾钠5g/L、乙醇45mL/L、聚乙二醇70mL/L。制成的导电纤维丝为高强型合股扭线,单丝密度为12um,直径为0.40mm,耐高温1100摄氏度的导电高分子型纤维。
上述实施例中,硝酸盐浓度的增加,纤维增重率先增后减,电阻逐渐减小,在硝酸银浓度为10g/L为最佳值;采用葡萄糖和酒石酸钾钠作为还原剂,镀层致密,表面均匀平整,采用氢氧化钾作为加速剂,当浓度增大,纤维增重率提高,氢氧化钾浓度8g/L为最佳值,纤维表面银镀层致密均匀;经上述配方工艺制备的镀银芳纶纤维其理化特性如下表所示;

采用化学镀银方法制备的镀银芳纶纤维,具有强度高,耐高温等优点,可以应用在弹波上,发挥高性能导电纤维的优势,导电性好,可以制作出高质量,高指标的弹波产品。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种镀银导电芳纶纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,首先,制备镀银导电芳纶纤维的原料包括,纤维、镀银夜;先将纤维置于丙酮溶液中清洗后,高温烘干,然后置于金属化试剂中粗化,经SnCl2和盐酸溶液敏化、PdCl2盐酸溶液活化后进行化学镀银,纤维浸入镀银液中,常温浸泡,最后用去离子水清洗,并真空干燥即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镀银导电芳纶纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,所述镀银液分开两部分配置,银液和还原液,银液的组分为硝酸银5-16g/L、氨水30-80mL/L、乙二胺10-25mL/L、氢氧化钾4-10g/L;还原液的组分为葡萄糖0-20g/L、酒石酸钾钠0-10g/L、乙醇45mL/L、聚乙二醇70mL/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的镀银导电芳纶纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,所述金属化试剂为氰化钠、二甲基亚砜合成金属化试剂。
