Abstract

本发明公开了一种铝金属套防火电缆,所述电缆由护套和缆芯组成,其中缆芯内设有至多五个线芯;线芯由里至外依次为导体、高阻燃绝缘带、金云母层、铝金属套和隔离套,所述缆芯内还设有防火层。本发明通过使用多根单丝的导体,使电缆具有良好的柔软性和耐弯曲性能;通过使用氟龙胶带做高阻燃绝缘带,使电缆具有高的绝缘电阻;通过使用连续无缝挤压的铝金属套,使电缆能够防水、防鼠蚁和防散杂电流,以及抗压和抗干扰;同时,铝金属套可兼做电缆的PE线或者PEN线,从而防止用电过程中的触电事故的发生;通过使用氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁及粘结剂组成的金属水合物做防火层,使电缆具有良好的耐火性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆防火技术领域,尤其涉及一种铝金属套防火电缆。
背景技术
随着社会安全意识的提高,耐火电缆在高层建筑、电力、化工、工程施工等领域有着较为广泛的应用。目前耐火电缆是通过耐高温绝缘材料的引入,譬如云母带与交联聚乙烯绝缘组合来实现,已很难满足英国BS6371和BS8491标准要求,也存在防水蒸汽、防爆能力差,不具备抗压和抗干扰能力。
上述结构的耐火电缆存在以下缺陷:绝缘是由耐高温的云母带和不耐高温的可燃的交联聚乙烯组合构成,在常态时交联聚乙烯层担当起防潮、密封和电气绝缘的主要角色,而遇火将很快被烧蚀炭化,此时电气绝缘的“重任”将由云母带一肩挑起,若遇消防喷水,水流会快速侵入云母层,导致相间短路并威胁救援人员生命。同时现有的铜金属管式矿物绝缘电缆虽在耐火能力上满足要求,但其存在着生产米数短、焊接铜护套不稳定、易吸潮导致绝缘电阻低甚至失效和电缆呈刚性的缺陷。
柔性高绝缘电阻铝金属套防火电缆的产生则较好地弥补了这些缺陷,采用特殊工艺提高了绝缘电阻能力和柔性,生产长度同普通电力电缆一致;铝金属套采用连续无缝挤压技术,具有优良的防水蒸气、防爆、抗压、抗干扰能力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种铝金属套防火电缆,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种铝金属套防火电缆,电缆主体包括护套,护套内设有缆芯,缆芯内设有至多五个线芯;线芯内包括导体、高阻燃绝缘带、金云母层、铝金属套和隔离套,隔离套覆盖在所述铝金属套外侧,铝金属套覆盖在金云母层外侧,金云母层覆盖在高阻燃绝缘带外侧,高阻燃绝缘带覆盖在导体外侧;
所述导体是由单根铜丝或多根铜丝绞制成的导体;
所述高阻燃绝缘带由氟龙胶带组成。
氟龙胶带,就是选用进口的玻璃纤维纱织布后涂覆铁氟龙(PTFE)树脂或铁氟龙车削膜,一面处理上有机硅压敏胶而成。
所述铝金属套通过连续无缝挤压方式再经过拉拔成型。
所述隔离套由聚乙烯制成。
所述线芯和护套之间还有一防火层,其防火层是采用氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁及粘结剂组成的金属水合物,防火层外还有一包带层,包层位于防火层和护套之间。
所述包带层是由无卤带制成。
所述护套是由低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃制成。
本发明优点如下:
1.通过使用多根单丝的导体,使电缆具有良好的柔软性和耐弯曲性能。
2.通过连续无缝挤压方式,再经过拉拔成型的铝金属套具有很好的防卫性能,能够防水、防鼠蚁和防散杂电流,以及抗压和抗干扰;铝金属套可兼做电缆的PE线或者PEN线,从而防止用电过程中的触电事故的发生。
3.通过设有金云母带绕包层,提高耐火效果,实现多重防火。
4.通过使用氟龙胶带做成高阻燃绝缘带,杜绝了云母带受潮,而造成绝缘性能降低情况,实现产品高绝缘电阻、高耐温等优良性能。
5.通过使用金属水合物做防火层,降低了被燃烧电缆的内部温度(导体温度500℃以下),同时残存物致密的包裹在绝缘线芯上,使其无法参加热氧反应。电缆不产生有害的卤素气体,不产生腐蚀性气体,燃烧时发烧量少,不污染土壤,起环保作用。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示进一步阐述本发明。
参照图1,一种铝金属套防火电缆,包括电缆主体,电缆主体包括护套8,护套8内设有缆芯,缆芯内设有至多五个线芯;线芯内包括导体1、高阻燃绝缘带2、金云母层3、铝金属套4和隔离套5,隔离套5覆盖在铝金属套4外侧,铝金属套4覆盖在金云母层3外侧,金云母层3覆盖在高阻燃绝缘带2外侧,高阻燃绝缘带2覆盖在导体1外侧;护套8内还设有一防火层6,防火层6位于线芯和护套之间;防火层6外还设有一包带层7,包带层7位于防火层6和护套8之间。
本发明通过使用多根单丝的导体1,使电缆具有良好的柔软性和耐弯曲性能。防火层6由金属水合物构成,金属水合物在火焰下转化成金属氧化物和水,降低了被燃烧电缆的内部温度(导体1温度500℃以下),同时残存物致密的包裹在绝缘线芯上,使其无法参加热氧反应。连续无缝挤压方式形成再经过拉拔成型的铝金属套4具有很好的防卫性能,能够防水、防鼠蚁和防散杂电流,以及抗压和抗干扰;铝金属套可兼做电缆的PE线或者PEN线,从而防止用电过程中的触电事故的发生。设有金云母带3绕包层,提高耐火效果,实现多重防火。使用氟龙胶带做成高阻燃绝缘带2,杜绝了云母带受潮,而造成绝缘性能降低情况,实现产品高绝缘电阻、高耐温等优良性能。护套8和包带层7燃烧时不产生有害的卤素气体,不产生腐蚀性气体,燃烧时发烧量少,不污染土壤,起环保作用。

1.一种铝金属套防火电缆,其特征在于,所述电缆由护套和缆芯组成,其中缆芯内设有至多五个线芯;线芯由里至外依次为导体、高阻燃绝缘带、金云母层、铝金属套和隔离套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝金属套防火电缆,其特征在于:所述导体是由单根铜丝或多根铜丝绞制成的导体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝金属套防火电缆,其特征在于:所述高阻燃绝缘带由氟龙胶带制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝金属套防火电缆,其特征在于:所述铝金属套通过连续无缝挤压方式再经过拉拔成型。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝金属套防火电缆,其特征在于:所述隔离套由聚乙烯制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝金属套防火电缆,其特征在于:所述缆芯内还设有防火层,所述防火层位于线芯和护套之间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种铝金属套防火电缆,其特征在于所述防火层是采用氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁及粘结剂组成的金属水合物。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种铝金属套防火电缆,其特征在于:所述防火层外还设有一包带层,包带层位于防火层和护套之间。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种铝金属套防火电缆,其特征在于,所述包带层是由无卤带制成。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝金属套防火电缆,其特征在于:所述护套是由低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃制成。
