Abstract
本发明提供了一种空气过滤器,包括壳体、位于壳体中且由一侧向另一侧依次布置的风机、电极室、过滤室、净化室和负氧离子发生室。通过在壳体中设置由一侧向另一侧依次布置的风机、电极室、过滤室、净化室和负氧离子发生室,从而净化了空气,获得了高纯度的负氧离子,提高了空气质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种空气过滤器。
背景技术
随着人们生活品质的提高,对空气质量要求越来越高,多数家庭都购买了空气过滤器。负氧离子是空气中一种带负电荷的气体离子,负氧离子无色无味,被誉为“空气维生素”,通过人的神经系统及血液循环能对人的机体生理活动产生重要影响。但是,仅仅产生负氧离子还不能够很好的净化室内空气,因为空气还存在例如粉尘、甲醛气体等影响人体健康的杂质,从而影响了人的生活舒适度。因而亟需要研发一种既能够过滤空气中的颗粒和有害气体又能够产生大量负氧离子的空气过滤器。
有鉴于此,有必要对现有技术中的空气过滤器予以改进,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于公开一种空气过滤器,用以净化空气,获得高纯度的负氧离子,提高空气质量。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种空气过滤器,包括壳体、位于壳体中且由一侧向另一侧依次布置的风机、电极室、过滤室、净化室和负氧离子发生室。
在一些实施方式中,所述电极室内设有相对布置的正电极板和负电极板。
在一些实施方式中,所述过滤室内设有呈折叠布置的高效过滤网,所述高效过滤网上散布有纳米活性炭颗粒。
在一些实施方式中,所述高效过滤网由PP滤纸、玻璃纤维、PET滤纸、熔喷涤纶无纺布或者熔喷玻璃纤维制成。
在一些实施方式中,所述净化室内设有支撑板、设置在支撑板上的光触媒材料和LED灯,所述光触媒材料位于支撑板中部,所述LED灯环布在光触媒材料外部。
在一些实施方式中,所述负氧离子发生室内设有负氧离子发生仪。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过在壳体中设置由一侧向另一侧依次布置的风机、电极室、过滤室、净化室和负氧离子发生室,从而净化了空气,获得了高纯度的负氧离子,提高了空气质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示的各实施方式对本发明进行详细说明,但应当说明的是,这些实施方式并非对本发明的限制,本领域普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所作的功能、方法、或者结构上的等效变换或替代,均属于本发明的保护范围之内。
如图1-5所示的一种空气过滤器,包括壳体1、位于壳体1中且由一侧向另一侧依次布置的风机2、电极室3、过滤室4、净化室5和负氧离子发生室6。
空气由风机2引入壳体1内部,并依次经过电极室3、过滤室4、净化室5和负氧离子发生室6,最终排出壳体1外。
所述电极室3内设有相对布置的正电极板31和负电极板32。空气中的固体颗粒带电部分吸附在正电极板31或者负电极板32上,并使进入过滤室4中的固体颗粒带电。
所述过滤室4内设有呈折叠布置的高效过滤网41,所述高效过滤网41由PP滤纸、玻璃纤维、PET滤纸、熔喷涤纶无纺布或者熔喷玻璃纤维制成,并优选为由PP滤纸制成。所述高效过滤网41上散布有纳米活性炭颗粒40,从而过滤掉空气中的固体颗粒。
所述净化室5内设有支撑板50、设置在支撑板50上的光触媒材料51和LED灯52,所述光触媒材料51位于支撑板50中部,所述LED灯52环布在光触媒材料51外部。光触媒材料51为纳米TiO2、WO3、Fe2O3或者SiO2等,并优选为纳米TiO2。光触媒材料51和LED灯52共同作用从而净化空气中的甲醛等有害气体。
所述负氧离子发生室6内设有负氧离子发生仪61,负氧离子发生仪61上设有发射针62,空气接触到发射针62继而形成大量的负氧离子排出壳体1外。

1.一种空气过滤器,其特征在于,包括壳体(1)、位于壳体(1)中且由一侧向另一侧依次布置的风机(2)、电极室(3)、过滤室(4)、净化室(5)和负氧离子发生室(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤器,其特征在于,所述电极室(3)内设有相对布置的正电极板(31)和负电极板(32)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤器,其特征在于,所述过滤室(4)内设有呈折叠布置的高效过滤网(41),所述高效过滤网(41)上散布有纳米活性炭颗粒(40)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的空气过滤器,其特征在于,所述高效过滤网(41)由PP滤纸、玻璃纤维、PET滤纸、熔喷涤纶无纺布或者熔喷玻璃纤维制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤器,其特征在于,所述净化室(5)内设有支撑板(50)、设置在支撑板(50)上的光触媒材料(51)和LED灯(52),所述光触媒材料(51)位于支撑板(50)中部,所述LED灯(52)环布在光触媒材料(51)外部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤器,其特征在于,所述负氧离子发生室(6)内设有负氧离子发生仪(61)。
