[0002] 随着我国经济建设步伐的加快,高层建筑、地铁、发电厂、核电站、隧道等重要场所的中压配电系统,对电缆在火灾条件下的安全性提出了更高的要求,于是中压耐火电缆应运而生。对于6KV及以上中高压耐火电缆,其结构设计要同时满足耐高压和阻燃耐火要求。中高压电力电缆要求导体与绝缘之间必须要有半导电屏蔽层,以达到均匀电场的作用;而阻燃耐火电缆则要求阻燃、耐火、无卤、低卤、低烟、低毒。即要求阻滞、延缓火焰沿着电线电缆的蔓延,使火灾不扩大;在火焰燃烧情况下能保持一定时间的运行和保持线路的完整性;构成电线电缆的材料不含或含较低卤素,燃烧产物的腐蚀性较低;电线电缆燃烧时产生的烟尘较少,透光率较高;电线电缆材料燃烧时产生的气体毒性较低。现有的中压耐火电缆在缆芯外设置组合耐火层,由于使用的耐火材料及结构不合理,导致电缆载流量偏低,电缆出现发热现象;电缆外径较大给敷设安装带来不便同时也增加了产品成本。

[0005] 本实用新型耐火隔离层材料为膨胀型低烟无卤阻燃绿色材料;隔氧降温层采用无机金属水合物,由于其导热、阻燃性非常好,充分保证电缆的高阻燃特性,在电缆燃烧过程中该材料遇高温后即析出结晶水并分解成金属氧化物,金属氧化物吸附在耐火层表面能够形成多孔状的外壳,这种外壳对烟气有一定的吸附作用,同时,析出的水分可以起到对耐火层充分降温的作用;耐火保护层采用陶瓷化高分子复合耐火硅橡胶,该材料在常温下具备硅橡胶弹性好的基本特性,具有无毒、耐高低温、耐臭氧、耐老化及优良的电绝缘性能,在被火焰烧蚀的情况下,能够形成一层良好的隔绝层,阻挡火焰的继续燃烧,起到很好的防火效果;绝缘材料采用具有柔韧性、机械强度和电气性能良好的交联聚乙烯绝缘材料,该材料在保证电缆的电气绝缘性能的同时,增强绝缘层的抗拉强度和抗挤压性能。护套采用改性无卤低烟高阻燃聚烯烃材料挤包,具有优异的阻燃性能。

Claims (3)
1.高阻燃低烟无卤中压耐火电缆,其特征在于:包括三股相互绞合的绝缘线芯,在三股相互绞合的绝缘线芯外侧依次设置膨胀型低烟无卤阻燃耐火隔离层、无机金属水合物隔氧降温层、陶瓷化高分子复合耐火硅橡胶耐火保护层和改性无卤低烟高阻燃聚烯烃外护套层;在所述三股相互绞合的绝缘线芯与膨胀型低烟无卤阻燃耐火隔离层之间设置高阻燃低烟无卤填充胶条;每股所述的绝缘线芯分别包括铜导体,在所述铜导体外侧设置半导电包带层、导体屏蔽层、交联聚乙烯绝缘层和绝缘屏蔽层和金属带屏蔽层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高阻燃低烟无卤中压耐火电缆,其特征在于:所述导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层通过三层共挤技术一次挤包完成,在1.73U0时局部放电最大值< 5pc0
