Abstract
本发明公开了一种空气净化消毒器,包括风机、过滤网、清洁门、缓冲室、控制面板、空气质量检测器和静电集尘器,所述缓冲室下侧安装有万向轮,所述缓冲室左侧安装有控制面板,所述缓冲室右侧安装有出风口,所述缓冲室上侧安装有空气质量检测器,所述过滤网上侧安装有紫外线杀菌灯,且紫外线杀菌灯上侧安装有静电集尘器,所述静电集尘器左侧安装有HEPA过滤器,且HEPA过滤器左侧安装有风机,所述风机左侧安装有进风口,且进风口下侧安装有清洁门。本发明通过缓冲室内部安装有富氧发生器,能够控制空气的流动量,并且为净化过的空气富氧,保证了使用者拥有一个舒适的空气环境,对人体没有任何伤害,不影响使用者正常的工作学习。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,尤其涉及一种空气净化消毒器。
背景技术
随着人们物质生活水平的提高,人们对空气质量的要求越来越高,因此人们发明了空气净化消毒机,空气消毒净化机利用光触媒、冷触媒、活性炭、纳米光催化、强波紫外光以及特殊离子,通过抽风系统将空气吸入机器内,经上述处理后,可有效去除空气中的甲醛、细菌、霉菌等有害身体健康的成分,使空气得到消毒和净化,从而使室内空气洁净,利于人们身心健康,传统的空气净化消毒机净化消毒效果不是很理想,并且安全性不高,使用寿命短,容易影响人们的正常工作和学习,净化环境不理想,净化消毒的功能不够强大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种空气净化消毒器。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种空气净化消毒器,包括风机、过滤网、清洁门、缓冲室、控制面板、空气质量检测器和静电集尘器,所述缓冲室下侧安装有万向轮,所述缓冲室左侧安装有控制面板,所述缓冲室右侧安装有出风口,所述缓冲室上侧安装有空气质量检测器,所述空气质量检测器右侧安装有循环管,且循环管内部安装有循环控制器,所述空气质量检测器上侧安装有臭氧杀菌器,且臭氧杀菌器上侧安装有过滤网,所述过滤网上侧安装有紫外线杀菌灯,且紫外线杀菌灯上侧安装有静电集尘器,所述静电集尘器左侧安装有HEPA过滤器,且HEPA过滤器左侧安装有风机,所述风机左侧安装有进风口,且进风口下侧安装有清洁门。
优选的,所述清洁门表面安装有按钮,且按钮通过弹簧组与卡扣相连。
优选的,所述控制面板表面安装有空气质量显示屏,且空气质量显示屏下侧安装有开关。
优选的,所述缓冲室内部安装有富氧发生器。
优选的,所述缓冲室上侧安装有等离子发生器,且等离子发生器上侧安装有负压风机组。
本发明中,通过缓冲室上侧安装有等离子发生器,且等离子发生器上侧安装有负压风机组,能够产生大量的负离子。在负压风机的作用下,污染空气通过等离子静电场时带负电细菌被杀灭分解,提高了空气净化质量,使得环境保持在无菌无尘的状态下,并且等离子发生器使用寿命长,能源消耗低,功效强大且环保,通过缓冲室内部安装有富氧发生器,能够控制空气的流动量,并且为净化过的空气富氧,保证了使用者拥有一个舒适的空气环境,对人体没有任何伤害,不影响使用者正常的工作学习,通过清洁门表面安装有按钮,且按钮通过弹簧组与卡扣相连,使用方便,能够很轻松开启清洁门,对净化器内部进行清洁和维修,保证了净化器的使用性能。

参照图1-2,一种空气净化消毒器,包括风机2、过滤网5、清洁门6、缓冲室8、控制面板9、空气质量检测器13和静电集尘器19,缓冲室8下侧安装有万向轮15,缓冲室8左侧安装有控制面板9,缓冲室8右侧安装有出风口14,缓冲室8上侧安装有空气质量检测器13,空气质量检测器13右侧安装有循环管1,且循环管1内部安装有循环控制器18,空气质量检测器13上侧安装有臭氧杀菌器17,且臭氧杀菌器17上侧安装有过滤网5,过滤网5上侧安装有紫外线杀菌灯4,且紫外线杀菌灯4上侧安装有静电集尘器19,静电集尘器19左侧安装有HEPA过滤器20,且HEPA过滤器20左侧安装有风机2,风机2左侧安装有进风口3,且进风口3下侧安装有清洁门6,清洁门6表面安装有按钮21,且按钮21通过弹簧组22与卡扣23相连,控制面板9表面安装有空气质量显示屏10,且空气质量显示屏10下侧安装有开关11,缓冲室8内部安装有富氧发生器12,缓冲室8上侧安装有等离子发生器7,且等离子发生器7上侧安装有负压风机组16。
工作原理:当使用空气净化消毒器时,通过风机2和进风口3将外界污染空气吸入净化器内部,通过HEPA过滤器20可吸附空气中的悬浮颗粒,有害气体,通过静电集尘器19可使尘埃带电,并吸附带电粒子的空气尘埃,通过紫外线杀菌灯4可杀灭空气中的病毒和细菌,通过等离子发生器7和负压风机组16可杀灭分解带负电细菌,通过空气质量检测器13可检测净化器内部空气净化的情况,通过循环管1和循环控制器18可使得净化器内部的空气能够循环净化消毒,通过缓冲室8内部安装有富氧发生器12,能够控制空气的流动量,并且为净化过的空气富氧。

1.一种空气净化消毒器,包括风机(2)、过滤网(5)、清洁门(6)、缓冲室(8)、控制面板(9)、空气质量检测器(13)和静电集尘器(19),其特征在于,所述缓冲室(8)下侧安装有万向轮(15),所述缓冲室(8)左侧安装有控制面板(9),所述缓冲室(8)右侧安装有出风口(14),所述缓冲室(8)上侧安装有空气质量检测器(13),所述空气质量检测器(13)右侧安装有循环管(1),且循环管(1)内部安装有循环控制器(18),所述空气质量检测器(13)上侧安装有臭氧杀菌器(17),且臭氧杀菌器(17)上侧安装有过滤网(5),所述过滤网(5)上侧安装有紫外线杀菌灯(4),且紫外线杀菌灯(4)上侧安装有静电集尘器(19),所述静电集尘器(19)左侧安装有HEPA过滤器(20),且HEPA过滤器(20)左侧安装有风机(2),所述风机(2)左侧安装有进风口(3),且进风口(3)下侧安装有清洁门(6)。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种空气净化消毒器,其特征在于,所述清洁门(6)表面安装有按钮(21),且按钮(21)通过弹簧组(22)与卡扣(23)相连。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的一种空气净化消毒器,其特征在于,所述控制面板(9)表面安装有空气质量显示屏(10),且空气质量显示屏(10)下侧安装有开关(11)。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的一种空气净化消毒器,其特征在于,所述缓冲室(8)内部安装有富氧发生器(12)。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的一种空气净化消毒器,其特征在于,所述缓冲室(8)上侧安装有等离子发生器(7),且等离子发生器(7)上侧安装有负压风机组(16)。
