With the development of economy and the improvement of the living standard of people, dish washers are becoming more and more common in our daily lives. According to an embodiment of the invention, a cleaning machine includes: a body adapted to be supported on a sink; the spray arm is rotatably arranged on the bottom surface of the main body and is provided with a plurality of nozzles; the water treatment system comprises a water inlet valve, a water storage box, a washing pump, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, wherein one end of the water inlet pipe is connected with the water storage box, the water inlet valve is connected with the water inlet pipe in series, two ends of the water outlet pipe are respectively connected with the water storage box and the spray arm, and the washing pump is connected with the water outlet pipe in series so as to pump water in the water storage box to the spray arm; and the control panel is arranged on the main body and is connected with the water inlet valve and the washing pump.
According to the cleaning machine provided by the embodiment of the invention, the bowl and chopsticks can be cleaned by placing the cleaning machine on the upper part of the water tank, the water tank specially assembled with the cleaning machine is not required, the occupied space is small, and the operation is convenient; the spray arm is provided with the plurality of spray nozzles spraying water towards the inside of the water tank, so that the coverage range of the spray arm during cleaning can be enlarged, and the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning machine is improved; the control panel can realize the automatic control of the cleaning machine, and improve the working efficiency of the cleaning machine.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the water tank has a water outlet provided with a filter screen, the water outlet is connected with a drain pipe, the cleaning machine further comprises a recovery water pipe and a drain valve, the drain valve is connected in series with the drain pipe and connected with the control panel, one end of the recovery water pipe is connected between the filter screen and the drain valve, and the other end of the recovery water pipe is connected with the water storage box.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the cleaning machine further comprises a support frame provided on the main body, the support frame having a support surface, the cleaning machine being configured such that a bottom surface of the main body is vertically placed by the support surface supported on the support body.

Referring now to fig. 1-6, a washer 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail, wherein the washer 100 can clean bowls and chopsticks placed in a sink 200.
As shown in fig. 1, a cleaning machine 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a main body 10, a spray arm 20, a water treatment system 30, and a control panel 40. Wherein the body 10 is adapted to be supported on the tub 200. Specifically, when the washing machine 100 is used to wash bowls and chopsticks, the washing machine 100 is placed at the upper end of the water tub 200, and the main body 10 of the washing machine 100 can be engaged with the top of the water tub 200; when the washing machine 100 washes the bowls and chopsticks, the washing machine 100 is removed from the upper end of the tub 200, and the main body 10 is separated from the tub 200. The cleaning machine 100 can clean bowls and chopsticks only by being placed on the upper part of the water tank 200 without being assembled with the water tank 200, and is convenient to operate and small in occupied space.
The spray arm 20 is rotatably provided on the bottom surface of the main body 10, and a plurality of spray nozzles 210 are provided on the spray arm 20. It will be appreciated that the spray arm 20 is mounted to the bottom wall of the main body 10 of the cleaning machine 100 and is rotatable relative to the bottom wall of the main body 10. The spray arm 20 is provided with a plurality of spray nozzles 210, when water is supplied into the spray arm 20, the spray nozzles 210 on the spray arm 20 can spray water in a plurality of directions in the water tank 200, so that the cleaning coverage range of the spray arm 20 can be increased, and the working efficiency of the cleaning machine 100 can be improved. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the spray arm 20 may be received in the inner space of the main body 10, which may increase the available space of the tub 200 while also reducing the occupied space of the washing machine 100. Preferably, the spray arm 20 is removable relative to the body 10 to facilitate cleaning and maintenance of the spray arm 20 by a user.
As shown in fig. 1, the water treatment system 30 includes a water inlet valve 310, a water storage box 320, a wash pump 330, a water inlet pipe 340, and a water outlet pipe 350, one end of the water inlet pipe 340 is connected with the water storage box 320, and the water inlet valve 310 is connected in series with the water inlet pipe 340. Wherein the other end of the water inlet pipe 340 may be connected to a faucet. Specifically, the water storage box 320 is used for storing cleaning water for cleaning bowls and chopsticks, the water storage box 320 is connected with one end of the water inlet pipe 340, and the cleaning water flows into the water storage box 320 through the water inlet pipe 340. The water inlet valve 310 is installed in the flow path of the water inlet pipe 340 to control whether the cleaning water enters the water storage box 320. When the washer 100 starts to operate, the water inlet valve 310 is opened, clean water enters the water storage box 320 through the water inlet pipe 340, and when the water storage box 320 is filled with water, the water inlet valve 310 is closed.
Two ends of the water outlet pipe 350 are respectively connected with the water storage box 320 and the spray arm 20, and the washing pump 330 is connected in series with the water outlet pipe 350 to pump water in the water storage box 320 to the spray arm 20. It is understood that the water outlet pipe 350 forms a flow path for water in the water storage box 320 to flow into the spray arm 20, one end of the water outlet pipe 350 is connected to the spray arm 20, and the other end of the water outlet pipe 350 is connected to the water storage box 320. Wherein the washing pump 330 is connected in series to the water outlet pipe 350 to be located between the water storage tank 320 and the spray arm 20 for pumping the water in the water storage tank 320 into the spray arm 20. Specifically, when the washing pump 330 is started, the washing pump 330 pumps the water in the water storage box 320 into the spray arm 20, and the spray arm 20 starts to rotate to spray water. After the washer 100 cleans the bowls and chopsticks, the wash pump 330 is turned off.
As shown in fig. 2, a control panel 40 is provided on the main body 10 and is connected to the water inlet valve 310 and the wash pump 330. It is understood that the control panel 40 may control the operation states of the water inlet valve 310 and the wash pump 330. When the water in the water storage box 320 is used up, the water inlet valve 310 can be controlled to be opened through the control panel 40, and when the water storage box 320 is filled up, the water inlet valve 310 is controlled to be closed through the control panel 40, and then the washing pump 330 is opened through the control panel 40, so that the water in the water storage box 320 is pumped into the spray arm 20. Optionally, the control panel 40 may also control the operation mode of the washer 100, such as standard washing, quick washing, heavy washing, etc., and may improve the operation efficiency of the washer 100.
According to the cleaning machine 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, bowl and chopsticks can be cleaned by placing the cleaning machine 100 on the upper part of the water tank 200, the water tank 200 specially assembled with the cleaning machine 100 is not required, the occupied space is small, and the operation is convenient; by providing the spray arm 20 with a plurality of spray nozzles 210 spraying water toward the inside of the water tank 200, the coverage area of the spray arm 20 during cleaning can be increased, and the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning machine 100 can be improved; the control panel 40 can realize automatic control of the washing machine 100, and improve the working efficiency of the washing machine 100.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the spray arm 20 is configured to rotate the spray arm 20 by a flow of water emitted from a plurality of spray orifices 210, in accordance with some embodiments of the present invention. Specifically, the spray arm 20 is provided with a plurality of spray nozzles 210, and the positions of the spray nozzles 210 are designed through hydrodynamic distribution. When the nozzle 210 starts spraying water, the spray arm 20 generates a moment in the horizontal direction, and the generated moment can drive the spray arm 20 to rotate relative to the main body 10, so that an additional electric rotating device is not required to be added to the spray arm 20, and the use cost of the cleaning machine 100 is saved.
As shown in fig. 1, the washer 100 also includes a heater 360 for heating water discharged to the spray arm 20, in accordance with some embodiments of the present invention. Wherein the heater 360 may heat the cleaning water to a preset temperature and then draw the cleaning water into the spray arm 20 by the wash pump 330. The heated water can accelerate the cleaning speed of the oil stain on the bowl and chopsticks, and the working efficiency of the cleaning machine 100 is improved. Alternatively, the heater 360 is provided in the water storage tank 320, and in this mode, the heater 360 heats the cleaning water in the water storage tank 320 and is drawn into the spray arm 20 by the washing pump 330. In other examples of the present invention, the heater 360 may be disposed at the water outlet end of the water storage tank 320, and the heater 360 and the washing pump 330 are connected in series to the water outlet pipe 350, in which case the heater 360 heats the water pumped from the water storage tank 320 by the washing pump 330, and the heated water is pumped into the spray arm 20.
As shown in fig. 1, the sink 200 has a water outlet 60 provided with a filter screen 70, the water outlet 60 being connected to a drain pipe 370, according to some embodiments of the invention. Specifically, the water outlet 60 may be provided on the bottom wall of the tub 200, and the drain pipe 370 is connected to the water outlet 60. The filter screen 70 is provided at the water outlet 60 to filter out large food residues, thereby preventing the drain pipe 370 from being blocked by the food residues. The cleaning machine 100 further comprises a recovery water pipe 380 and a drain valve 390, wherein the drain valve 390 is connected in series with the drain pipe 370 and is connected with the control panel 40, and when the cleaning machine 100 is cleaned, the drain valve 390 can be automatically opened by operating the control panel 40 to drain sewage into a sewer. One end of the recovery water pipe 380 is connected between the filter screen 70 and the drain valve 390, and the other end of the recovery water pipe 380 is connected with the water storage box 320. The recovery water pipe 380 is used for collecting the water filtered from the water outlet 60 of the water tank 200 into the water storage box 320, thereby realizing the reuse of clean water and saving water resources.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the filter screen 70 may be disposed at the connection between the recovery water pipe 380 and the drain pipe 370, so as to filter the water in the drain pipe 370 for the second time, and filter out smaller food residues, thereby preventing food residues from entering the water storage box 320 through the recovery water pipe 380 and preventing the water outlet 60 of the water storage box 320 from being blocked by food residues.
As shown in fig. 2-3, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the main body 10 includes a supporting portion 120 and a handle 130, the handle 130 is provided on a top wall of the supporting portion 120, and the handle 130 is provided to facilitate taking and placing of the cleaning machine 100. The spray arm 20 is provided on the support 120 and is rotatable relative to the support 120. The support 120 is adapted to be placed on top of the water tank 200 to cooperate with the water tank 200. When the washing machine 100 is placed on the upper portion of the tub 200, the supporting portion 120 of the washing machine 100 contacts the upper end of the tub 200 to define a washing space within the tub 200.
As shown in fig. 3, the washing machine 100 further includes a supporting frame 110 provided on the main body 10, the supporting frame 110 having a supporting surface, and the washing machine 100 is configured such that a bottom surface of the main body 10 is vertically placed by the supporting surface supported on the supporting body, according to some embodiments of the present invention. It is understood that the support body may be a kitchen range, a table top or the like where objects can be placed. For example, as shown in fig. 3, the front end side of the supporting frame 110 is a supporting surface, and when the cleaning machine 100 is placed vertically, the supporting surface directly contacts with the upper surface of the supporting body. When the cleaning machine 100 is placed vertically, the supporting surface of the supporting frame 110 can be placed on the supporting body, and the whole cleaning machine 100 is placed vertically, so that the occupied space of the cleaning machine 100 can be saved.
As shown in fig. 3, in some examples of the present invention, the control panel 40 includes a key area 410 and a display area 420, and the key area 410 and the display area 420 are provided on the support 120 and distributed on both sides of the handle 130. For example, the buttons may be touch buttons or film buttons, the display area 420 may be configured as an LED or the like or an LCD, the operation states of the water inlet valve 310, the water outlet valve 390, the washing pump 330 and the heater 360 may be controlled by the buttons, and the operation state of the washing machine 100 may be displayed in the display area 420. The operation mode of the washing machine 100 may also be selected by a button, such as a standard washing, a quick washing, a powerful washing, etc., and the operation mode of the washing machine 100 may also be displayed in the display area 420. In other examples of the present invention, the display area 420 and the key area 410 of the control panel 40 may be disposed on the upper surface of the grip 130.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the washer 100 further comprises a water purification device coupled in series with the water inlet pipe 340. Since tap water in different areas has different hardness, when tap water with high hardness is used for a long time, some scale is generated in the cleaning machine 100, and the usability of the cleaning machine 100 is affected. By connecting the water purifying device in series to the water inlet pipe 340, tap water can be purified, scale generation in the cleaning machine 100 can be prevented, and the service life of the cleaning machine 100 can be prolonged.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the electric wire 50 connected to the control panel 40 and the other end of the water inlet pipe 340 are located at the same side of the main body 10. When the washer 100 is used, it may be vertically placed in a space between the tub 200 and a wall. The other ends of the electric wire 50 and the water inlet pipe 340 connected to the control panel 40 are disposed at the same side of the main body 10, and a space between the tub 200 and the wall may be perforated for placing the water inlet pipe 340 and the electric wire 50 of the washing machine 100. Specifically, the space between the tub 200 and the wall is perforated, the washer 100 is vertically placed in the space between the tub 200 and the wall, and the water inlet pipe 340 and the electric wire 50 of the washer 100 are placed in the perforated storage space, so that the space can be saved, and the room can be tidier and more beautiful.
As shown in fig. 4-5, in some embodiments of the invention, the washer 100 may also be provided with a bowl basket 80, the bowl basket 80 being provided with a plurality of storage compartments 810. Since the bowl to be cleaned is placed in the tub 200 during the bowl cleaning process, the bowl opening is vertically upward or vertically downward, and the cleaner 100 cannot completely clean the inside of the bowl in this state, and the user is required to manually perform the secondary cleaning, which wastes time. By providing the bowl basket 80, the bowls can be placed obliquely in each of the storage compartments 810 of the bowl basket 80. The bowl basket 80 has a simple structure, and has a fixing function on the placement position of the bowl, so that the bowl can always keep the posture favorable for cleaning the spray arm 20, the working efficiency of the cleaning machine 100 is improved, water resources are saved, and the operation of a user is more convenient.
A cleaning machine 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 6. It is to be understood that the following description is exemplary only and is not intended to limit the invention in any way.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the cleaning machine 100 includes a main body 10, a spray arm 20, a water treatment system 30, and a control panel 40. The spray arm 20 is provided with a plurality of spray nozzles 210 rotatably installed in the receiving space of the main body 10. The water treatment system 30 includes a water inlet valve 310, a water storage box 320, a wash pump 330, a water inlet pipe 340, and a water outlet pipe 350, and the control panel 40 is disposed on the top wall of the main body 10, including a key area 410 and a display area 420. The bottom of the water tank 200 is provided with a water outlet 60, and a filter screen 70 is arranged at the water outlet 60.
In operation of the washer 100, the bowl basket 80 is first placed in the tub 200 and the bowl to be washed is placed in the storage compartment 810 of the bowl basket 80 in an inclined orientation. The washer 100 is placed on the upper portion of the water tank 200 and connected to a power source. The control panel 40 is opened, the washing mode is selected, the drain valve 390 is closed, the water inlet valve 310 is opened, the water of the water inlet pipe 340 flows into the water storage box 320, and the heater 360 in the water storage box 320 is turned on. The inlet valves 310 need only be opened for a corresponding time in each wash mode, the closing can be performed. When the water in the water storage box 320 is heated to a preset temperature, the washing pump 330 is started, the water in the water storage box 320 is pumped into the spray arm 20 through the water outlet pipe 350, the spray nozzle 210 on the spray arm 20 starts to spray water, and the spray arm 20 is driven by the moment generated by the spray arm itself to start to automatically rotate.
During the operation of the washing machine 100, water for washing bowls and chopsticks can pass through the water outlet 60 of the water tank 200 and enter the water drain pipe 370 through the filter screen 70, and as the water drain valve 390 is closed, water from the water tank 200 can enter the recovery water pipe 380, the filter screen 70 is arranged at the inlet of the recovery water pipe 380 to perform secondary filtration on the water from the water tank 200, and then the water enters the water storage box 320 through the recovery water pipe 380, so that the secondary utilization of clean water is realized. When the washing is finished, the washing machine 100 may have a warning sound to prompt the user to open the drain valve 390, drain the sewage into the sewer, and turn off the power. Finally, the washer 100 is removed from the tub 200, placed vertically in the space between the tub 200 and the wall, and the water inlet pipe 340 and the electric wire 50 are placed in the opening of the space between the tub 200 and the wall, respectively. The bowl basket 80 is removed and the food waste filtered by the filter screen 70 is cleaned.
According to the cleaning machine 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, bowl and chopsticks can be cleaned by placing the cleaning machine 100 on the upper part of the water tank 200, the water tank 200 specially assembled with the cleaning machine 100 is not required, the occupied space is small, and the operation is convenient. Through set up a plurality of spout 210 that spray water towards basin 200 inside on spray arm 20, spout 210's position is through fluid mechanics distribution design, and spray arm 20 can produce moment on the horizontal direction when spraying water, and the moment of production can drive spray arm 20 and rotate relative main part 10, need not to spray arm 20 to add electronic rotary device in addition, saves the use cost of cleaning machine 100, improves the cleaning efficiency of cleaning machine 100. The control panel 40 can realize automatic control of the cleaning machine 100, and improve the working efficiency of the cleaning machine 100; the water treatment system 30 can realize the recycling of clean water and save water resources.

Claims (8)
1. A washer for washing bowls and chopsticks placed in a sink, said washer comprising:
a body adapted to be supported on a sink;
the spray arm is rotatably arranged on the bottom surface of the main body and is provided with a plurality of nozzles;
the water treatment system comprises a water inlet valve, a water storage box, a washing pump, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, wherein one end of the water inlet pipe is connected with the water storage box, the water inlet valve is connected with the water inlet pipe in series, two ends of the water outlet pipe are respectively connected with the water storage box and the spray arm, and the washing pump is connected with the water outlet pipe in series so as to pump water in the water storage box to the spray arm;
the control panel is arranged on the main body and is connected with the water inlet valve and the washing pump;
the water tank is provided with a water outlet provided with a filter screen, the water outlet is arranged on the bottom wall of the water tank, the water outlet is connected with a drain pipe, the cleaning machine further comprises a water recovery pipe and a drain valve, the drain valve is connected in series with the drain pipe and is connected with the control panel, one end of the water recovery pipe is connected between the filter screen and the drain valve, the other end of the water recovery pipe is connected with the water storage box, and the water storage box and the washing pump are arranged below the water tank;
the other ends of the electric wire connected with the control panel and the main body water inlet pipe are positioned on the same side of the main body, and the main body water inlet pipe is communicated with the water outlet pipe so as to pump water in the water storage box to the spray arm.
2. The cleaning machine of claim 1, wherein the spray arm is configured to be rotated by water flow from the plurality of spray nozzles.
3. The cleaning machine of claim 1 further comprising a heater for heating water discharged to the spray arm.
4. A cleaning machine according to claim 3 wherein the heater is provided within the water storage box.
5. The cleaning machine of claim 1, further comprising a support frame provided on the main body, the support frame having a support surface, the cleaning machine being configured to vertically position the bottom surface of the main body by the support surface being supported on a support body.
6. The washer of claim 1, wherein the body comprises a support portion and a handle disposed on a top wall of the support portion, the spray arm being disposed on the support portion, the support portion being adapted to rest on the sink.
7. The washer of claim 6, wherein the control panel comprises a key area and a display area, the key area and the display area being disposed on the support and distributed on both sides of the handle.
8. The cleaning machine of claim 1 further comprising a water purifying device connected in series with said inlet tube.
