Description

Water tank type dish washing machine
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of washing machines or flushing machines of kitchen utensils and appliances, and particularly relates to a water tank type dish washing machine with a spraying device.
Background
Nowadays, dishwashers on the market are generally divided into bench-top dishwashers, built-in dishwashers and sink dishwashers, depending on their operating position. The position of the bench type dish washer is high, which is convenient for human body operation, but the bench type dish washer occupies the space of the table-board of the kitchen and is inconvenient for water intake and drainage; the embedded dish washer is generally independently arranged in a cabinet body near a water tank cabinet, has large capacity and avoids occupying the space of a table top, but a user needs to bend down to open a cover door and pull out a bracket for taking and placing tableware, so that the embedded dish washer is inconvenient; basin formula dish washer generally adopts the basin structure of "double flute basin formula" as the installation carrier, keeps one of them basin to use as conventional wash basin, and is located another basin on its left side or right side and then repacks into dish washer portion, and the mesa is avoided occuping to this kind of mode, and the drainage is advanced in the while easy to assemble, and it adopts the direct mode of getting the tableware from top to bottom of upper shed also more convenient, has better advantage.
However, the cleaning capacity of the existing sink dish washer is still to be improved, and basically, like the bench dish washer, there is a problem of small number of sets of washing dishes, because the sink dish washer can be regarded as a device improved on the basis of the ordinary sink, and the size capacity of the washing cavity of the dish washer is inevitably limited by the size of the sink and the size of the kitchen table, and the like, and is specifically embodied as:
1) the size of a conventional water tank cabinet is generally 900mm long and 550mm wide, a front cross beam and a rear cross beam for fastening the water tank cabinet are generally arranged at the top of the water tank cabinet and 40-50mm away from the front side and the rear side of the water tank cabinet, and the size structure of the water tank cabinet, particularly the arrangement of the fastening cross beam, limits the size of a cleaning cavity in the front-rear direction; in the left and right directions, the dish washing machine part and the conventional washing basin of the sink are arranged in the sink cabinet in parallel, and the size and the space distribution of the dish washing machine part and the conventional washing basin of the sink are also limited by the length of the sink cabinet; if the depth of the cleaning cavity is increased downwards, the operator needs to bend down and probe downwards to take and place the tableware, the operation becomes inconvenient and even difficult, and on the other hand, other common kitchen supplies such as a water purifier, a small kitchen appliance and the like which are required to be installed in the water tank cabinet can lose the installation space of the common kitchen supplies, so that the inconvenience in installing another kitchen supply is caused, and the mode of increasing the depth of the cleaning cavity downwards is not ideal;
2) from the perspective of installation mode and installation environment, the installation mode of basin formula dish washer is no different basically with ordinary basin, and during its installation, need guarantee the intensity of the part that remains after the mesa hole digging, industry experience generally remains unilateral 50-100 mm's surplus, therefore, the consideration to mesa intensity during the installation also is a factor that restricts basin formula dish washer washing cavity size. In addition, the arrangement of water source joints and the arrangement of the pipeline trend of the water tank are irregular when each family is decorated, the water source joints and the pipeline trend have certain influence on the size of the cleaning cavity in the front-back direction, and the size of the cleaning cavity is smaller than the theoretical maximum installation size of the cleaning cavity in consideration of the universality of products produced in batches and the space allowance required by the cleaning cavity during installation.
Because the capacity and the structure of the washing cavity of the dishwasher have important influences on the factors such as the placing number, the placing interval, the placing angle and the like of the washed objects such as tableware, if the tableware is washed in batches or is placed together for washing because the capacity of the washing cavity is insufficient, the tableware is obviously not ideal, and the reasonable capacity of the washing cavity is very necessary to be ensured. In the prior known technology, the space of the cleaning cavity of the dish washing machine part is still limited in the range of the water tank cabinet, and is not better and more reasonably expanded and optimized, so that although the design concept of the water tank type dish washing machine is already disclosed, the actual product is not effectively popularized.
On the other hand, in the spraying structure of the dishwasher disclosed in the prior art, the spraying structure has a single action direction and angle, and in order to achieve the cleaning effect, a mode of "washing one more" is generally adopted, namely, a plurality of spraying devices are arranged to act on the tableware on the same bracket in different directions, and the whole structure is relatively complex, so that the spraying structure also has the need of further optimization, and the spraying structure can realize the function of "washing more" by one, namely, one spraying structure acts on different objects in different directions (even in different washing cavities).
Chinese invention patent CN204542003 discloses an integrated sink dishwasher. The dish washing machine is provided with an integrated water tank, wherein a mounting groove is formed in the integrated water tank, and the dish washing machine body is arranged in the mounting groove in a sliding mode. The integrated water tank is provided with a water pipe which can be connected with an external water source, and the other end of the water pipe is communicated with the water inlet of the dish-washing machine body. The bottom of the mounting groove is provided with a water outlet, and the water outlet of the dishwasher body is communicated with the water outlet through a drain pipe. The innovation point is that the dishwasher body and the sink are structurally integrated, but the disadvantage is that the dishwasher is not suitable for complex electric dish washing equipment.
The Chinese invention patent CN2715690 discloses a tableware cleaning machine with combined action of ultrasonic and bidirectional spraying. The side and bottom of the washing machine are provided with spray arms, and the rotating spray arms circularly wash the tableware from the horizontal direction and the vertical direction. The whole cleaning process is firstly washed by the hot water spray arm, then ultrasonic cleaning is carried out, and finally the whole cleaning process is washed by the hot water spray arm again and is simultaneously disinfected by ozone. The innovation is to provide a horizontal and vertical bi-directional spray cleaning, but the disadvantage is that the spray area of the rotating spray arm on the side of the washer is difficult to achieve effective coverage of the dishes.
Chinese invention patent CN103445739A discloses a dishwasher with a composite rotary spraying device. The composite rotary jet device is connected with the corresponding inner wall of the washing cavity by a shaft and mainly comprises a radial spray pipe, a self-rotation spray pipe and a rebound plate. The radial spraying pipe is axially connected to the corresponding inner wall of the washing cavity and serves as a rotating force arm of the rotating central shaft, and axial spraying can be realized. The autorotation spray pipes are parallel or not parallel to the rotating central shaft and are in hollow shaft connection with two corresponding extending arms of the corresponding radial spray pipes, so that radial rotating spray can be realized. The rebound plate is arranged on one side of the rotation spray pipe opposite to the central shaft, a certain gap is formed between the rebound plate and the rotation spray pipe, and two ends of the rebound plate are fixedly connected to the tail ends of two corresponding extending arms of the radial spray pipe and used for controlling the effective spraying range and rebound spraying fluid of the rotation spray pipe. The innovation point is that 2 spraying modes are combined on 1 structure, but the defect is that the structure is complex, and the cleaning area only covers the movement range of the frame.
Therefore, it is desirable to design a space-optimized water tank type dishwasher based on a conventional kitchen water tank to meet the requirement of once-only cleaning tableware, even kitchenware such as a pot liner and the like, and further improve the cleaning quality.
