背景技术
线缆是光缆和电缆等物品的统称,线缆的用途有很多,主要用于控制安装、连接设备和输送电力等多重作用,弱电线缆是指用于安防通信、电气装备及相关弱电传输用途的电缆,“电线”和“电缆”并没有严格的界限,通常将芯数少、产品直径小、结构简单的产品称为电线,没有绝缘的称为裸电线,其他的称为电缆,导体截面积较大的称为大电线,导体截面积较小的称为小电线,绝缘电线又称为布电线,弱电线缆是常见的线缆之一。
现有的弱电线缆在长时间使用后,弱电线缆极易出现磨损和老化的现象,外部干扰信号和静电极易影响弱电线缆的正常使用,热稳定性能较差,存在一定的危险性,严重影响了弱电线缆的使用寿命。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种安全性能高的弱电线缆,解决了现有弱电线缆安全性能低和热稳定性能较差的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种安全性能高的弱电线缆,包括弱电线缆本体,所述弱电线缆本体从外至内依次包括防磨护套层、第一屏蔽层、防火层、防潮层、抗静电层、绝缘层、锡纸层和填充层,所述填充层的内部固定连接有呈圆形状排布的保护胶套层,每个所述保护胶套层的内圈均固定连接有第二屏蔽层,每个所述第二屏蔽层的内圈均固定连接有防腐层,每个所述防腐层的内圈均包覆有导电铜丝体。
所述防磨护套层的内圈和第一屏蔽层的外圈固定连接,所述第一屏蔽层的内圈和防火层的外圈固定连接,所述防火层的内圈和防潮层的外圈固定连接,所述防潮层的内圈和抗静电层的外圈固定连接,所述抗静电层的内圈和锡纸层的外圈固定连接,所述锡纸层的内圈和填充层的外圈固定连接。
优选的,所述防磨护套层的外表面开设有呈圆形状排布的防滑凹槽,且防滑凹槽的数量至少为四个。
优选的,所述保护胶套层的数量至少为五个,所述填充层的内部固定连接有加强筋带,且加强筋带位于五个保护胶套层之间。
优选的,所述防磨护套层的内圈呈圆形状,所述保护胶套层的截面呈圆环状。
优选的,所述防磨护套层的厚度值在0.5mm-0.7mm之间,所述第一屏蔽层的厚度值在0.2mm-0.3mm之间,所述防护层的厚度值在0.2mm-0.3mm之间,所述防潮层的厚度值在0.2mm-0.3mm之间,所述抗静电层的厚度值在0.1mm-0.2mm之间,所述绝缘层的厚度值在0.2mm-0.3mm之间,所述锡纸层的厚度值在0.1mm-0.2mm之间。
优选的,所述保护胶套层的厚度值在0.3mm-0.5mm之间,所述第二屏蔽层的厚度值在0.1mm-0.2mm之间,所述防腐层的厚度值在0.1mm-0.2mm之间。

本发明提供了一种安全性能高的弱电线缆,具备以下有益效果:
(1)该安全性能高的弱电线缆,通过设置有第一屏蔽层、第二屏蔽层、绝缘层、抗静电层和锡纸层,能够对外部静电进行有效的防护,避免了该弱电线缆出现老化和损坏的现象,安全性能高,热稳定性能好。
(2)该安全性能高的弱电线缆,通过设置有防磨护套层、保护胶套层、填充层和防腐层,具有一定的耐磨性能,有效的避免了该弱电线缆的磨损,通过设置有防火层和防潮层,有效的增强了该弱电线缆的防火和防潮性能,有效的保证了弱电线缆的使用寿命。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种安全性能高的弱电线缆,包括弱电线缆本体1,弱电线缆本体1从外至内依次包括防磨护套层2、第一屏蔽层3、防火层4、防潮层5、抗静电层6、绝缘层7、锡纸层8和填充层10,填充层10的内部固定连接有呈圆形状排布的保护胶套层9,每个保护胶套层9的内圈均固定连接有第二屏蔽层11,每个第二屏蔽层11的内圈均固定连接有防腐层12,每个防腐层12的内圈均包覆有导电铜丝体14,其中,防磨护套层2为PVC材料,具有防磨和防断裂性能,有效的提高了该弱电线缆的耐磨性,第一屏蔽层3为碳纤维合金材料,具有一定的抗静电性能,能够对静电进行有效的屏蔽,防静电效果好,防火层4为聚氯乙烯材料,聚氯乙烯材料具有较好的耐火和抗高温性能,有效的提高了该电缆的防火和耐高温性能,防潮层5为PE膜,能够对湿气进行有效的阻挡,防潮性能好,抗静电层6为聚酯纤维材料,具有良好的绝缘性能,防漏电和抗静电效果好,绝缘层7为玻璃纤维材料,具有良好的绝缘性能,有效的保证了该弱电线缆的正常使用,锡纸层8为锡纸材料,具有良好的防水和阻燃性能,填充层10为碳纤维材料,绝缘性能好,且具有一定的硬度,能够对该弱电线缆进行有效的保护,保护胶套层9为橡胶纤维复合材料,具有较好的柔软性、耐磨性和绝缘性,能够对该弱电线缆进行有效的保护,第二屏蔽层11为镀锡铜材料,能够对干扰信号和静电进行有效的导出,还具备一定的柔韧性,抗弯折能力好,防腐层12为镀锌涂料,具备一定的防腐性能,有效的避免了导电钢丝体14的损坏,防磨护套层2的外表面开设有呈圆形状排布的防滑凹槽15,且防滑凹槽15的数量至少为四个,具备一定的防滑性能,同时,又能对该弱电线缆表面的水渍进行有效的引导和排泄,保护胶套层9的数量至少为五个,填充层10的内部固定连接有加强筋带13,且加强筋带13位于五个保护胶套层9之间,防磨护套层2的内圈呈圆形状,保护胶套层9的截面呈圆环状,有效的增强了该弱电线缆的强度,具备一定的韧性,抗拉扯性能好。
