一种用于铝合金板带材热轧工艺的润滑剂
技术领域
本发明涉及金属加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于铝合金板带材热轧工艺的润滑剂。
背景技术
铝合金材料制品在国民经济中扮演着越来越重要的角色。在铝合金板带材产品的热轧工艺中,需要专用的润滑剂(或称轧制油、轧制液以及乳化油等)为轧制过程提供润滑、冷却、清洗、防锈等作用。
润滑剂一般是与水配制10%以内浓度的乳化液。目前,市面常见的热轧工艺润滑剂一般是由矿物油、乳化剂、合成酯、天然动植物油、极压抗磨剂等构成,配成一定浓度的水包油型的乳化液来使用。由于水、温度、有机物以及各种污染(例如食物残渣、污水等)的存在,乳化液在使用过程中非常容易发生微生物滋生的问题。特别是当生产过程断断续续、生产线开开停停、工厂停产放假、生产量不足导致乳化液系统补充的新油不够时,滋生微生物的情况就会更加突出,严重时工厂不得不排放全部或部分乳化液,重新配制新的乳化液,最终导致生产成本大幅增加。微生物大量繁殖不仅消耗乳化液中的有效成分,而且其排泄物呈酸性,导致乳化液出现性能指标波动过大、不稳定、发臭、浮油过多、刺激工人皮肤等问题,而乳化液状态发生变化又会导致生产质量不稳定以及缩短乳化液使用寿命、增加废液排放量。另外,为增强乳化液的抗磨性,市售的热轧工艺润滑剂一般会使用含磷元素的有机抗磨剂。而含磷的有机物不仅会促进微生物的滋生,还会增加废液处理难度,容易导致废液处理排放后水体的富营养化。
因此,开发一种生物稳定型(不易滋生微生物)和环境友好型(不使用含磷有机物)的铝合金热轧工艺润滑剂十分关键。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有生物稳定性和环境友好型的用于铝合金热轧工艺的润滑剂。
有鉴于此,本申请提供了一种用于铝合金板带材热轧工艺的润滑剂,包括:基础油、有机脂肪酸、脂肪胺、润滑酯、乳化剂、防锈剂、抗氧剂、油膜增强剂、消泡剂与微生物复合抑制剂,所述微生物复合抑制剂为碱性抑菌助剂、杀菌剂、水、脂肪醇和醇醚的混合物。
优选的,所述碱性抑菌助剂为C2~C12的氨基醇类和环胺类中的一种或多种,所述杀菌剂为三嗪杀菌剂、BIT杀菌剂、BBIT杀菌剂和OPP杀菌剂中的一种或多种,所述脂肪醇为C6~C14的脂肪醇,所述醇醚为C6~C14的醇醚。
优选的,以所述润滑剂为基,所述基础油的含量为15~60wt%,所述有机脂肪酸的含量为4~25wt%,所述脂肪胺的含量为1~5wt%,所述润滑酯的含量为10~40wt%,所述乳化剂的含量为3~8wt%,油膜增强剂的含量为10~25wt%,所述防锈剂的含量为1~3wt%,所述抗氧剂的含量为0.5~1.0wt%,所述消泡剂的含量为0.2~0.5wt%,所述微生物复合抑制剂的含量为4~8wt%。
优选的,所述微生物复合抑制剂中碱性抑菌助剂、杀菌剂、水、脂肪醇与醇醚的质量比为(4~7):(0.2~0.8):(0.5~1.5):(0.2~0.6):(0.1~0.5)。
优选的,所述油膜增强剂为双酯与聚烯烃-合成酯共聚物的混合物。
优选的,所述双酯为由C6~C10的二元酸形成的酯,所述双酯的含量为3~8wt%,所述聚烯烃-合成酯共聚物的含量为7~17wt%。
优选的,所述基础油选自60N、70N、100N、150N、500N、600N、变压器油、46#冷冻机油和橡胶填充油中的一种或多种;所述有机脂肪酸选自十碳脂肪酸、十二碳脂肪酸、十四碳脂肪酸、十六碳脂肪酸和十八碳脂肪酸中一种或多种;所述脂肪胺选自一乙胺、二乙胺、三乙胺、十二胺、十六胺和异丙胺中的一种或多种。

本申请提供了一种用于铝合金板带材热轧工艺的润滑剂,其包括:基础油、有机脂肪酸、脂肪胺、润滑酯、乳化剂、防锈剂、抗氧剂、油膜增强剂、消泡剂与微生物复合抑制剂,所述微生物抑制剂为碱性抑菌助剂、杀菌剂、水、脂肪醇和醇醚的混合物。本申请利用微生物抑制剂实现了对微生物的抑制和杀灭,同时润滑剂中未添加含磷抗磨剂,进一步减少了微生物滋生的有利条件,还降低了废液处理后对水体环境的影响;进一步的,本申请的润滑剂中还包括油膜增强剂,其作为润滑能力的补充,进一步提高了润滑剂的润滑效果。

本申请提供的润滑剂利用微生物复合抑制剂延长了乳化液的使用寿命,减少了废液排放,减少了对水体的潜在影响,使本申请提供的润滑剂最终具有生物稳定性与环境友好的特点。
具体的,本申请中的润滑剂包括基础油,所述基础油为本领域技术人员熟知的,对此本申请不进行特别的限制。示例的,所述基础油选自60N、70N、100N、150N、500N、600N、变压器油、46#冷冻机油和橡胶填充油中的一种或多种;在具体实施例中,所述基础油选自70N、150N、变压器油和橡胶填充油中的一种或多种。所述基础油的含量为15wt%~60wt%,在具体实施例中,所述基础油的含量为20wt%~50wt%。
所述有机脂肪酸具有润滑、润湿、耦合、增溶以及有助于形成油膜等作用。本申请中所述有机脂肪酸选自十碳脂肪酸、十二碳脂肪酸、十四碳脂肪酸、十六碳脂肪酸和十八碳脂肪酸中一种或多种;在具体实施例中,所述有机脂肪酸选自十四碳脂肪酸和十六碳脂肪酸的混合物或十六碳脂肪酸和十八碳脂肪酸的混合物。所述有机脂肪酸的含量为4wt%~25wt%,在具体实施例中,所述有机脂肪酸的含量为5wt%~25wt%。
本申请中所述脂肪胺为乳化液体系提供碱性条件,有助于乳化、清洗等。所述脂肪胺选自一乙胺、二乙胺、三乙胺、十二胺、十六胺和异丙胺中的一种或多种;在具体实施例中,所述脂肪胺选自三乙胺和异丙胺的混合物或异丙胺。所述脂肪胺的含量为1~5wt%,在具体实施例中,所述脂肪胺的含量为2wt%。
本申请所述润滑剂中还包括润滑酯,所述润滑酯在金属表面吸附形成油膜,提供润滑性能。所述润滑酯选自合成酯类和天然脂肪类中的一种或多种;具体的,所述合成酯类选自三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、新戊二醇油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷辛癸酸酯和三羟甲基丙烷棕榈油酸酯中的一种或多种,所述天然脂肪类选自精制猪油、精制棕榈油、精制椰子油和精制大豆油中的一种或多种;在具体实施例中,所述润滑酯选自精制椰子油和精制棕榈油的混合物、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯和新戊二醇油酸酯的混合物或精制棕榈油和三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯的混合物。所述润滑酯的含量为10wt%~40wt%,在具体实施例中,所述润滑酯的含量为15wt%~22wt%。
所述乳化剂为本领域技术人员熟知的,本申请中所述乳化剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和石油磺酸钠的混合物。所述乳化剂的含量为3wt%~8wt%,在具体实施例中,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚含量为2wt%~5wt%,所述石油磺酸钠的含量为0.5~1wt%。所述防锈剂为本领域技术人员熟知的,本申请所述防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸、三氮唑及其衍生物;所述防锈剂的含量为1wt%~3wt%。所述抗氧剂选自酚类抗氧剂,所述消泡剂选自矿物油基聚合物型消泡剂;本申请中所述抗氧剂的含量为0.5wt%~1.0wt%,所述消泡剂的含量为0.2~0.5wt%。
本申请所述润滑剂的关键组分在于微生物复合抑制剂,其为碱性抑菌助剂、杀菌剂、去离子水、脂肪醇与醇醚的混合物,其中碱性抑菌助剂选自C2~C12的氨基醇类和环胺类,具体的,所述碱性抑菌助剂选自2-氨基乙醇、3-氨基-4-辛醇、DL-2-氨基-1-丙醇、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、2-氨基-1-丁醇、2-氨基-2-乙基-1,3丙二醇、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺和二环己胺中的一种或多种;所述杀菌剂选自三嗪杀菌剂、BIT杀菌剂、BBIT杀菌剂和OPP杀菌剂中的一种或多种,所述脂肪醇为C6~C14的脂肪醇,具体的,所述脂肪醇选自C6、C8、C10、C12和C14醇中的一种或多种,所述醇醚为C6~C14的醇醚,具体的,所述醇醚选自二乙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇乙醚中的一种或多种。本申请所述碱性抑菌助剂保持微生物复合抑制剂为碱性体系并提供辅助抑菌作用,所述脂肪醇具有润湿、增溶的作用,所述醇醚具有耦合、稳定的作用。上述微生物复合抑制剂除了具有杀菌抑菌的作用,还为润滑剂提供碱性、润湿、耦合、增溶的作用。本申请中所述微生物复合抑制剂的含量为4~8wt%。所述微生物复合抑制剂中碱性抑菌助剂、杀菌剂、水、脂肪醇与醇醚的质量比为(4~7):(0.2~0.8):(0.5~1.5):(0.2~0.6):(0.1~0.5)。本申请所述润滑剂中的微生物复合抑制剂的制备方法具体为:在干净的搅拌容器中依次加入水、醇醚、脂肪醇、杀菌剂以及碱性抑菌助剂,搅拌1h即可。
本申请所述润滑剂中还包括油膜增强剂,其包括双酯和聚烯烃-合成酯共聚物;在本申请中,所述双酯优先选自由C6~C10的二元酸形成的酯;所述双酯的含量为3wt%~8wt%,在具体实施例中,所述双酯的含量为4~7wt%。所述聚烯烃-合成酯共聚物是聚烯烃与合成酯单体的共聚物,其结合了合成酯和聚烯烃的优点,例如:长链分子的润滑能力,酯基基团在金属表面的强吸附能力,聚烯烃的高水解稳定性、低挥发性、燃烧无残留,又避免了合成酯抗氧化、抗水解稳定性不好,聚烯烃没有极性导致其在金属表面的吸附能力不够等缺点。本申请中聚烯烃-合成酯共聚物的分子结构示意图如图1所示,在所述聚烯烃-合成酯共聚物中,有极性的酯基基团吸附在金属表面,而没有极性的长链烃基基团则伸向液体中,由此构成的油膜既增加了强度,又增加了厚度。以所述润滑剂为基,所述聚烯烃-合成酯共聚物的含量为7wt%~17wt%,在具体实施例中,所述聚烯烃-合成酯共聚物的含量为10~15wt%。本申请所述聚烯烃为丙烯和除丙烯外的α-烯烃的共聚物,丙烯均聚物,或乙烯和除乙烯外的α-烯烃的共聚物;具体的,所述聚烯烃-合成酯共聚物为C8~C18的烯烃共聚物-C6~C12的二烯酸酯的共聚物;更具体的,所述聚烯烃-合成酯共聚物为1-辛烯/1-十二烯共聚物与2,4-十二碳二烯酸甲酯的共聚物或乙烯辛烯共聚物与1,3-十碳二烯酸乙酯的共聚物。
在传统的工艺润滑理论中,润滑状态分为三种:流体润滑、边界润滑和极压润滑;流体润滑状态中,油膜较厚,可将金属表面隔离开,从而避免其相互接触而产生摩擦和磨损;边界润滑状态中,金属表面因微观上凹凸不平(高度差为微米级,由此产生所谓粗糙度概念)而相互接触很近,油膜较薄;在极压润滑状态中,金属表面相互接触很近,油膜最薄。在实际的润滑过程中,这三种润滑状态是同时存在的,即为“混合润滑”状态,至于哪种润滑状态占主体作用,与当时的应用条件直接相关。本发明润滑剂中的油膜增强剂可形成复合油膜,即采用双酯和聚烯烃-合成酯共聚物复配使用,达到协同作用,同时兼顾流体润滑、边界润滑和极压润滑的需要。
本申请所述润滑剂的制备方法按照本领域技术人员熟知的方法制备即可,对此本申请没有特别的限制。示例的,所述润滑剂的制备方法具体为:
按照各组分的配比,将基础油加热,在搅拌状态下依次加入有机脂肪酸、润滑酯、脂肪胺、乳化剂、油膜增强剂和防锈剂,搅拌后最后加入抗氧剂、消泡剂与微生物复合抑制剂,搅拌后得到润滑剂。
为了进一步理解本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明提供的用于铝合金板带材热轧工艺的润滑剂进行详细说明,本发明的保护范围不受以下实施例的限制。
实施例
将基础油按照配比加入调和罐中,加热至40~50℃,搅拌均匀;在搅拌状态下,再依次按配比加入有机脂肪酸、润滑酯、脂肪胺、乳化剂、油膜增强剂和防锈剂,搅拌1~2h至透明,最后加入抗氧剂、消泡剂和微生物复合抑制剂,搅拌1h以上至透明,得到润滑剂。润滑剂各组分的含量具体如表1所示。

注:表1中微生物复合抑制剂组成:碱性抑菌助剂为5重量份、杀菌剂为0.5重量份、水为0.5重量份、脂肪醇为0.5重量份、醇醚为0.5重量份;碱性抑菌助剂为三乙醇胺、2-氨基乙醇和3-氨基-4-辛醇,杀菌剂为BIT杀菌剂,醇醚为二乙二醇丁醚和二丙二醇丁醚,脂肪醇为C10脂肪醇;
表1中聚烯烃-合成酯共聚物具体为1-辛烯/1-十二烯共聚物与2,4-十二碳二烯酸甲酯的共聚物。
选取市面上在售的具有代表性的两种传统铝热轧工艺润滑剂,分别与采用本发明技术制备的两种铝热轧工艺的润滑剂进行微生物对比实验。检测方法参考ASTM E2275,样品配制5%的乳化液,分别加入从严重生菌的金属加工液中分离出的菌种进行培养,每2天检测细菌/真菌数(平板计数),当样品连续两次细菌数≥105CFU/ml或真菌数≥103CFU/ml,视为抑菌失效,记录每个样品抑菌失效前的天数。同时,按照GB/T 3142-82(2004)考察了润滑能力,实验结果如表2所示。

从实验结果看,本发明的润滑剂其生物稳定性远远高于市售的具有代表性的产品,且润滑能力也得以保持(市售的润滑剂中,1#不含杀菌剂,2#含有杀菌剂)。
以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于铝合金板带材热轧工艺的润滑剂,包括:基础油、有机脂肪酸、脂肪胺、润滑酯、乳化剂、防锈剂、抗氧剂、油膜增强剂、消泡剂与微生物复合抑制剂,所述微生物复合抑制剂为碱性抑菌助剂、杀菌剂、水、脂肪醇和醇醚的混合物;
所述微生物复合抑制剂中碱性抑菌助剂、杀菌剂、水、脂肪醇与醇醚的质量比为(4~7):(0.2~0.8):(0.5~1.5):(0.2~0.6):(0.1~0.5);
所述油膜增强剂为双酯与聚烯烃-合成酯共聚物的混合物;
所述双酯为由C6~C10的二元酸形成的酯,以所述润滑剂为基础,所述双酯的含量为3~8wt%,所述聚烯烃-合成酯共聚物的含量为7~17wt%;
所述碱性抑菌助剂选自2-氨基乙醇、3-氨基-4-辛醇、DL-2-氨基-1-丙醇、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、2-氨基-1-丁醇、2-氨基-2-乙基-1,3丙二醇、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺和二环己胺中的多种;
所述润滑酯选自合成酯类和天然脂肪类中的一种或多种,所述合成酯类选自三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、新戊二醇油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷辛癸酸酯和三羟甲基丙烷棕榈油酸酯中的一种或多种,所述天然脂肪类选自精制猪油、精制棕榈油、精制椰子油和精制大豆油中的一种或多种;
所述聚烯烃-合成酯共聚物为C8~C18的烯烃共聚物-C6~C12的二烯酸酯的共聚物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑剂,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂为三嗪杀菌剂、BIT杀菌剂、BBIT杀菌剂和OPP杀菌剂中的一种或多种,所述脂肪醇为C6~C14的脂肪醇,所述醇醚为C6~C14的醇醚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的润滑剂,其特征在于,以所述润滑剂为基,所述基础油的含量为15~60wt%,所述有机脂肪酸的含量为4~25wt%,所述脂肪胺的含量为1~5wt%,所述润滑酯的含量为10~40wt%,所述乳化剂的含量为3~8wt%,油膜增强剂的含量为10~25wt%,所述防锈剂的含量为1~3wt%,所述抗氧剂的含量为0.5~1.0wt%,所述消泡剂的含量为0.2~0.5wt%,所述微生物复合抑制剂的含量为4~8wt%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的润滑剂,其特征在于,所述基础油选自60N、70N、100N、150N、500N、600N、变压器油、46#冷冻机油和橡胶填充油中的一种或多种;所述有机脂肪酸选自十碳脂肪酸、十二碳脂肪酸、十四碳脂肪酸、十六碳脂肪酸和十八碳脂肪酸中一种或多种;所述脂肪胺选自一乙胺、二乙胺、三乙胺、十二胺、十六胺和异丙胺中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的润滑剂,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和石油磺酸钠。
6.根据权利要求1所述的润滑剂,其特征在于,所述防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸、三氮唑及其衍生物的混合物;所述抗氧剂为酚类抗氧剂;所述消泡剂为矿物油基聚合物型消泡剂。
