本发明提供一种低烟无卤耐火电缆,包括线缆本体,所述线缆本体包括多股绞合在一起的线芯、无卤阻燃带和无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护层,所述线芯包括导体、至少一层云母耐火层和无卤低烟聚烯烃绝缘层,所述云母耐火层绕包于所述导体外,所述无卤低烟聚烯烃绝缘层挤包于所述云母耐火层外;所述线芯包覆于所述无卤阻燃带内,所述线芯和所述无卤阻燃带之间的间隙由可陶瓷化无卤聚烯烃填充挤包,所述无卤阻燃带外挤包所述无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护层。本申请的有益效果是电缆在燃烧时不会产生有毒气体,燃烧时间更长,灾害发生时能提供更长的逃生时间,阻燃效果好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种低烟无卤耐火电缆。
背景技术
环保消防型的电力电缆在现代工业和民用电力电缆领域的应用越来越受重视,如何使电缆以较低的成本达到电缆在高温环境里能够阻燃、少烟雾、不释放卤气是目前电力电缆行业的一个热门研究课题。而普通使用的电缆材料、其绝缘层和护套耐温温度低,一般仅能达到70℃,一旦发生燃烧,大量的烟雾和卤气是造成人员窒息的主要原因。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种专用于耐火等级要求较高的场所的低烟无卤耐火电缆,克服了现有技术中的不足。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:低烟无卤耐火电缆,包括线缆本体,所述线缆本体包括多股绞合在一起的线芯、无卤阻燃带和无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护层,所述线芯包括导体、至少一层云母耐火层和无卤低烟聚烯烃绝缘层,所述云母耐火层绕包于所述导体外,所述无卤低烟聚烯烃绝缘层挤包于所述云母耐火层外;所述线芯包覆于所述无卤阻燃带内,所述线芯和所述无卤阻燃带之间的间隙由可陶瓷化无卤聚烯烃填充挤包,所述无卤阻燃带外挤包所述无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护层。
进一步,所述无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护层为橘黄色。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,电缆在燃烧时不会产生有毒气体,燃烧时间更长,灾害发生时能提供更长的逃生时间,阻燃效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明提供一种低烟无卤耐火电缆,包括线缆本体,线缆本体包括多股绞合在一起的线芯、无卤阻燃带5和无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护层6,线芯包括导体1、两层云母耐火层2和无卤低烟聚烯烃绝缘层3,云母耐火层2绕包于导体1外,无卤低烟聚烯烃绝缘层3挤包于云母耐火层2外;线芯包覆于无卤阻燃带5内,线芯和无卤阻燃带5之间的间隙由可陶瓷化无卤聚烯烃4填充挤包,无卤阻燃带5外挤包无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护层6。
上述电缆结构中,无卤低烟聚烯烃绝缘层3和无卤阻燃带5在燃烧时不会产生有毒气体,且产生的烟气很少,发生灾害时能有效延长人员撤离时间,便于财产和生命的抢救,环保效果好;无卤阻燃带5起到了隔绝氧气的作用,阻燃效果好;可陶瓷化无卤聚烯烃4在1000度时结晶,耐温更高,阻燃效果好。
无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护层6为橘黄色,警示作用明显。

1.一种低烟无卤耐火电缆,其特征在于:包括线缆本体,所述线缆本体包括多股绞合在一起的线芯、无卤阻燃带和无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护层,所述线芯包括导体、至少一层云母耐火层和无卤低烟聚烯烃绝缘层,所述云母耐火层绕包于所述导体外,所述无卤低烟聚烯烃绝缘层挤包于所述云母耐火层外;所述线芯包覆于所述无卤阻燃带内,所述线芯和所述无卤阻燃带之间的间隙由可陶瓷化无卤聚烯烃填充挤包,所述无卤阻燃带外挤包所述无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低烟无卤耐火电缆,其特征在于:所述无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护层为橘黄色。
