Abstract
本发明一种盘式摩擦衬片及其微合金化制备方法,本发明将铁粉、还原剂石墨、含钒氧化物、白炭黑、铵盐催化剂、强度调节剂等混合均匀,喷洒天然粘结后压制成型,然后将成型料放入钟罩炉中,在高纯氮氛围气环境中加压煅烧。炉内放应温度为100—1200℃,环境压力为0‑3MPa,逐步变温变压烧结,高纯氮气加压冷却。使用该方法生产的摩擦片具有耐高温、干/湿态摩擦系数稳定、耐腐蚀性好、低磨损、低噪音、机械性能优异、降低对偶面磨损、降低材料成本、环保等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及盘式摩擦衬片技术领域,尤其涉及一种盘式摩擦衬片及其微合金化制备方法。
背景技术
摩擦衬片是指芯片和摩擦衬片或摩擦材料层组成的组件,广泛应用于机械工程、机械零件和离合器领域。
CN201410529963.0公开了一种摩擦材料及其摩擦片及摩擦片制备方法,该摩擦材料是由泡沫铁粉,粘结剂和润滑剂组成,以100重量份泡沫铁粉为基准,所述粘结剂含量为7~17重量份,所述润滑剂含量为11~35重量份。该发明还涉及一种由上述摩擦材料制得的摩擦片及其制备方法,所述摩擦片以泡沫铁粉作为主体材料,具有密度低,不热衰退,噪音低,耐磨性好的特性。该配方中不含钢纤维及为调节钢纤维性能而添加的辅助组分,并进一步减少了粘结剂的用量,同时由于泡沫铁粉的成本低廉,而具有较好的经济性。
CN201110150012.9公开了一种湿式制动器摩擦片及其制备方法,包括以下配料:棉浆35~38份、碳纤维8~10份、纺纶纤维13~15份、石墨20~25份、海泡石6~8份、摩擦粉6~8份、铁红10~15份、铁黄5~8份、乳胶4~5份、长石8~10份、生碱0.5~1份和硫黄0.06~0.08份。将配料进行:配料→打浆→抄纸→纸片烘干→纸片冲裁→浸胶→纸片再次烘干→纸片固化→芯板处理→贴片→摩擦片固化→摩擦片后续加工→清理包装。一种湿式制动器摩擦片及其制备方法提高摩擦系数,延长使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种盘式摩擦衬片及其微合金化制备方法。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
本发明的盘式摩擦片的重量百分比组成如下:铁粉15%-30%,还原剂石墨:15%-30%,含钒氧化物5%-10%,白炭黑:5%-10%,铵盐催化剂0.1%-0.5%,强度调节剂0.1%-0.5%,天然粘结剂1%-5%,其它填料20%-30%。
所述的铁粉是氧化铁粉、高纯铁粉中的一种或多种,粒度为200-300目。
所述的含钒氧化物是V2O3、VO2或V2O5中的一种或多种,粒度为200-300目。
所述的铵盐催化剂是碳酸铵、碳酸氢铵中的一种或多种,粒度为200-300目。
所述的还原剂石墨是天然鳞片石墨、人造石墨中的一种或多种,粒度:300-400目;白炭黑粒度为200-300目。
所述的强度调节剂是镍、钛、钼、铜、磷、铝及其氧化物中的一种或多种组合,粒度为200-300目。
所述的其它填料是所述的其它填料是碳酸钙、硫酸钡、氢氧化钙中的一种或多种组合,粒度为200-300目。
本发明的盘式摩擦衬片的微合金化制备方法是将铁粉、还原剂石墨、含钒氧化物、白炭黑、铵盐催化剂、强度调节剂等混合均匀,喷洒天然粘结剂后压制成型,然后将成型料放入钟罩炉中,在高纯氮氛围气环境中加压煅烧;钟罩炉中煅烧温度、压力、时间依次为:(1)温度100-120℃,不通氛围气,0.25-0.5小时(预处理段);(2)温度:400-600℃,压力0.5-1.5MPa,0.5-1小时(固化段);(3)温度800-1200℃,压力2-3MPa,1-1.5小时(浸N2成型段);(4)不加热,压力2-3MPa,0.25-0.5小时(冷却段),(5)出料温度为60-80℃,不通氛围气。
所述的天然粘结剂是水、面粉、木素中的一种或多种。
本发明的积极效果如下:
1、高温低压渗氮,形成碳氮稳定金属化合物,碳氮高强度、多孔状网状复合结构耐高温性能提升,吸音效果优异。
2、保护气使用氮气,较传统还原性气体氢气、氨、天然气、煤气等更为安全,来源更广泛。
3、金属钒具有高熔点、耐腐蚀、抗氧化、延展性好、无磁性诸多优点,将含钒氧化物引入到铁碳基盘式摩擦片中,可以有效提高摩擦片的耐高温、耐腐蚀、物理性能,延展性好便于与盘的制动磨合,无磁性减少摩擦片和盘的黏着磨损。

下面通过实施例进一步详细描述本发明,以下实施例中以1重量份代表1%。

性能测试:对上述实施例1~4所得样品及市售盘式刹车片进行性能和噪音测试,试验参照标准:
噪音测功试验程序按照SAE J252103-26-05执行;硬度测定按照GB/T 5766-2007执行;冲击强度按GB5763-2008执行;摩擦磨损性能试验按GB5763-2008四类盘式制动器用摩擦衬片执行。

结论:实施例1~4的噪音强度大于70dBA的概率最大只有2.89,明显小于市售产品;实施例1~4的硬度、冲击强度优于市售产片。实施例1~4的摩擦磨损性能高温段300-350℃,摩擦系数稳定在0.4以上,磨损率明显小于市售产品。

1.一种盘式摩擦衬片,其特征在于:所述的盘式摩擦衬片的重量百分比组成如下:铁粉15%-30%,还原剂石墨:15%-30%,含钒氧化物5%-10%,白炭黑:5%-10%,铵盐催化剂0.1%-0.5%,强度调节剂0.1%-0.5%,天然粘结剂1%-5%,其它填料20%-30%;
所述的强度调节剂是镍、钛、钼、铜、磷、铝、含镍氧化物、含钛氧化物、含钼氧化物、含铜氧化物、含磷氧化物、含铝氧化物中的一种或多种组合,粒度为200-300目;
所述的天然粘结剂是水、面粉、木素中的一种或多种;
所述的其它填料是碳酸钙、硫酸钡、氢氧化钙中的一种或多种组合,粒度为200-300目;
所述的含钒氧化物是V2O3、VO2或V2O5中的一种或多种,粒度为200-300目;

4.一种微合金化制备如权利要求1-3所述的盘式摩擦衬片的方法,其特征在于:所述方法是将铁粉、还原剂石墨、含钒氧化物、白炭黑、铵盐催化剂、强度调节剂混合均匀,喷洒天然粘结剂后压制成型,然后将成型料放入钟罩炉中,在高纯氮氛围气环境中加压煅烧;钟罩炉中煅烧温度、压力、时间依次为:(1)预处理段温度100-120℃,不通氛围气,0.25-0.5小时;(2)固化段温度:400-600℃,压力0.5-1.5MPa,0.5-1小时;(3)浸N2成型段温度800-1200℃,压力2-3MPa,1-1.5小时;(4)冷却段不加热,压力2-3MPa,0.25-0.5小时,(5)出料温度为60-80℃,不通氛围气。
