本发明公开了一种微晶耐磨易涂覆氧化铝粉末的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)原料的制备:将原晶在0.2‑1.8微米的微晶氧化铝原料进行分级处理,选出0.2‑0.5微米之间的微晶氧化铝粉体;(2)改性处理:将步骤(1)中选出的微晶氧化铝粉体按照10000:5的比例进行表面偶联包覆改性处理,所用的偶联剂为三异硬脂酸钛酸异丙酯、异丙氧基二硬脂酸酰氧基铝酸酯或乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷中的一种或几种的复合,通过改性机在70‑85℃时把偶联剂喷雾加入,改性处理2小时;随后在常温下进行分散剂的添加。

一种微晶耐磨易涂覆氧化铝粉末的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及特种氧化铝粉体制备领域,尤其涉及一种微晶耐磨易涂覆氧化铝粉末的制备方法。
背景技术
特种氧化铝广泛用于橡胶制品、塑料制品中,但在树脂类涂层中应用较少,而在合成树脂类产品中硬度低不耐磨,大大影响了其使用范围和经济价值,基于此背景下我们研发了这款微晶耐磨易涂覆氧化铝,它既可以添加到合成树脂里面使制品硬度和耐磨度大幅提高,又可涂覆在树脂表面,使其表面形成一层耐磨保护膜,做出的产品光洁度好,硬度高,尺寸稳定性好,补强增硬,完全提高了合成树脂制品的应用空间,是此类产品更新换代提高经济价值的优良原料。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种微晶耐磨易涂覆氧化铝粉末的制备方法,旨在解决传统特种氧化铝在合成树脂制品中硬度低不耐磨,且无法涂覆在树脂或其他表面需要的增强增硬的制品上的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种微晶耐磨易涂覆氧化铝粉末的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料的制备:将原晶在0.2-1.8微米的微晶氧化铝原料进行分级处理,选出0.2-0.5微米之间的微晶氧化铝粉体;
(2)改性处理:将步骤(1)中选出的微晶氧化铝粉体按照10000:5的比例进行表面偶联包覆改性处理,所用的偶联剂为三异硬脂酸钛酸异丙酯、异丙氧基二硬脂酸酰氧基铝酸酯或乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷中的一种或几种的复合,通过改性机在70-85℃时把偶联剂喷雾加入,改性处理2小时;随后在常温下进行分散剂的添加。
进一步的,还包括以下步骤:在常温下,向步骤(2)中得到的氧化铝粉末中加入悬浮剂并加入到涂覆液体中,实现涂覆功能。
作为优选,所述悬浮剂为三聚磷酸钠、月桂醇硫酸钠或木质素磺酸钠中的一种或几种的复合,且悬浮剂的添加比例为10000:2。
本发明的有益效果:在合成树脂类或其他需要增强增硬的制品中,起到耐磨耐刮擦的作用,产品稳定均一性好,做出的制品光洁度高,美观大方,突破传统制品的缺陷;在树脂中添加或表面涂覆后都可达到增强其硬度提高耐磨性的作用,使莫氏硬度在原有的基础上提高30-70%的水平,大大提高了下游产品的性能和经济价值。
具体实施方式
实施例1,
一种微晶耐磨易涂覆氧化铝粉末的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料的制备:将原晶在0.2-1.8微米的微晶氧化铝原料进行分级处理,选出0.2-0.5微米之间的微晶氧化铝粉体;
(2)改性处理:将步骤(1)中选出的微晶氧化铝粉体按照10000:5的比例进行表面偶联包覆改性处理,所用的偶联剂为三异硬脂酸钛酸异丙酯、异丙氧基二硬脂酸酰氧基铝酸酯或乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷中的一种或几种的复合,通过改性机在70-85℃时把偶联剂喷雾加入,改性处理2小时;随后在常温下进行分散剂的添加。
(3)在常温下,向步骤(2)中得到的氧化铝粉末中加入悬浮剂并加入到涂覆液体中;所述悬浮剂为三聚磷酸钠、月桂醇硫酸钠或木质素磺酸钠中的一种或几种的复合,且悬浮剂的添加比例为10000:2。
将经上述步骤得到的氧化铝涂覆液体涂覆在合成树脂表面,增强其表面硬度提高耐磨性的作用,使莫氏硬度在原有的基础上提高30-70%的水平。
实施例2,
一种微晶耐磨易涂覆氧化铝粉末的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料的制备:将原晶在0.2-1.8微米的微晶氧化铝原料进行分级处理,选出0.2-0.5微米之间的微晶氧化铝粉体;
(2)改性处理:将步骤(1)中选出的微晶氧化铝粉体按照10000:5的比例进行表面偶联包覆改性处理,所用的偶联剂为三异硬脂酸钛酸异丙酯、异丙氧基二硬脂酸酰氧基铝酸酯或乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷中的一种或几种的复合,通过改性机在70-85℃时把偶联剂喷雾加入,改性处理2小时;随后在常温下进行分散剂的添加。
将经上述步骤的氧化铝粉体添加进合成树脂中,增强其硬度提高耐磨性的作用,使莫氏硬度在原有的基础上提高30-70%的水平。

1.一种微晶耐磨易涂覆氧化铝粉末的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料的制备:将原晶在0.2-1.8微米的微晶氧化铝原料进行分级处理,选出0.2-0.5微米之间的微晶氧化铝粉体;
(2)改性处理:将步骤(1)中选出的微晶氧化铝粉体按照10000:5的比例进行表面偶联包覆改性处理,所用的偶联剂为三异硬脂酸钛酸异丙酯、异丙氧基二硬脂酸酰氧基铝酸酯或乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷中的一种或几种的复合,通过改性机在70-85℃时把偶联剂喷雾加入,改性处理2小时;随后在常温下进行分散剂的添加。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种微晶耐磨易涂覆氧化铝粉末的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:在常温下,向步骤(2)中得到的氧化铝粉末中加入悬浮剂并加入到涂覆液体中。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种微晶耐磨易涂覆氧化铝粉末的制备方法,其特征在于,所述悬浮剂为三聚磷酸钠、月桂醇硫酸钠或木质素磺酸钠中的一种或几种的复合,且悬浮剂的添加比例为10000:2。
