Of course, the opening and closing of the drain mechanism may be controlled manually or automatically by providing an automatic control system commonly used in dish washers in the drain mechanism. Meanwhile, by arranging the drainage pump 71 on the equipment main body 1 and detachably and directly covering the equipment main body 1 on the water tank 10, on one hand, the drainage of the water tank 10 can be flexibly controlled, and a better cleaning effect is achieved; on the other hand, the whole cleaning equipment can be mounted and dismounted only by placing the equipment main body 1 on the water tank 10 or taking the equipment main body off from the water tank 10, the dismounting is simple and convenient, and in the dismounting process, the water tank 10 and the peripheral structure are not required to be modified. As an alternative embodiment, the water may be directly discharged through the bottom opening of the water tank 10 without providing the above-described water discharge mechanism.
There are various specific ways of communicating the drain pipe 72 with the inlet end of the drain pump 71, and in this embodiment, the apparatus body 1 is provided with a drain connection port 21 communicating with the inlet end of the drain pump 71, and the drain pipe 72 is detachably connected to the drain connection port 21. The apparatus main body 1 is provided with a drain connection port 21 communicating with an inlet end of the drain pump 71, and the drain pipe 72 is detachably connected to the drain connection port 21. In this way, when the drainage mechanism or the cleaning device is needed, the drainage pipe 72 can be connected with the drainage connection port 21 on the device main body 1, and when the drainage mechanism or the cleaning device is not needed, the drainage pipe 72 is separated from the drainage connection port 21, so that the separation of the drainage pipe 72 and the device main body 1 is realized, and the storage of the cleaning device is facilitated. As an alternative embodiment, the drain pipe 72 may be non-detachably connected to the drain connection port 21.
The cleaning equipment provided by the embodiment further comprises a water outlet pipe 73 detachably connected with the water outlet, and the water outlet is communicated with the municipal water outlet pipe 72 through the water outlet pipe 73. Therefore, when the drainage mechanism or the cleaning device is needed, the water outlet pipe 73 is connected with the water outlet on the device main body 1, and when the drainage mechanism or the cleaning device is not needed, the water outlet pipe 73 is separated from the water outlet, so that the separation of the water outlet pipe 73 and the device main body 1 is realized, and the storage of the cleaning device is facilitated. As an alternative embodiment, the outlet pipe 73 may also be non-detachably connected to the outlet.
In order to prevent the drain pump 71 from being blocked and damaged, the present embodiment further includes a second filtering structure provided on the drain pipe 72, the second filtering structure being adapted to filter water entering the drain pipe 72. As an alternative embodiment, the drain pipe 72 may not be provided with a second filter structure.
The specific location of the second filter structure may vary, and in this embodiment, the second filter structure is disposed at an end portion of the drain pipe 72 extending into the water tank 10. Thus, the washing water entering the drain pipe 72 is clean water, the inside of the drain pipe 72 is cleaner, and the frequency of cleaning the drain pipe 72 is reduced. As an alternative embodiment, the first filter structure may also be provided in the drain pipe 72 or at a position of the drain pipe 72 close to the drain pump 71.
In order to be able to more easily replace or clean the second filter structure, the second filter structure in this embodiment is detachably connected to the drain pipe 72. As an alternative embodiment, the second filter structure may also be non-detachably connected to the drain pipe 72.
The specific structural form of the second filtering structure may be various, and in this embodiment, the second filtering structure is a filter screen. As an alternative embodiment, the second filter structure may also be a filter.
In this embodiment, the apparatus body 1 may be shaped to entirely cover the upper opening 101 of the sink 10 in use; and the bottom of the device body 1 is provided with a positioning structure which can be contacted with the top surface of the water tank 10 and lock the relative position of the device body 1 and the water tank 10. By having the shape of the apparatus body 1 entirely cover the upper opening 101 of the tub 10 in use, it is possible to prevent the washing water from splashing during the washing process, and at the same time, to reduce the rate of heat loss when the washing water is hot water; by providing the positioning structure, the apparatus body 1 can be prevented from moving relative to the water tank 10 during the cleaning process, so that the apparatus body 1 can be more firmly mounted, and thus, on the one hand, the apparatus body 1 can be kept to completely cover the upper opening 101 of the water tank 10 during use, and on the other hand, the washing mechanism can be prevented from moving in the water tank 10, thereby achieving a better cleaning effect.
The cleaning device provided in this embodiment has a wider application range through the arrangement of the positioning structure, and can select a proper installation mode according to the specific structural form of the water tank 10, for example, when the inner wall of the top of the water tank 10 is provided with the convex edge extending inwards, the device main body 1 can be directly placed on the convex edge, so that not only the device main body 1 can be installed, but also the occupation of the external space of the water tank 10 can be reduced; when the top inner wall of the water tank 10 is smooth and has no protruding edge extending inwards, the device body 1 can be contacted with the top surface of the water tank 10 through the positioning structure, and the relative position between the device body 1 and the water tank 10 is locked. As an alternative embodiment, the cleaning apparatus of this configuration may be applied to the installation of the water tank 10 having the convex edge extending inward from the top inner wall, without providing the positioning structure at the bottom of the apparatus main body 1.
The specific structural forms of the positioning structure can be various, and the positioning structure in the embodiment is a plurality of rubber pads uniformly distributed at the bottom of the equipment main body 1. As an alternative embodiment, the positioning structure may be a ring of rubber pads circumferentially encircling the bottom of the apparatus body 1.
The present embodiment provides a cleaning apparatus further comprising a bowl basket 6 adapted to be placed in a sink 10. Through the washings of bowl basket 6 splendid attire, when the washings are tableware such as bowl dish, can set up the distance and the angle of putting between the washings in a flexible way to make each angle of washings easily be washd, obtain better cleaning performance.
In order to make the installation of the circulating water pipe 4 and the drain pipe 72 more stable, on the basis that the circulating water pipe 4 and the drain pipe 72 are already installed in the device main body 1, the circulating water pipe 4 and the drain pipe 72 can be further connected with the bowl basket 6 respectively, the specific modes of connecting the circulating water pipe 4 and the drain pipe 72 with the bowl basket 6 can be various, in this embodiment, the circulating water pipe 4 and the drain pipe 72 are further provided with buckles suitable for being buckled with the bowl basket 6 respectively, and the further fixation of the circulating water pipe 4 and the drain pipe 72 is realized through the buckling with the bowl basket 6.
The cleaning equipment provided by the embodiment further comprises a control system and an operation panel. The control system is used for controlling the operation of the circulating water mechanism, the supercharging device and the drainage mechanism. The operation panel is arranged on the outer surface of the equipment main body 1 and is used for a user to operate so as to control the circulating water mechanism, the supercharging device and the drainage mechanism through the control system. Therefore, the control of the cleaning force, the circulating water and the water drainage can be realized only by operating the operation panel, and the control is simple and convenient.
In this embodiment, through setting up drain pump 71, wash pump 5, pumping device and power device in equipment main part 1, and equipment main part 1 detachably directly covers and arranges on basin 10, with circulating pipe 4 and pumping device entry end intercommunication and extensible in basin 10, when need use cleaning device, only need to arrange equipment main part 1 lid on basin 10, circulating pipe 4 with pumping device intercommunication just can stretch in basin 10, thereby can cooperate with pumping device to circulate back the washing liquid in the basin 10 to washing mechanism, whole process need not to reform transform basin 10 bottom and periphery, need not to change the kitchen, and easy dismounting can reduce the waste to water simultaneously.

Claims (23)

1.A cleaning apparatus comprising:
The equipment main body (1) is detachably covered on the water tank (10) and is provided with a water inlet which can be communicated with a water supply source;
The washing mechanism is arranged on the equipment main body (1) and is suitable for washing objects to be washed in the water tank (10);
Characterized by further comprising:
the circulating water mechanism is provided with a water pumping device arranged in the equipment main body (1) and a circulating water pipe (4) communicated with the inlet end of the water pumping device and arranged in the water tank (10) in an extending mode; the water pumping device supplies cleaning liquid to the washing mechanism,
A drain mechanism having a drain pump (71) provided in the apparatus main body (1), a drain pipe (72) communicating with an inlet end of the drain pump (71) and extending into the water tank (10), and a water outlet communicating with an outlet end of the drain pump (71); the water outlet is adapted to communicate with a drain channel.
2. The washing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom of the circulation pipe (4) is placed in a position close to the bottom of the water tank (10).
3. The washing apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a first filter structure provided on the circulation pipe (4), the first filter structure being adapted to filter water entering the circulation pipe (4).
4. A cleaning apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that the first filter structure is provided at an end of the circulation pipe (4) extending into the water tank (10).
5. The washing apparatus according to claim 4, characterized in that the first filter structure is detachably connected to the circulation pipe (4).
6. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 4 or claim 5, wherein the first filtration structure is a filter screen.
7. The washing apparatus according to any one of claims 1,2, 4, 5, further comprising pressurizing means provided in the apparatus body (1) and communicating between the water inlet and the washing mechanism, adapted to pressurize the water from the water inlet.
8. The cleaning apparatus defined in any one of claims 1,2, 4, 5, wherein the water pumping device is a circulating water pump.
9. The cleaning apparatus of claim 7, wherein the pumping device is the pressurizing device.
10. The cleaning apparatus defined in any one of claims 1,2, 4, 5 and 9, wherein the inlet of the cleaning mechanism is connected to a tee, and the other two ends of the tee are respectively in communication with the water pumping device and an external water supply source through the water inlet.
11. The washing apparatus of claim 10, wherein valves for controlling the on-off of fluid are provided between the washing mechanism and the pumping means and between the washing mechanism and the water inlet.
12. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 11, wherein the tee employs a two-position three-way valve.
13. The cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a drain connection port (21) communicating with an inlet end of the drain pump (71) is provided on the apparatus main body (1), and the drain pipe (72) is detachably connected to the drain connection port (21).
14. The washing apparatus according to claim 13, further comprising a water outlet pipe (73) connected to the water outlet.
15. A cleaning apparatus according to claim 14, characterized in that the outlet pipe (73) is detachably connected to the water outlet.
16. The washing apparatus according to any one of claims 13-15, further comprising a second filter structure provided on the drain pipe (72), the second filter structure being adapted to filter water entering the drain pipe (72).
17. The washing apparatus according to claim 16, characterized in that the second filter structure is provided at an end of the drain pipe (72) extending into the water tank (10).
18. A cleaning apparatus according to claim 17, characterized in that the second filter structure is detachably connected to the drain pipe (72).
19. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 17 or claim 18, wherein the second filtration structure is a filter screen.
20. The cleaning apparatus of any one of claims 1,2, 4, 5, 9, 11, 12, 13-15, 17, 18,
The shape of the device body (1) in use completely covers the opening (101) in the sink (10); and a positioning structure which can be contacted with the top surface of the water tank (10) and lock the relative position of the equipment body (1) and the water tank (10) is arranged at the bottom of the equipment body (1).
21. The washing apparatus according to any one of claims 1,2, 4, 5, 9, 11, 12, 13-15, 17, 18, further comprising a bowl basket (6) adapted to be placed in the sink (10).
22. The cleaning apparatus defined in any one of claims 13-15, 17, 18, further comprising:
The control system is used for controlling the operation of the circulating water mechanism and the drainage mechanism;
and an operation panel which is arranged on the outer surface of the equipment main body (1) and is operated by a user to control the circulating water mechanism and the drainage mechanism through the control system.
23. The washing apparatus according to any one of claims 1, 2, 4,5, 9, 11, 12, 13-15, 17, 18, characterized in that the circulation pipe (4) is detachably connected to the inlet end of the pumping means.
