However, unlike the first embodiment, in this second embodiment, the two liner cups 15 are not connected between the water inlet and the inlet of the washing pump 12, that is, the storage of the washing fluid before entering the washing pump 12 is not realized by the two liner cups 15, but a common cup 19 is added, and the storage of the washing fluid before entering the washing pump 12 is realized by using the common cup 19, so that the water softener 11 is discharged without water diversion, and the washing pump 12 can directly pump water from the common cup 19 for washing, thereby further simplifying the connecting pipeline of the waterway system.
Specifically, as can be seen from fig. 2, in the second embodiment, the common water cup 19 is connected between the inlet and the water inlet of the washing pump 12, so that the washing fluid entering the dishwasher from the water inlet is stored in the common water cup 19 and enters each inner container 2 through the common water cup 19 under the driving action of the washing pump 12, thereby realizing dish washing. More specifically, the common water cup 19 is connected to the water outlet of the water softener 11 through a water softener outlet pipe 111, and the washing pump 12 is provided on the common water cup 19 with an inlet communicating with the common water cup 19, and since the washing pump 12 is directly provided on the common water cup 19, a connection line between the common water cup 19 and the washing pump 12 can be omitted, further simplifying a line structure.
Moreover, as shown in fig. 2, the common water cup 19 of this embodiment is also connected between the two liner water cups 15 and the inlet of the drain pump 13 at the same time, so that the inlet of the drain pump 13 is connected with the two liner water cups 15 through the common water cup 19, thereby enabling the dirty wash fluid stored in the two liner water cups 15 to enter the drain pump 13 through the common water cup 19 to be discharged, that is, the common water cup 19 of this embodiment can collect water for washing as well as water for supply and drainage.
As can be seen from fig. 2, in order to further simplify the piping structure, the drain pump 13 of this embodiment is also directly disposed on the common water cup 19 and the inlet is directly communicated with the common water cup 19, so as to omit the connecting piping between the inlet of the drain pump 13 and the common water cup 19.
Further, in order to more conveniently realize the concentration of the circulating water, the setting position of the common water cup 19 of this embodiment is set to be lower than the setting position of the at least two inner container water cups 15, so that the common water cup 19 is lower than the two inner container water cups 15 in the height direction, and thus the dirty washing fluid stored in the two inner container water cups 15 can conveniently flow into the common water cup 19 only under the action of gravity for the drainage pump 13 to drain.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2, the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that two on-off control devices for controlling the switching of the cleaning conditions are not included any more, but only include the second control valve 17 and the third control valve 18, so that the embodiment can achieve flexible switching between the dual-liner cleaning condition and the single-liner cleaning condition with fewer control valves. Also, since the common cup 19 is also connected between the two liner cups 15 and the inlet of the drain pump 13, the third control valve 18 of this embodiment is more specifically provided on the connection line of the liner cups 15 and the common cup 19.
In operation of the dishwasher of the second embodiment, the washing fluid first enters the common water cup 19 through the water inlet, the water inlet valve, the breather and the water softener 11, the washing pump 12 pumps water directly from the common water cup 19 for washing, and the dirty washing fluid sequentially flows into the liner water cup 15 and the common water cup 19 for concentrated circulation and is pumped and discharged by the drain pump 13. When the double-liner cleaning working condition is needed, only the two second control valves 17 and the two third control valves 18 are required to be opened, so that the washing fluid pumped out from the common water cup 19 by the washing pump 12 can be divided into two paths to be sprayed into the two liners 2, and synchronous cleaning is realized; when the cleaning working condition of the single liner is needed, only one second control valve 17 and one third control valve 18 corresponding to the liner 2 needing to be operated are needed to be opened.
It can be seen that, compared with the dishwasher of the first embodiment, the dishwasher of the second embodiment can further simplify the connection lines between the water softener 11 and the water cup device, between the water cup device and the washing pump 12, and between the water cup device and the drain pump 13 by providing the common water cup 19, so that the connection lines of the waterway system are simpler; and the number of the control valves can be reduced, the structure of the waterway system is further simplified, and the cost is saved.
Although the above two embodiments are described by taking the case of providing two inner containers 2 as an example, it should be noted that in other embodiments of the present invention, the number of inner containers 2 of the dishwasher may be three or more, that is, the dishwasher of the present invention may include at least two inner containers 2, correspondingly, the number of inner container cups 15 of the waterway system may be at least two, and the number of on-off control devices of the waterway system may be at least two, which may be only corresponding to the number of inner containers 2 and may be set in one-to-one correspondence with each inner container 2.
In addition, it should be noted that the water cup device of the present invention is not limited to the structure shown in the above two embodiments, for example, in order to implement the washing water collecting function and the draining water collecting function, the water cup device may further include two water cups between the water inlet and the inlet of the washing pump 12 and one common water cup between each liner 2 and the inlet of the draining pump 13; alternatively, the cup device may be provided with a common cup between the water inlet and the inlet of the washing pump 12 and between the respective liner 2 and the inlet of the drain pump 13, all of which are within the scope of the present invention.
In addition, in the embodiments of the invention, the water cup device can be provided with the filtering structure, so that the water cup device can not only play a role in storing and collecting water, but also play a role in filtering, and more thorough tableware cleaning is realized.
The foregoing description of the exemplary embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the invention to the particular embodiments disclosed, but on the contrary, the intention is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention.
