本发明公开了一种计算机电缆阻燃护套料,由乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯共聚物,高密度聚乙烯、2,6‑二叔丁基对甲酚、溴化聚苯乙烯、过氧化二异丙苯、偏苯三酸三辛酯、N,N′‑间亚苯基双马来酰亚胺、聚丙烯蜡、二苯胺、乙烯基磺酸钠、棕榈酸异丙酯、尼泊金甲酯、炭黑、氢氧化镁。本发明组成原料配方合理,其拉伸强度、抗撕裂强度、耐高温、耐低温性等特性尤为优越,有利于提高电缆护套料的耐用性能。

本发明涉及一种计算机电缆阻燃护套料。
背景技术
计算机电缆属于电气装备用电缆,本电缆适用于额定电压500V及以下对于防干扰性要求较高的电子计算机和自动化仪器仪表。根据不同环境和设备的使用要求,电缆绝缘可采用聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、交联聚乙烯、氟塑料、硅橡胶等材料。

本发明提供一种计算机电缆阻燃护套料。
一种计算机电缆阻燃护套料,由以下重量份原料制得:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物35-40份,高密度聚乙烯65-80份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚6-9份、溴化聚苯乙烯6-10份、过氧化二异丙苯3-6份、偏苯三酸三辛酯2-5份、 N,N′-间亚苯基双马来酰亚胺3-7份、聚丙烯蜡1-5份、二苯胺2-6份、乙烯基磺酸钠3-4份、棕榈酸异丙酯2-8份、尼泊金甲酯1-3份、炭黑6-10份、氢氧化镁2-5份。
进一步,由以下重量份原料制得:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物38份,高密度聚乙烯75份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚7份、溴化聚苯乙烯8份、过氧化二异丙苯4份、偏苯三酸三辛酯3份、N,N′-间亚苯基双马来酰亚胺5份、聚丙烯蜡2份、二苯胺4份、乙烯基磺酸钠3份、棕榈酸异丙酯5份、尼泊金甲酯2份、炭黑7份、氢氧化镁3份。
进一步,由以下重量份原料制得:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物36份,高密度聚乙烯68份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚8份、溴化聚苯乙烯7份、过氧化二异丙苯5份、偏苯三酸三辛酯2份、N,N′-间亚苯基双马来酰亚胺4份、聚丙烯蜡3份、二苯胺5份、乙烯基磺酸钠4份、棕榈酸异丙酯3份、尼泊金甲酯1份、炭黑8份、氢氧化镁4份。

实施例2
一种计算机电缆阻燃护套料,由以下重量份原料制得:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物36份,高密度聚乙烯68份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚8份、溴化聚苯乙烯7份、过氧化二异丙苯5份、偏苯三酸三辛酯2份、 N,N′-间亚苯基双马来酰亚胺4份、聚丙烯蜡3份、二苯胺5份、乙烯基磺酸钠4份、棕榈酸异丙酯3份、尼泊金甲酯1份、炭黑8份、氢氧化镁4份。

一种计算机电缆阻燃护套料,由以下重量份原料制得:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物35份,高密度聚乙烯72份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚7份、溴化聚苯乙烯7份、过氧化二异丙苯3份、偏苯三酸三辛酯2份、 N,N′-间亚苯基双马来酰亚胺6份、聚丙烯蜡4份、二苯胺4份、乙烯基磺酸钠3份、棕榈酸异丙酯7份、尼泊金甲酯2份、炭黑8份、氢氧化镁2份

乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物35-40份,高密度聚乙烯65-80份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚6-9份、溴化聚苯乙烯6-10份、过氧化二异丙苯3-6份、偏苯三酸三辛酯2-5份、 N,N′-间亚苯基双马来酰亚胺3-7份、聚丙烯蜡1-5份、二苯胺2-6份、乙烯基磺酸钠3-4份、棕榈酸异丙酯2-8份、尼泊金甲酯1-3份、炭黑6-10份、氢氧化镁2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种计算机变频电缆用阻燃护套料,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制得:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物38份,高密度聚乙烯75份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚7份、溴化聚苯乙烯8份、过氧化二异丙苯4份、偏苯三酸三辛酯3份、 N,N′-间亚苯基双马来酰亚胺5份、聚丙烯蜡2份、二苯胺4份、乙烯基磺酸钠3份、棕榈酸异丙酯5份、尼泊金甲酯2份、炭黑7份、氢氧化镁3份。
