本发明适用于一种能够净化空气的设备的技术领域,公开了一种空气净化器,包括壳体、进风口、出风口、风扇,所述的风扇设于壳体内部,所述的风扇的进气口与进风口相通,风扇的出气口与出风口相通,在进风口与风扇之间还依次设有灰尘过滤部件、粉尘过滤部件、挥发物过滤部件、微生物部件、杀菌部件以及固定架。本发明提供的一种空气净化器,结构合理,将过滤部件与灭菌部件相结合,使得空气净化器能够在消除异味灭菌,其中过滤部件采用多重过滤结构,使得过滤后的空气质量更好,而且灭菌部件贴近风扇,使得过滤后的空气能够在消毒后仍保持一定的风速排往外界,即提高了风速,从而增强了空气净化器的使用效果,提高了空气净化器的市场竞争力。

一种空气净化器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种能够净化空气的设备,特别涉及一种空气净化器。
【背景技术】
目前市场已有许多种类的空气净化器。现有的空气净化器采用离心或轴流风机抽入室内空气,先过滤然后通过机内的负离子和臭氧发生器杀毒,如此反复循环,该类机器杀毒低,室内空气中的各种异味不能排除,室内空气依旧混浊。而医疗级空气净化器采用离心或轴流风机抽入室内空气,经多重过滤,然后通过内部的高压场、负离子发生器灭菌、杀毒、分解甲醛等有害气体,如此反复循环,该类机器杀毒灭菌率虽高,但室内空气中的各种异味仍不能有效排除,室内空气依旧混浊。另外也有些空气净化器采用大功率离心风机抽入室外空气,经过滤网和活性炭过滤层过滤,虽可过滤空气中的灰尘和简易杀毒,排除室内有害气体的烟雾,但杀毒灭菌效果差。
为了使得空气净化设备既能够灭菌又能够消除异味,现有技术中有些生产者将过滤网和负离子灭菌器相结合,其虽然解决了上述问题,但是仍有不足,相互并排的过滤网和负离子灭菌器导致过滤后的风速大大降低,不仅影响净化器的使用效果,而且还有在加大风机功率加大时灭菌效果降低的可能性,另外具有过滤和灭菌功能的空气净化器体积庞大,成本高昂,限制了空气净化器的适用范围。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种空气净化器,其旨在解决现有技术中的空气净化器灭菌效果差、过滤效果不佳、风速低的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种空气净化器,包括壳体、进风口、出风口、风扇,所述的风扇设于壳体内部,所述的风扇的进气口与进风口相通,所述的风扇的出气口与出风口相通,在进风口与风扇之间还依次设有灰尘过滤部件、粉尘过滤部件、挥发物过滤部件、微生物部件、杀菌部件以及固定架,所述的灰尘过滤部件靠近进风口,所述的杀菌部件靠近风扇,所述的灰尘过滤部件包括大颗粒过滤网,所述的大颗粒过滤网通过固定架与壳体内部固定连接,所述的粉尘过滤部件包括HEPA微粒过滤网,所述的HEPA微粒过滤网也通过固定架与壳体内部固定连接;
所述的挥发物过滤部件包括冷触媒过滤网和蜂窝活性炭网,所述的冷触媒过滤网设于HEPA微粒过滤网之后,所述的冷触媒过滤网和蜂窝活性炭网均通过固定架与壳体内部固定连接;
所述的微生物部件包括光触媒过滤网和紫外线灯,所述的紫外线灯照射在光触媒过滤网上,所述的紫外线灯固定设于壳体内部,所述的光触媒过滤网通过固定架与壳体内部固定连接;
所述的杀菌部件包括臭氧发生网和负离子发生网,所述的负离子发生网靠近风扇的进气口,所述的臭氧发生网和负离子发生网均通过固定架与壳体内部固定连接。
作为优选,所述的壳体包括前壳和后壳,所述的前壳与后壳卡扣连接,所述的前壳的宽度小于后壳、高度也小于后壳,所述的前壳的左右两侧与后壳存有间隙,该间隙为进风口,所述的出风口设于后壳的上部,所述的出风口的出风方向为竖直向上,所述的风扇固定设于后壳的内部,所述的风扇的进气口开设于后壳的中心。
作为优选,所述的灰尘过滤部件中的大颗粒过滤网采用棉纤维网。
作为优选,所述的挥发物过滤部件还包括高密度活性炭网,所述的高密度活性炭网设于冷触媒过滤网和蜂窝活性炭网之间,所述的高密度活性炭网也通过固定架与壳体内部固定连接。
作为优选,所述的臭氧发生网和负离子发生网的高度小于微生物部件的光触媒过滤网。
作为优选,所述的臭氧发生网和负离子发生网均为光触媒网,所述的紫外线灯也照射在臭氧发生网和负离子发生网上。
作为优选,所述的紫外线灯采用短波紫外线灭菌灯。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种空气净化器,结构合理,将过滤部件与灭菌部件相结合,使得空气净化器能够在消除异味灭菌,其中过滤部件采用多重过滤结构,使得过滤部件能够过滤空气中的灰尘、PM2.5颗粒、挥发性的污染物等多种杂质,从而使得过滤后的空气质量更好,而且灭菌部件贴近风扇,使得过滤后的空气能够在消毒后仍保持一定的风速排往外界,即提高了风速,从而增强了空气净化器的使用效果,提高了空气净化器的市场竞争力。

参阅图1和图2,本发明实施例提供一种空气净化器,包括壳体1、进风口2、出风口3、风扇4,风扇4设于壳体1内部,风扇4的进气口与进风口2相通,风扇4的出气口与出风口3相通,在进风口2与风扇4之间还依次设有灰尘过滤部件5、粉尘过滤部件6、挥发物过滤部件7、微生物部件8、杀菌部件9以及固定架。
在本发明实施例中,灰尘过滤部件5、粉尘过滤部件6、挥发物过滤部件7、微生物部件8、杀菌部件9和固定架均设于壳体1内部,只有进风口2和出风口3与外界连通,使得空气在壳体1内部不断循环,不断被净化,提高了空气净化效果。
具体地,灰尘过滤部件5靠近进风口2,杀菌部件9靠近风扇4,灰尘过滤部件5包括大颗粒过滤网51,大颗粒过滤网51通过固定架与壳体1内部固定连接,粉尘过滤部件6包括HEPA微粒过滤网61,HEPA微粒过滤网61也通过固定架与壳体1内部固定连接。此种结构中,灰尘过滤部件5和粉尘过滤部件6共同对空气中的固态杂质进行过滤,灰尘过滤部件5用以过滤体积较大的灰尘和空气中的飞虫,而粉尘过滤部件6则用以过滤PM2.5微粒或和漂浮在空气中的寄生虫。这种多重过滤的结构大大提高了空气净化器的净化效果。
具体地,挥发物过滤部件7包括冷触媒过滤网71和蜂窝活性炭网72,冷触媒过滤网71设于HEPA微粒过滤网61之后,冷触媒过滤网71和蜂窝活性炭网72均通过固定架与壳体1内部固定连接。此种结构中,冷触媒过滤网71和蜂窝活性炭网72共同对空气中的气态杂质进行过滤,冷触媒过滤网71通过化学反应过滤空气中的甲苯、甲醛等有害气体,蜂窝活性炭网72则通过蜂窝状的活性炭消除空气中的异味,从而使得过滤后的空气更加洁净,过滤效果更好。
具体地,微生物部件8包括光触媒过滤网81和紫外线灯82,紫外线灯82照射在光触媒过滤网81上,紫外线灯82固定设于壳体1内部,光触媒过滤网81通过固定架与壳体1内部固定连接。此种结构中,微生物部件8用以过滤空气中的细菌,光触媒过滤网81在紫外线的照射下吸附浮游细菌和挥发性部件残留的有害气体,同时产生水,提高空气的湿度。
在本发明实施例中,微生物部件8作为灭菌部件,其设于过滤部件之后,防止空气中的杂质影响光触媒过滤网81的化学反应,提高空气净化器的灭菌效果。
具体地,杀菌部件9包括臭氧发生网91和负离子发生网92,负离子发生网92靠近风扇4的进气口,臭氧发生网91和负离子发生网92均通过固定架与壳体1内部固定连接。此种结构中,空气首先经过臭氧发生网91,臭氧对其进行第一次杀菌,并使得杀菌后的空气中携带微量的臭氧,随后经过负离子发生网92,进行第二次杀菌,并使得第二次杀菌后的空气中携带微量的负离子,从而使得最终从出风口3排往外界的空气既洁净又带有对人体有益的臭氧和负离子,大大提高了空气净化器的使用效果。
进一步地,壳体1包括前壳11和后壳12,前壳11与后壳12卡扣连接,前壳11的宽度小于后壳12、高度也小于后壳12,前壳11的左右两侧与后壳12存有间隙,该间隙为进风口2,出风口3设于后壳12的上部,出风口3的出风方向为竖直向上,风扇4固定设于后壳12的内部,风扇4的进气口开设于后壳12的中心。
在本发明实施例中,各级过滤网都以竖直方向排列在前壳11与后壳12之间,外界的空气在风扇4的牵引下以左右两个方向同时进入各过滤部件中,使得壳体1内部的风速提高,过滤效果也更好。
其中,为了进一步提高本发明的过滤效果,灰尘过滤部件5中的大颗粒过滤网51采用棉纤维网,挥发物过滤部件7还包括高密度活性炭网73,高密度活性炭网73设于冷触媒过滤网71和蜂窝活性炭网72之间,高密度活性炭网73也通过固定架与壳体1内部固定连接。
进一步地,臭氧发生网91和负离子发生网92的高度小于微生物部件8的光触媒过滤网81。由于紫外线灯82是固定设于壳体1内部的,因此为了缩小空气净化器的体积,本发明实施例将杀菌部件9设于紫外线灯82与风扇4的进气口之间。
其中,臭氧发生网91和负离子发生网92均为光触媒网,紫外线灯82也照射在臭氧发生网91和负离子发生网92上。
进一步地,紫外线灯82采用短波紫外线灭菌灯。此时,紫外线灯82不仅能够为不同的光触媒网提供媒介,还能够杀灭灭菌后的空气中残留的细菌。

1.一种空气净化器,包括壳体(1)、进风口(2)、出风口(3)、风扇(4),所述的壳体(1)包括前壳(11)和后壳(12),所述的前壳(11)与后壳(12)卡扣连接,所述的前壳(11)的宽度小于后壳(12)、高度也小于后壳(12),所述的前壳(11)的左右两侧与后壳(12)存有间隙,该间隙为进风口(2),所述的出风口(3)设于后壳(12)的上部,所述的出风口(3)的出风方向为竖直向上,所述的风扇(4)设于壳体(1)内部,所述的风扇(4)固定设于后壳(12)的内部,所述的风扇(4)的进气口开设于后壳(12)的中心,所述的风扇(4)的进气口与进风口(2)相通,所述的风扇(4)的出气口与出风口(3)相通,其特征在于:在进风口(2)与风扇(4)之间还依次设有灰尘过滤部件(5)、粉尘过滤部件(6)、挥发物过滤部件(7)、微生物部件(8)、杀菌部件(9)以及固定架,所述的灰尘过滤部件(5)靠近进风口(2),所述的杀菌部件(9)靠近风扇(4),所述的灰尘过滤部件(5)包括大颗粒过滤网(51),大颗粒过滤网(51)采用棉纤维网,所述的大颗粒过滤网(51)通过固定架与壳体(1)内部固定连接,所述的粉尘过滤部件(6)包括HEPA微粒过滤网(61),所述的HEPA微粒过滤网(61)也通过固定架与壳体(1)内部固定连接;
