技术领域
本发明涉及电力传输缆线用的包覆护套,具体涉及一种环保透明的缆线护套材料。
背景技术
随着国民经济飞速发展和电力设施持续更新,各类电力传输电线电缆的使用量大幅增加,在数量上幅度带动各类电缆料的需求。随着社会人性化、城市化、科技化的发展,通信行业在技术上也得到了高速发展,通信电缆材料越来越贴近人们的生活,因此对电缆料的使用性能和质量提出了更高的要求。电缆护套是一种包覆在绝缘线芯或缆芯外面起防腐蚀和机械保护作用的覆盖层,现有的通信电缆护套料主要采用聚乙烯与增塑剂、阻燃剂等组合而成,可以满足常规应用环境下的使用要求。由于现有的缆线护套材料多为不透明黑色护套,其虽然应用广泛,但是也存在不易于对包覆电线屏蔽破损进行故障的排除、不易平行导线与连接器及电路跟踪较为困难等缺点;现有的透明护套多为简易软质塑料,强度较低,抗机械摩擦能力差、光、热稳定性差,环保性较差,不能满足对电缆线的保护需求,在一定程度上限制了电缆护套料的应用。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种强度高、稳定性良好的环保透明缆线护套材料。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种环保透明的缆线护套材料,包括以下重量份数的原料:基体树脂100份、聚己二酸丙二醇酯3~8份、交联改性剂2~6份、稳定剂2~8份、透明粉10~25份、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮4~10份、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯1~4份、过氧化二异丙苯1~3份、乙烯-丙烯酸酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物5~15份、无水硫酸钠1~4份、聚丙烯酸钠2~6份、气相二氧化钛4~10份、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯0.5~3份;
所述的基体树脂为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯和聚碳酸亚丙酯,其质量份比为2~4:1。

实施例5:一种环保透明的缆线护套材料,包括以下重量份数的原料:基体树脂100份、聚己二酸丙二醇酯6份、交联改性剂5份、稳定剂6份、透明粉20份、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮8份、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯3份、过氧化二异丙苯2份、乙烯-丙烯酸酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物12份、无水硫酸钠2份、聚丙烯酸钠5份、气相二氧化钛8份、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯1.5份;所述的基体树脂为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯和聚碳酸亚丙酯,其质量份比为7:2。
进一步地,所述交联改性剂为三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯和邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯的混合物,所述稳定剂为2,5-二特丁基对苯二酚、双(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯和硬脂酸锌的混合物,所述透明粉的粒度为800目。
上述实施例1-5中所述的一种环保透明的缆线护套材料,其在具体的加工使用时,将提前备取好的上述基体树脂混合加入密炼机中于85℃下密炼3min,再加入剩余原料保温混炼3min,置于双螺杆挤出机中,熔融、挤出、干燥、切粒,再由用挤出机包覆在导体上,制成具有护套的缆线。
经实验测试,上述实施例1-5所得的电缆护套材料的性能如下表所示,其中对比例为现有聚乙烯基电缆护套材料。

Claims (2)
1.一种环保透明的缆线护套材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:基体树脂100份、聚己二酸丙二醇酯3~8份、交联改性剂2~6份、稳定剂2~8份、透明粉10~25份、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮4~10份、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯1~4份、过氧化二异丙苯1~3份、乙烯-丙烯酸酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物5~15份、无水硫酸钠1~4份、聚丙烯酸钠2~6份、气相二氧化钛4~10份、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯0.5~3份;所述交联改性剂为三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯中的一种或其混合;所述稳定剂为2,5-二特丁基对苯二酚、双(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯和硬脂酸锌的混合物;所述透明粉的粒度为800目;所述的基体树脂为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯和聚碳酸亚丙酯,其质量份比为2~4:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保透明的缆线护套材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:基体树脂100份、聚己二酸丙二醇酯5份、交联改性剂4份、稳定剂5份、透明粉18份、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮7份、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯3份、过氧化二异丙苯2份、乙烯-丙烯酸酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物10份、无水硫酸钠3份、聚丙烯酸钠4份、气相二氧化钛7份、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯2份;所述的基体树脂为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯和聚碳酸亚丙酯,其质量份比为3:1。
