[0002]电缆是社会经济发展的重要产品,也是人们生活不可缺少的重要用品。随着社会 的前进和经济的不断增长,能源工业作为经济发展的基础产业得到高速发展,电缆的需求 量正大幅上升。由于电缆的护套和绝缘层一般由塑料及橡胶材料制成,因此随着电缆使用 量的增加,特别是电缆密集敷设的场所,极易引起火灾。而一部分电缆火灾发生在发电厂、 邮电通信系统及大型工矿企业,这些部门电缆使用量集中,而且一般采用密集敷设在电缆 沟内,一旦发生火灾将顺着电缆燃烧并在电缆沟蔓延,燃烧距离可达数千米,其结果不但烧 毁电缆,而且造成大面积停电,工厂停产。

[0019] 2•防火层采用的材料,在火灾环境下(650°C〜300(TC),能迅速被烧成陶瓷状坚硬 的完整壳体,烧蚀时间越长且温度越高,壳体越坚硬,这种坚硬壳体铠装能对线路起到很好 的保护作用,保障线路在火灾情况下的畅通。而且选择这种材料加工简单易行,不但可以绕 包,而且可以纵包,简化了加工工艺,可大幅降低成本;
[0020] 3.内衬层的性能与防火层的性能相似,在高温下能迅速被烧成陶瓷状坚硬的完整 壳体。
