Abstract

本发明涉及一种与水性胶水牢度好的OPP镀铝膜背涂涂料及其制备方法,所述涂料包括以下重量份数的各组分:聚丙烯酸酯树脂:5~10份;聚醇树脂:1~5份;聚氨酯树脂:5~10份;氯醋树脂:5~15份;醛酮树脂:1~5份;助剂:0.1~2份;溶剂:68~84份。本发明具有如下的有益效果:该OPP镀铝膜背涂涂料与水性胶水牢度好,复合后胶带拉揭牢度优异;适用范围广泛,使用方便,降低企业所需生产成本;且配合水性胶水使用,VOC残留低。

Description

与水性胶水牢度好的OPP镀铝膜背涂涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及烟用衬纸技术领域,具体涉及一种与水性胶水牢度好的OPP镀铝膜背涂涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
定向拉伸聚丙烯(OPP)转移膜已广泛用于生产烟用衬纸,如以聚丙烯薄膜为基膜,涂以镭射转移涂层并模压展现镭射信息,将模压后的OPP膜镀铝再涂覆背涂涂料,然后复合在衬纸上。目前国内复合时多采用干式复合胶复合,而干式复合胶使用主剂及固化剂双组份配合,复合后需要一定熟化时间,操作复杂。而水性胶水具有干燥速率快,价格低,无需熟化,同时VOC排放几乎为零,是未来发展趋势。然而,目前市场上现有涂料,配合干式复合胶复合时复合牢度好,但配合水性胶水却无任何牢度,胶带揭拉后与纸张分开,牢度差,由于没有合适的背涂涂料直接制约了水性胶水的推广使用,因此,市场上急需一款与水性胶水牢度好的OPP镀铝膜背涂涂料,推动整个行业的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术及方法的不足,提供一种与水性胶水牢度好的OPP镀铝膜背涂涂料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供了一种与水性胶水牢度好的OPP镀铝膜背涂涂料,包括以下重量份数的各组分:
优选地,所述聚丙烯酸酯树脂包括聚丙烯酸甲酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚丙烯酸乙酯、聚甲基丙烯酸乙酯、聚丙烯酸丁酯、聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯中的至少一种或其共聚物;所述聚醇树脂包括聚酯多元醇、丙烯酸改性聚酯多元醇树脂中的至少一种。
优选地,所述助剂包括抗氧化助剂、热稳定助剂。助剂的加入可提升涂料的稳定性。
更优选地,所述抗氧化助剂为甲基硫醇锡、月桂酸型有机锡、马来酸酯型有机锡中的至少一种;所述热稳定剂为丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯中的至少一种。
优选地,所述溶剂包括乙醇,正丙醇,异丙醇,乙酸乙酯,丁酮,乙酸异丙酯,乙酸正丙酯,丙二醇甲醚,丙二醇乙醚中的至少一种。
本发明的利用各个树脂之间的协同作用,达到与铝层、胶水层都具备良好的牢度。
本发明还提供了一种与水性胶水牢度好的OPP镀铝膜背涂涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将全部溶剂投入反应釜中,并加热至30~60℃进行搅拌;
(2)保持搅拌并将各树脂、助剂依次投入反应釜中,搅拌0.5~2.5小时;
(3)测量固体含量,并调整至理论值;
(4)再缓缓搅拌0.5~2.5小时,冷却、称量包装。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
(1)本OPP镀铝膜背涂涂料与水性胶水牢度好,复合后胶带拉揭牢度优异;
(2)适用范围广泛,使用方便,降低企业所需生产成本;
(3)配合水性胶水使用,VOC残留低。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
以下实施例提供了一种与水性胶水牢度好的OPP镀铝膜背涂涂料,包括以下重量份数的各组分:
所述聚丙烯酸酯树脂包括聚丙烯酸甲酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚丙烯酸乙酯、聚甲基丙烯酸乙酯、聚丙烯酸丁酯、聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯中的至少一种或其共聚物;所述聚醇树脂包括聚酯多元醇、丙烯酸改性聚酯多元醇树脂中的至少一种。
所述助剂包括抗氧化助剂、热稳定助剂。助剂的加入可提升涂料的稳定性。
所述抗氧化助剂为甲基硫醇锡、月桂酸型有机锡、马来酸酯型有机锡中的至少一种;所述热稳定剂为丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯中的至少一种。
所述溶剂包括乙醇,正丙醇,异丙醇,乙酸乙酯,丁酮,乙酸异丙酯,乙酸正丙酯,丙二醇甲醚,丙二醇乙醚中的至少一种。
实施例1-5
实施例1-5提供了一种与水性胶水牢度好的OPP镀铝膜背涂涂料,其组分及重量份数如表1所示。
其制备方法具体为:
(1)将全部溶剂投入反应釜中,并加热至30~60℃进行搅拌;
(2)保持搅拌并将各树脂、助剂依次投入反应釜中,搅拌0.5~2.5小时;
(3)测量固体含量,并调整至理论值;
(4)再缓缓搅拌0.5~2.5小时,冷却、称量包装。
对比例1-5
对比例1-5提供了一种与水性胶水牢度好的OPP镀铝膜背涂涂料,其组分及重量份数如表1所示。
其制备方法与实施例相同。

效果验证:
将实施例和对比例所制备的与水性胶水牢度好的OPP镀铝膜背涂涂料进行效果验证,验证方法为:按照应用实施例1方法制备样张,然后进行性能测试。
测得的结果如表2所示。

应用实施例1
将实施例1制得的与水性胶水牢度好的OPP镀铝膜背涂涂料进行使用,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)先通过涂布机在OPP基膜上涂覆一层镭射转移涂料;
(2)将涂覆好镭射转移涂料的OPP膜经过模压机进行模压,模压出所需镭射信息;
(3)将模压后的OPP膜放入镀铝机进行镀铝;
(4)将镀铝后的OPP基膜通过涂布机涂覆所述背涂涂料;
(5)将涂好背涂涂料的OPP膜经过复合机复合,胶水采用水性胶水,复合纸张选用衬纸基材;
(6)将复合好的衬纸经过剥离机剥除OPP膜。
由此获得的烟包转移衬纸材料。
应用实施例2
将实施例1制得的与水性胶水牢度好的OPP镀铝膜背涂涂料进行使用,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)将OPP基膜和涂覆好镭射转移涂料的母膜一起模压,在OPP膜上模压出所需镭射信息;
(2)将模压后的OPP膜放入镀铝机进行镀铝;
(3)将镀铝后的OPP基膜通过涂布机涂覆所述背涂涂料;
(4)将涂好背涂涂料的OPP膜经过复合机复合,胶水采用水性胶水,复合纸张选用衬纸基材;
(5)将复合好的衬纸经过剥离机剥除OPP膜;
(6)继续在剥离后的衬纸表面涂覆一层水性清漆。
由此获得的烟包转移衬纸材料。
综上所述,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
(1)本OPP镀铝膜背涂涂料与水性胶水牢度好,复合后胶带拉揭牢度优异;
(2)适用范围广泛,使用方便,降低企业所需生产成本;
(3)配合水性胶水使用,VOC残留低。
本发明具体应用途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式。应当指出,以上实施例仅用于说明本发明,而并不用于限制本发明的保护范围。对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种与水性胶水牢度好的OPP镀铝膜背涂涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的各组分:
所述聚丙烯酸酯树脂包括聚丙烯酸甲酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚丙烯酸乙酯、聚甲基丙烯酸乙酯、聚丙烯酸丁酯、聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯中的至少一种;所述聚醇树脂包括聚酯多元醇、丙烯酸改性聚酯多元醇树脂中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的与水性胶水牢度好的OPP镀铝膜背涂涂料,其特征在于,所述助剂为抗氧化助剂和/或热稳定助剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的与水性胶水牢度好的OPP镀铝膜背涂涂料,其特征在于,所述抗氧化助剂为甲基硫醇锡、月桂酸型有机锡、马来酸酯型有机锡中的至少一种;所述热稳定剂为丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的与水性胶水牢度好的OPP镀铝膜背涂涂料,其特征在于,所述溶剂包括乙醇,正丙醇,异丙醇,乙酸乙酯,丁酮,乙酸异丙酯,乙酸正丙酯,丙二醇甲醚,丙二醇乙醚中的至少一种。
5.一种根据权利要求1所述的与水性胶水牢度好的OPP镀铝膜背涂涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将全部溶剂投入反应釜中,并加热至30~60℃进行搅拌;
(2)保持搅拌并将各树脂、助剂依次投入反应釜中,搅拌0.5~2.5小时;
(3)测量固体含量,并调整至理论值;
(4)再缓缓搅拌0.5~2.5小时,冷却、称量包装。
