The present invention provides a cleaning apparatus comprising:

the equipment main body is detachably covered on the water tank and is provided with a water inlet which can be communicated with a water supply source;

the washing mechanism is arranged in the equipment main body, is communicated with the water supply source through a water inlet and is suitable for washing objects to be washed in the water tank;

further comprises:

a drain mechanism having a drain pump provided in the apparatus main body, a drain pipe communicated with an inlet end of the drain pump and extending into the water tank, and a water outlet communicated with an outlet end of the drain pump; the water outlet is adapted to communicate with a municipal drainage pipe.

The device body is provided with a drain connector communicated with the inlet end of the drain pump, and the drain pipe is detachably connected with the drain connector.

The municipal drainage pipeline is characterized by further comprising a water outlet pipe connected with the water outlet, and the water outlet is communicated with the municipal drainage pipeline through the water outlet pipe.

The water outlet pipe is detachably connected with the water outlet.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made apparent and fully in view of the accompanying drawings, in which some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a cleaning apparatus including an apparatus main body 1, a washing mechanism, a drainage mechanism, and a pressurizing device.

The apparatus body 1 is detachably covered on the water tank 10 and is provided with a water inlet that can communicate with a water supply source.

The washing mechanism is arranged in the equipment main body 1, is communicated with a water supply source through a water inlet, and is suitable for washing objects to be washed in the water tank 10.

The drain mechanism has a drain pump 71 provided in the apparatus main body 1, a drain pipe 72 communicating with an inlet end of the drain pump 71 and extending into the water tank 10, and a water outlet communicating with an outlet end of the drain pump 71; the water outlet is suitable for being communicated with a municipal drainage pipeline.

The pressurizing device is arranged in the equipment main body 1 and communicated between the water inlet and the washing mechanism, and is suitable for pressurizing water from the water inlet. On the one hand, the pressurizing device can provide enough pressure for the washing mechanism so as to obtain better washing effect, and on the other hand, the pressurizing device is arranged in the equipment main body 1 so as to be convenient for disassembling and assembling the whole washing equipment.

The specific use environment of the washing apparatus is not limited, and may be applied to various environments having the sink 10 and the water supply source. Therefore, when the drainage mechanism or the cleaning device is needed, the water outlet pipe 73 is connected with the water outlet on the device main body 1, and when the drainage mechanism or the cleaning device is not needed, the water outlet pipe 73 is separated from the water outlet, so that the separation of the water outlet pipe 73 and the device main body 1 is realized, and the storage of the cleaning device is facilitated. As an alternative embodiment, the outlet pipe 73 may also be non-detachably connected to the outlet.

The specific structural form of the washing mechanism can be various, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the washing mechanism is a rotary spray arm 2 rotatably connected to the device main body 1, and a plurality of spray holes 3 are formed on the rotary spray arm 2; the rotary driving mechanism drives the rotary spray arm 2 to rotate. The rotary spray arm 2 is rotatable and provided with a plurality of spray holes 3, so that objects to be cleaned can be sufficiently cleaned, and a good cleaning effect is achieved.

The rotary drive mechanism in this embodiment is a thrust hole 4 provided on the rotary spray arm 2 with a circumferential spray component. The rotation of the rotary spray arm 2 is realized through the mode of the thrust hole 4, the motor is not required to be additionally arranged to drive the rotary spray arm 2 to rotate, the structure of the cleaning equipment can be simpler, and meanwhile, the cost can be reduced. As an alternative embodiment, the rotary drive mechanism may be a drive motor provided in the main body.

The specific structure of the rotary spray arm 2 may be varied, and in this embodiment, referring to fig. 8, the rotary spray arm 2 includes a spray arm body 21 and a handle 22.

The spray arm body 21 is disc-shaped, and a spray cavity for conveying water flow is arranged at the bottom.

One end of the handle 22 is rotatably connected with the bottom of the equipment main body 1, the other end is fixedly connected with the top of the spray arm main body 21, and a water inlet channel which is respectively communicated with the supercharging device and the spray cavity is arranged in the handle.

The bottom of the device main body 1 is provided with a protruding part extending outwards vertically, the protruding part is formed by a plurality of surrounding walls 11 distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction, a mounting cavity 12 is formed in the surrounding walls 11, one end of the mounting cavity 12 away from the device main body 1 is provided with an opening 13, and the surrounding walls 11 are provided with at least one clamping hook 111 extending into the mounting cavity 12.

The outer peripheral wall of the handle 22 is provided with a convex ring 221, and the convex ring 221 is suitable for being clamped on the clamping hook 111.

The rotary spray arm 2 with the structural form can realize the relative rotation between the rotary spray arm 2 and the equipment main body 1 on one hand, and can be convenient for disassembling and replacing the rotary spray arm 2 on the other hand.

In order to have better cleaning effect, in the present embodiment, the spray arm main body 21 and the handle 22 are disposed at an included angle greater than 0 degrees and less than 90 degrees. By means of the angle setting, the rotary spray arm 2 can form conical spray on the object to be cleaned in the rotary process, so that the object to be cleaned is cleaned in multiple dimensions at various angles, and a better cleaning effect is achieved.

In this embodiment, the apparatus body 1 may be shaped to entirely cover the upper opening 101 of the sink 10 in use; and the bottom of the device body 1 is provided with a positioning structure which can be contacted with the top surface of the water tank 10 and lock the relative position of the device body 1 and the water tank 10. By having the shape of the apparatus body 1 entirely cover the upper opening 101 of the tub 10 in use, it is possible to prevent the washing water from splashing during the washing process, and at the same time, to reduce the rate of heat loss when the washing water is hot water; by providing the positioning structure, the apparatus body 1 can be prevented from moving relative to the water tank 10 during the cleaning process, so that the apparatus body 1 can be more firmly mounted, and thus, on the one hand, the apparatus body 1 can be kept to completely cover the upper opening 101 of the water tank 10 during use, and on the other hand, the washing mechanism can be prevented from moving in the water tank 10, thereby achieving a better cleaning effect.

The cleaning device provided in this embodiment has a wider application range through the arrangement of the positioning structure, and can select a proper installation mode according to the specific structural form of the water tank 10, for example, when the inner wall of the top of the water tank 10 is provided with the convex edge extending inwards, the device main body 1 can be directly placed on the convex edge, so that not only the device main body 1 can be installed, but also the occupation of the external space of the water tank 10 can be reduced; when the top inner wall of the water tank 10 is smooth and has no protruding edge extending inwards, the device body 1 can be contacted with the top surface of the water tank 10 through the positioning structure, and the relative position between the device body 1 and the water tank 10 is locked. As an alternative embodiment, the cleaning apparatus of this configuration may be applied to the installation of the water tank 10 having the convex edge extending inward from the top inner wall, without providing the positioning structure at the bottom of the apparatus main body 1.

The specific structural forms of the positioning structure can be various, and the positioning structure in the embodiment is a plurality of rubber pads uniformly distributed at the bottom of the equipment main body 1. The specific way of controlling the on-off of the drainage mechanism is a relatively common technology, and various ways can be adopted, for example, a way of arranging a valve on a pipeline and controlling the on-off of the pipeline by controlling the opening and closing of the valve can be adopted, in this embodiment, the on-off of the drainage mechanism can be controlled by arranging a valve on the drainage pipe 72 or the water outlet pipe 73 and controlling the on-off of the valve by a control system through operating an operation panel.

In the embodiment, the drain pump 71, the washing pump 5 and the power device are all arranged in the equipment main body 1, and the equipment main body 1 is detachably and directly covered on the water tank 10, so that on one hand, the drain of the water tank 10 can be flexibly controlled, and a better cleaning effect is achieved; on the other hand, the whole cleaning equipment can be mounted and dismounted only by putting the equipment main body 1 on the water tank 10 or taking the equipment main body off from the water tank 10, the dismounting is simple and convenient, and in the dismounting process, the water tank 10 and the peripheral structure are not required to be modified; in addition, the cleaning equipment provided by the invention directly accommodates the object to be cleaned by the water tank 10, and forms a cleaning cavity together with the water tank 10, so that the cleaning cavity is not independently arranged, and the occupation of space is reduced.

Claims

1. A cleaning apparatus comprising:

the equipment main body (1) is detachably covered on the water tank (10) and is provided with a water inlet which can be communicated with a water supply source;

a washing mechanism which is arranged in the equipment main body (1) and communicated with the water supply source through a water inlet and is suitable for washing objects to be washed in the water tank (10);

characterized by further comprising:

a drain mechanism having a drain pump (71) provided in the apparatus main body (1), a drain pipe (72) communicating with an inlet end of the drain pump (71) and extending into the water tank (10), and a water outlet communicating with an outlet end of the drain pump (71); the water outlet is adapted to communicate with a municipal drainage pipe.

2. The cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a drain connection port (14) communicating with an inlet end of the drain pump (71) is provided on the apparatus main body (1), and the drain pipe (72) is detachably connected to the drain connection port (14).

3. The cleaning apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a water outlet pipe (73) connected to the water outlet, the water outlet communicating with the municipal drainage pipe through the water outlet pipe (73).

4. A cleaning apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that the outlet pipe (73) is detachably connected to the water outlet.

5. The washing apparatus according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising pressurizing means provided in the apparatus body (1) and communicating between the water inlet and the washing mechanism, adapted to pressurize water from the water inlet.

6. The cleaning apparatus according to claim 5, characterized in that the washing mechanism is a rotary spray arm (2) rotatably connected to the apparatus main body (1), the rotary spray arm (2) being provided with a plurality of spray holes (3); the rotary driving mechanism drives the rotary spray arm (2) to rotate.

7. A cleaning apparatus according to claim 6, characterized in that the rotary drive mechanism is a thrust bore (4) provided on the rotary spray arm (2) with a circumferential spray component.

8. The cleaning apparatus according to claim 6, characterized in that the rotating spray arm (2) comprises:

the spray arm main body (21) is disc-shaped, and a spray cavity for conveying water flow is arranged at the bottom of the spray arm main body;

and a handle (22), one end of which is rotatably connected with the bottom of the equipment main body (1), the other end of which is fixedly connected with the top of the spray arm main body (21), and a water inlet channel which is respectively communicated with the supercharging device and the spray cavity is arranged in the handle.

9. The cleaning apparatus of claim 8, wherein the cleaning apparatus comprises a cleaning device,

the bottom of the equipment main body (1) is provided with a protruding part which extends outwards perpendicularly, the protruding part is formed by a plurality of surrounding walls (11) which are distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction, an installation cavity (12) is formed in the surrounding walls (11), one end, far away from the equipment main body (1), of the installation cavity (12) is provided with an opening (13), and the surrounding walls (11) are provided with at least one clamping hook (111) which extends into the installation cavity (12);

a convex ring (221) is arranged on the peripheral wall of the handle (22), and the convex ring (221) is suitable for being clamped on the clamping hook (111).

10. The cleaning apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein,

the device body (1) may be shaped to completely cover the opening (101) in the sink (10) in use; and a positioning structure which can be contacted with the top surface of the water tank (10) and lock the relative position of the equipment body (1) and the water tank (10) is arranged at the bottom of the equipment body (1).

11. The washing apparatus according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising a bowl basket (6) adapted to be placed in the sink (10).

12. A cleaning apparatus according to claim 11, characterized in that the drain pipe (72) is further provided with a catch (74) adapted to engage the bowl basket (6).

13. The cleaning apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:

and an operation panel which is arranged on the outer surface of the equipment main body (1) and is operated by a user to control the pressurizing device and the drainage mechanism through the control system.
