Abstract

本发明涉及一种便于使用的药材切片机，包括设置在机架上的导料机构，所述导料机构的出料端设置有支撑辊，所述支撑辊的辊身平行且与导料机构的出料端的宽度方向平行，所述支撑辊的上方设置有切割辊，所述切割辊与支撑辊平行，所述切割辊的长度方向间隔设置有多个切割盘刀，所述导料机构的出料端还设置有旋转刀盘，所述旋转刀盘的盘面竖直，驱动机构驱动旋转刀盘的旋转，导料机构将药材牵引至出料口的支撑辊上，启动切割辊，使得药材沿其长度方向分切成条状，启动驱动机构，使得旋转刀盘高速旋转，从而实施对条状药材的切割，将药材切割成片状或者颗粒状，上述旋转的刀盘，能够避免药材出现的连接状，方便后续处理。

技术领域
本发明涉及药材加工技术领域，具体涉及一种便于使用的药材切片机。
背景技术
中药材大多需要进行切分，特别是树皮类的中药材，比如杜仲、黄柏、厚朴等，由于树皮中的纤维量较高，通过人工切割的方式不仅费用高、加工慢，普通的人工剪切的方式很难切断药材中的纤维组织。为解决人工剪切面临的问题，现有技术中的便于使用的药材切片机一般包括设置在输送带出料端的上方第一、第二切割刀具，第二切割刀具的切割方向与输送带的物料输送方向平行，第二切割刀具将中药材初步切割成条状，第一切割刀具的切割方向与物料的输送方向垂直，第一切割刀具竖直上下往复移动并实施对物料的竖直切割，从而将条状的中药材切割成块状。上述的药材切分机的第一切割刀具在实施对条状中药材的切分操作时，主要是利用第一切割刀具的切刃实施对中药材的挤压切断，对于纤维含量大的中药材，上述第一切割刀具竖直上下切割方式，无法将中药材的纤维组织完全挤压斩断，药材之间还存在“藕断丝连”的情况，药材切分效果不好，对于中药材的后续处理产生影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是：提供一种便于使用的药材切片机，能够快速将药材切片，避免药材出现连接情况，方便后续的处理。
本发明解决技术问题采用如下技术方案：
便于使用的药材切片机，包括设置在机架上的导料机构，所述导料机构的出料端设置有支撑辊(10)，所述支撑辊(10)的辊身平行且与导料机构的出料端的宽度方向平行，所述支撑辊(10)的上方设置有切割辊(20)，所述切割辊(20)与支撑辊(10)平行，所述切割辊(20)的长度方向间隔设置有多个切割盘刀(21)，所述导料机构的出料端还设置有旋转刀盘(30)，所述旋转刀盘(30)的盘面竖直，驱动机构驱动旋转刀盘(30)的旋转，所述旋转刀盘(30)的下方设置有出料盒(40)，所述出料盒(40)倾斜布置，所述出料盒(40)与抖料机构连接，抖料机构驱动出料盒(40)抖动，所述抖料机构包括设置第一、第二连杆(51、52)，所述第一、第二连杆(51、52)平行布置且上端与出料盒(40)铰接，所述第一、第二连杆(51、52)的下端与机架铰接，所述第二连杆(52)上设置有踏杆(53)，所述踏杆(53)两端分别与第二连杆(52)及机架铰接，所述驱动机构包括设置在机架上的电机(60)，所述电机(60)转轴水平且杆端与旋转刀盘(30)的盘面连接，所述导料机构包括水平布置的输送带(71)，所述输送带(71)的封闭端分别设置有驱动辊(72)，邻近支撑辊(10)的驱动辊(72)端部设置有第一带轮，所述支撑辊(10)的端部设置有第二带轮，所述第二带轮与第一带轮之间通过皮带连接。
与已有技术相比，本发明的有益效果体现在：导料机构将药材牵引至出料口的支撑辊上，启动切割辊，使得药材沿其长度方向分切成条状，启动驱动机构，使得旋转刀盘高速旋转，从而实施对条状药材的切割，将药材切割成片状或者颗粒状，上述旋转的刀盘，能够避免药材出现的连接状，方便后续处理。

具体实施方式
参照图1和图2，对本便于使用的药材切片机的结构特征详述如下：
便于使用的药材切片机，包括设置在机架上的导料机构，所述导料机构的出料端设置有支撑辊10，所述支撑辊10的辊身平行且与导料机构的出料端的宽度方向平行，所述支撑辊10的上方设置有切割辊20，所述切割辊20与支撑辊10平行，所述切割辊20的长度方向间隔设置有多个切割盘刀21，所述导料机构的出料端还设置有旋转刀盘30，所述旋转刀盘30的盘面竖直，驱动机构驱动旋转刀盘30的旋转；
导料机构将药材牵引至出料口的支撑辊10上，启动切割辊20，使得药材沿其长度方向分切成条状，启动驱动机构，使得旋转刀盘30高速旋转，从而实施对条状药材的切割，将药材切割成片状或者颗粒状，上述旋转刀盘30，能够避免药材出现的连接状，方便后续处理。
作为本发明的优选方案，为确保对药材的切分效果，所述支撑辊10的辊身上设置有避让环槽11，所述避让环槽11设置的数量及位置与切割辊20上的切割盘刀21的数量及位置吻合。
为确保对切成片状的药材的全部收集，所述旋转刀盘30的下方设置有出料盒40，所述出料盒40倾斜布置，所述出料盒40与抖料机构连接，抖料机构驱动出料盒40抖动；当药材在出料盒40内堆积后，通过抖料机构可将出料盒40堆积的药材抖下。
具体地，所述抖料机构包括设置第一、第二连杆51、52，所述第一、第二连杆51、52平行布置且上端与出料盒40铰接，所述第一、第二连杆51、52的下端与机架铰接，所述第二连杆52上设置有踏杆53，所述踏杆53两端分别与第二连杆52及机架铰接；
但需要抖料时，通过踩踏踏杆53，即可使得出料盒40晃动，从而将出料盒40上堆积的药材抖落下来。
所述驱动机构包括设置在机架上的电机60，所述电机60转轴水平且杆端与旋转刀盘30的盘面连接。
为实现导料及切分的同步进行，所述导料机构包括水平布置的输送带71，所述输送带71的封闭端分别设置有驱动辊72，邻近支撑辊10的驱动辊72端部设置有第一带轮，所述支撑辊10的端部设置有第二带轮，所述第二带轮与第一带轮之间通过皮带连接。

1.便于使用的药材切片机，其特征在于：包括设置在机架上的导料机构，所述导料机构的出料端设置有支撑辊(10)，所述支撑辊(10)的辊身平行且与导料机构的出料端的宽度方向平行，所述支撑辊(10)的上方设置有切割辊(20)，所述切割辊(20)与支撑辊(10)平行，所述切割辊(20)的长度方向间隔设置有多个切割盘刀(21)，所述导料机构的出料端还设置有旋转刀盘(30)，所述旋转刀盘(30)的盘面竖直，驱动机构驱动旋转刀盘(30)的旋转，所述旋转刀盘(30)的下方设置有出料盒(40)，所述出料盒(40)倾斜布置，所述出料盒(40)与抖料机构连接，抖料机构驱动出料盒(40)抖动，所述抖料机构包括设置第一、第二连杆(51、52)，所述第一、第二连杆(51、52)平行布置且上端与出料盒(40)铰接，所述第一、第二连杆(51、52)的下端与机架铰接，所述第二连杆(52)上设置有踏杆(53)，所述踏杆(53)两端分别与第二连杆(52)及机架铰接，所述驱动机构包括设置在机架上的电机(60)，所述电机(60)转轴水平且杆端与旋转刀盘(30)的盘面连接，所述导料机构包括水平布置的输送带(71)，所述输送带(71)的封闭端分别设置有驱动辊(72)，邻近支撑辊(10)的驱动辊(72)端部设置有第一带轮，所述支撑辊(10)的端部设置有第二带轮，所述第二带轮与第一带轮之间通过皮带连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便于使用的药材切片机，其特征在于：所述支撑辊(10)的辊身上设置有避让环槽(11)，所述避让环槽(11)设置的数量及位置与切割辊(20)上的切割盘刀(21)的数量及位置吻合。
