When the agitator 2 is idle, if the two ends of the connecting bearing 33 are detachably connected with the transmission gear 32 and the agitator 2, the connecting bearing 33 can be detached from the transmission gear 32, and the agitator 2 can be detached from the connecting bearing 33. If the connection bearing 33 is detachably connected to the transmission gear 32, the connection bearing 33 can be detached from the transmission gear 32. Optionally, the extractor device 50 is connected to the drive device 3 to be powered by the drive device 3. Thereby ensuring the suction effect of the liquid suction device 50 on the liquid in the liquid storage tank 401 and further improving the working reliability of the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100.
Further, the extractor 50 is a rotating blade connected to the driving device 3. Therefore, the structure of the liquid extracting device 50 is simple, which is beneficial to reducing the manufacturing cost of the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100. When the driving device 3 operates, the driving device 3 drives the rotating blade to rotate, so that the pressure at the rotating blade is reduced, and the liquid pumping function of the liquid pumping device 50 can be realized. Further, the driving device 3 comprises two driving motors 31, wherein one driving motor 31 is used for driving the stirrer 2 to rotate, and the other driving motor 31 is used for driving the liquid sucking device 50 to operate. Thereby facilitating an improvement in reliability of the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100.
Optionally, the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 further comprises a heater (not shown) provided on the pot cover 1 or the liquid outlet device 40 to heat the liquid flowing to the spraying device 30. Therefore, the cleaning effect of the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 on tableware can be enhanced, the efficiency of cleaning tableware of the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 is improved, and the waste of cleaning liquid is reduced. Preferably, a key capable of adjusting the heating temperature of the heater is arranged on the control panel.
Specifically, the spraying device 30 is rotatably provided on the lid 1, and the spraying device 30 is configured to drive the spraying device 30 to rotate by the liquid sprayed from the plurality of spray nozzles 302. Thereby be favorable to making the spraying effect of the liquid of spouting from spout 302 more even, spray the scope more, and then strengthen multi-functional pot cover subassembly 100 to the cleaning effect of tableware, injection apparatus 30 need not to set up independent driver simultaneously for multi-functional pot cover subassembly 100's simple structure, reduce cost.

Further, the driving device 3 includes a driving motor 31. For example, when the power of the driving motor 31 is 30W, the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 may be powered by four parallel lithium ion batteries (the batteries are chargeable), each lithium ion battery is 3.6V, and then the four parallel lithium ion batteries are 3.6v×4=14.4v, 2000mah, so that the driving motor 31 may continuously operate for one hour. When the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 cleans tableware three times a day for 20 minutes once, the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 can satisfy the daily tableware cleaning function.
Here, since the power of the driving motor 31 is 30W, the driving motor 31 of the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 may be an ac motor or a dc motor. If the drive motor 31 is an ac motor, an inverter needs to be added between the lithium battery and the motor to convert dc power into ac power. If the drive motor 31 is a dc motor, it can be directly powered by a lithium battery.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the charging module 10 includes a battery and a wireless receiving module coupled to the battery, the wireless receiving module adapted to receive a signal from the wireless transmitting module to charge the battery. Specifically, the principle of the wireless receiving module is similar to that of wireless charging of a mobile phone, electric energy is transmitted by using an inductance coil, and the wireless receiving module can complete charging within the coverage range of the wireless transmitting module. If the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 with the wireless receiving module is selected, the user needs to install a wireless transmitting module for wireless charging at home.
Alternatively, the charging module 10 is formed in a tailed charging mode. Namely, the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 can be directly connected with the existing power supply to enable the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 to work. Thereby meeting the requirements of the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 for working under the high power condition.
Further, the driving device 3 includes a driving motor 31. When the tailed charging mode is adopted to supply power to the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100, the power of the driving motor 31 can reach 100W. The driving motor 31 of the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 may be an ac motor or a dc motor. If the driving motor 31 is an ac motor, the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 can be directly connected to the commercial power and controlled by a relay. If the drive motor 31 is a dc motor, the dc motor needs to be supplied with power by a power supply board.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 5-7, the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 further includes a support frame 4 provided on the pot cover 1, the support frame 4 having a support surface located outside the outer circumferential edge of the cover 11, and the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 is configured such that the bottom surface of the pot cover 1 is vertically placed by the support surface supported on the support body. It is understood that the support body may be a kitchen range, a table top or the like where objects can be placed. When the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 is vertically placed, the supporting surface directly contacts with the upper surface of the supporting body. When the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 is placed, the supporting surface of the supporting frame 4 can be placed on the supporting body, the whole multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 is placed vertically, and the occupied space of the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 can be saved.
Optionally, a control panel is provided on the handle 12. Thereby facilitating the actual operation of the control panel by the user, improving the comfort of the user, effectively utilizing the effective space of the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 and being beneficial to reducing the occupied space of the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100.
Alternatively, the outer peripheral wall of the cover 11 is circular. Thereby the structure of the cover 11 is simple and the manufacture is convenient. In addition, the outer circumferential wall of the related art pot 300 is mostly circular, so that the structural arrangement of the cover 11 facilitates the cooperation of the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 with the pot 300. Since the diameter of the outer circumferential wall of the circular water tank in the related art is mostly 40cm, the diameter of the outer circumferential wall of the related art pan 300 is mostly 32cm. Preferably, the outer circumferential wall of the lid body 11 of the multifunctional lid assembly 100 is formed in a circular shape having a diameter of 40 cm. So that the versatility and universality of the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 can be ensured.
As shown in fig. 3-4, according to some embodiments of the present invention, a first discharging opening 13 is provided on the bottom wall of the pot cover 1, and the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 further comprises at least one first discharging device 5.
Each first outfeed device 5 comprises a first storage tank 51 and a first switch assembly 52. Wherein, first storage box 51 is established on pot cover 1, and first storage box 51 is used for holding the material, and first storage box 51 links to each other through first passage a with first discharge gate 13. The first switch assembly 52 is used for switching on or off the first guide pipe a. Therefore, the first switch assembly 52 can be controlled to turn on or off the first feeding tube a. When the first guide pipe is turned on, the material in the first storage box 51 can be discharged to the first discharge port 13 through the first guide pipe a and discharged through the first discharge port 13. And thus, the automatic discharging function of the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 can be achieved.
Specifically, the first storage bin 51 is used to store seasoning. When the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 is used for making dishes, a function of automatically adding seasonings can be achieved, so that user comfort can be improved. Preferably, the first discharging device 5 is connected with a control panel, and the control panel sets the discharging time and the discharging amount of the seasonings in the first discharging device 5 according to a menu selected by a user. Preferably, the first storage tanks 51 are a plurality of, and different seasonings can be stored in different first storage tanks 51.
Further, as shown in fig. 3-4, the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 further comprises a drawing device 6 for drawing the material in the first storage bin 51 toward the first discharge port 13. Thereby ensuring the reliability of the automatic material addition of the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100.
Further, the extraction means 6 are rotating blades connected to the driving means 3. Therefore, the extracting device 6 has a simple structure, which is beneficial to reducing the manufacturing cost of the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100. When the driving device 3 operates, the driving device 3 drives the rotating blades to rotate, so that the pressure intensity at the rotating blades is reduced, and the function of extracting materials of the extracting device 6 can be realized. It will be appreciated that the extraction device 6 provides a better extraction of material when the material in the first tank 51 is liquid. Preferably, when the material in the first storage tank 51 is solid, the user can dissolve the solid material into water to form a liquid state, so as to be beneficial to improving the extraction effect of the extraction device 6 on the material.
Optionally, the first discharging device 5 further comprises a screw rod connected to the driving device 3 to be driven to rotate by the driving device 3, and the screw rod extends into the outlet of the first storage box 51 to push the material in the first storage box 51 out of the first storage box 51 during rotation. Wherein the amount of discharge of the first tank 51 can be controlled by controlling the number of turns of the screw.
Alternatively, the first storage tank 51 is detachably provided on the pot cover 1. Therefore, when the user does not need the automatic discharging of the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100, the first storage box 51 can be detached from the pot cover 1, so that the bearing of the pot cover 1 can be reduced, and the service life of the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 can be prolonged. In addition, the user is facilitated to fill the first storage tank 51 with material.
As shown in fig. 6, according to some embodiments of the present invention, a second discharging hole 14 is provided on the outer circumferential wall of the pot cover 1, and the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 further includes a second discharging device.
The second discharging means comprises a second storage tank 71 and a second switch assembly (not shown). The second storage box 71 is disposed on the pot cover 1, the second storage box 71 is used for containing materials, the second storage box 71 is connected with the second discharge port 14 through a second material guiding pipe (not shown), the second switch assembly is used for switching on or switching off the second material guiding pipe, and when the pot cover 1 is placed vertically, the second switch assembly switches on the second material guiding pipe so as to enable the second discharge port 14 to discharge materials. Therefore, when the pot cover 1 is vertically placed, the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 can realize the automatic discharging function, thereby enlarging the application range of the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100.
Preferably, the second discharging device is connected with the control panel, and the control panel sets the discharging amount of the materials in the second discharging device according to the menu selected by the user. Thereby realizing the automatic discharging function when the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 is vertically placed and improving the comfort of users.
Preferably, the second storage tanks 71 are plural, and different seasonings can be stored in different second storage tanks 71.
Further, as shown in fig. 6-7, the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 further includes a weight checking device 8, wherein the weight checking device 8 is disposed on the pot cover 1 and is spaced from the second discharge hole 14, and when the pot cover 1 is placed vertically, the weight checking device 8 is located under the second discharge hole 14. The weight detecting device 8 can detect the quality of the materials discharged from the second discharging hole 14, so that a user can clearly know the quality of the materials, the user can conveniently make dishes, and the comfort of the user is improved. Preferably, the weight detecting device 8 is a weight sensor, so that the detecting effect of the weight detecting device 8 is accurate.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 7, the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 further includes a camera module 9, the camera module 9 is connected to a control panel, and the control panel includes a display module (not shown) configured to select a menu according to an image captured by the camera module 9, and the display module displays the menu. Therefore, the camera module 9 can shoot food materials provided by the user and upload images to the control panel, and the control panel automatically selects the menu and displays the menu through the display module. The user selects the menu according to personal preference, so that the comfort of the user is improved.
Optionally, the control panel includes a display module for displaying a menu, and the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 further includes a communication module 20 connected to the control panel. Therefore, the user can prepare food according to the menu displayed by the display module, and the control panel can update the menu in real time through the communication module 20, so that more choices are provided for the user, and the comfort of the user is improved. Preferably, the communication module 20 is interconnected with an external network through a bluetooth mode or a WIFI mode, so that the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 can update menus in real time.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 11, the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 further comprises a bowl basket 60, and a plurality of storage compartments 601 are arranged on the bowl basket 60. As shown in fig. 1 to 12, the multifunctional pot cover assembly 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: the bowl cover comprises a bowl cover 1, a stirrer 2, a driving device 3, a control panel, a supporting frame 4, a first discharging device 5, an extracting device 6, a second discharging device, a weight detecting device 8, a camera module 9, a charging module 10, a communication module 20, a liquid outlet device 40, a liquid extracting device 50, a spraying device 30, a heater and a bowl basket 60.
Specifically, the lid 1 includes a lid body 11 and a handle 12, and an outer peripheral wall of the lid body 11 is formed in a circular shape having a diameter of 40 cm. The handle 12 is arranged on the top wall of the cover body 11, a first discharge hole 13 is arranged on the bottom wall of the pot cover 1, a second discharge hole 14 is arranged on the peripheral wall of the pot cover 1, and a liquid outlet 15 is arranged on the bottom wall of the cover body 11. .
The support frame 4 is provided on the top wall of the lid 11, and the support frame 4 has a support surface located at the outer side of the outer circumferential edge of the lid 11, and the multifunctional lid assembly 100 is configured such that the bottom surface of the lid 1 is vertically placed by the support surface supported on the support.
The weight detecting device 8 is arranged on the pot cover 1 and is arranged at intervals with the second discharge hole 14, and when the pot cover 1 is vertically placed, the weight detecting device 8 is positioned under the second discharge hole 14.
The driving device 3 is arranged on the cover 11, and the stirring end of the stirrer 2 is positioned below the bottom wall of the cover 11. The driving device 3 comprises a driving motor 31, a transmission gear 32 and a connecting bearing 33, wherein the transmission gear 32 is connected with the driving motor 31 to be driven to rotate by the driving motor 31, two ends of the connecting bearing 33 are detachably connected with the transmission gear 32 and the stirrer 2 respectively, and the driving device 3 transmits driving force to the stirrer 2 through the connecting bearing 33 to drive the stirrer 2 to rotate. While the stirrer 2 is retractable in the longitudinal direction of the stirrer 2.
The control panel is provided on the handle 12 and is connected to the driving device 3 to control the operating state of the driving device 3. The control panel comprises a display module for displaying the menu, the camera module 9 is connected with the control panel, and the control panel can select the menu according to the image shot by the camera module 9 and display the menu through the display module. The communication module 20 is connected to the control panel to update the menu in real time. The charging module 10 is arranged on the pot cover 1 and supplies power to the control panel in a tailed charging mode.
The tapping device 40 comprises a tank 401 and a switching device 402. Wherein the liquid storage tank 401 is used for containing liquid, the liquid storage tank 401 is detachably arranged on the pot cover 1, the liquid storage tank 401 is connected with the liquid outlet 15 through a liquid guide pipe b, and the switching device 402 is used for switching on or switching off the liquid guide pipe b.
The spraying device 30 is detachably and rotatably arranged in the center of the lower surface of the pot cover 1, a spraying channel communicated with the liquid outlet 15 is arranged in the spraying device 30, and a plurality of nozzles 302 are arranged on the peripheral wall of the spraying channel. The spraying device 30 is configured to drive the spraying device 30 to rotate by the liquid sprayed from the plurality of spray nozzles 302.
The liquid pumping device 50 is used for pumping liquid in the liquid storage tank 401 towards the liquid outlet 15, and the liquid pumping device 50 is connected with the driving device 3 to be powered by the driving device 3.
A heater is provided on the pot cover 1 to heat the liquid flowing toward the spraying device 30.
A plurality of compartments 601 are provided on the bowl basket 60 so that a user can place the bowl 602 obliquely in each of the compartments 601 of the bowl basket 60. The bowl 602 is held in a position that is fixed to the position in which it is sprayed by the spraying device 30.
The first discharging device 5 comprises a first storage tank 51 and a first switch assembly 52. The first storage box 51 is used for containing materials and is detachably arranged on the pot cover 1, the first storage box 51 is connected with the first discharge hole 13 through a first material guiding pipe a, and the first switch assembly 52 is used for switching on or switching off the first material guiding pipe a.
Specifically, the first storage bin 51 is used to store seasoning. The first discharging device 5 is connected with a control panel, and the control panel sets the discharging time and the discharging amount of the seasonings in the first discharging device 5 according to a menu selected by a user.
The extracting device 6 is a rotary blade connected with the driving device 3, and the extracting device 6 is used for extracting the material in the first storage box 51 towards the first discharge hole 13.
The second discharging device comprises four second storage boxes 71 and four second switch components, and the four second storage boxes 71 and the four second switch components are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence. Wherein the second storage boxes 71 are arranged on the cover 11, and the four second storage boxes 71 respectively store different seasonings. The four second storage boxes 71 are connected with the same second discharge hole 14 through second material guiding pipes, and the second switch assembly is used for switching on or switching off each second material guiding pipe. When the pot cover 1 is vertically placed, the second switch component conducts the second material guiding pipe so as to enable the second material outlet 14 to discharge.
The second discharging device is connected with the control panel, and the control panel sets the discharging amount of the materials in the second discharging device according to the menu selected by the user.

4. The multifunctional pot cover assembly of claim 1, further comprising a heater provided on the pot cover or the liquid outlet means to heat the liquid flowing to the spraying means.
5. The multifunctional pot lid assembly of claim 1, wherein the spraying device is rotatably provided on the pot lid, the spraying device being configured to be driven to rotate by liquid sprayed from the plurality of spray nozzles.
6. The multifunctional pot cover assembly of claim 1, wherein a charging module for supplying power to the control panel is arranged in the pot cover.
7. The multifunctional pot cover assembly of claim 1, further comprising a support frame provided on the pot cover, the support frame having a support surface located outside a peripheral edge of the cover body, the multifunctional pot cover assembly being configured such that a bottom surface of the pot cover is vertically placed by the support surface supported on the support body.
8. The multifunctional pot cover assembly of claim 1, wherein the peripheral wall of the cover body is circular.
9. The multifunctional lid assembly of claim 1, further comprising extraction means for extracting material within the first storage bin toward the first outlet.
10. The multifunctional lid assembly of claim 9, wherein the extraction means is a rotating blade coupled to the drive means.
11. The multifunctional pot cover assembly of claim 1, further comprising a weight detection device arranged on the pot cover and spaced from the second discharge port, wherein the weight detection device is positioned directly below the second discharge port when the pot cover is vertically placed.
12. The multifunctional pot cover assembly of claim 1, further comprising a camera module, the camera module being coupled to the control panel, the control panel comprising a display module, the control panel configured to select a recipe based on images captured by the camera module, the display module displaying the recipe.
13. The multifunctional lid assembly of claim 1, wherein the control panel comprises a display module for displaying a recipe, the multifunctional lid assembly further comprising a communication module coupled to the control panel.
