背景技术

实施例2——耐磨陶瓷复合管
它采用以下质量的原料:
白玉刚50kg、莫来石30kg、长石30kg、水云母2kg、高岭土5kg、铁矿石10kg、氧化钴5kg、氧化锆5kg、氧化铝5kg、碳化硅5kg、氧化钛5kg、石墨纤维10kg、钢纤维5kg、单质钨5kg、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯10kg、明胶10kg以及松香10kg;
包括以下制备步骤:
A.按比例,先将上述原料中的白玉刚、莫来石、长石、水云母、高岭土、铁矿石、氧化钴、氧化锆、氧化铝、碳化硅、氧化钛、石墨纤维、钢纤维、单质钨研磨至粒度为1mm,再与剩余的原料混匀,并加水制成胶状物;
B.将A步骤制得的胶状物放入模具中,在温度为1200℃、压力为550kg/cm2下,压制成型。
经检测,本实施例耐磨陶瓷砖的常温磨损量≤2cm3,且其强度高、耐热性好、抗剥离性能好。
实施例3——耐磨陶瓷复合管
它采用以下质量的原料:
白玉刚46kg、莫来石28kg、长石26kg、水云母1.5kg、高岭土4kg、铁矿石7kg、氧化钴3kg、氧化锆2kg、氧化铝4kg、碳化硅4kg、氧化钛4kg、石墨纤维9kg、钢纤维4kg、单质钨3kg、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯8kg、明胶7kg以及松香6kg;
包括以下制备步骤:

Claims (2)
1.一种耐磨陶瓷复合管,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:
白玉刚45份~50份、莫来石25份~30份、长石25份~30份、水云母1份~2份、高岭土1份~5份、铁矿石5份~10份、氧化钴1份~5份、氧化锆1份~5份、氧化铝1份~5份、碳化硅1份~5份、氧化钛1份~5份、石墨纤维5份~10份、钢纤维1份~5份、单质钨1份~5份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5份~10份、明胶5份~10份以及松香5份~10份。
2.一种耐磨陶瓷复合管的制备方法,其特征在于:
采用以下重量份数的原料:
白玉刚45份~50份、莫来石25份~30份、长石25份~30份、水云母1份~2份、高岭土1份~5份、铁矿石5份~10份、氧化钴1份~5份、氧化锆1份~5份、氧化铝1份~5份、碳化硅1份~5份、氧化钛1份~5份、石墨纤维5份~10份、钢纤维1份~5份、单质钨1份~5份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5份~10份、明胶5份~10份以及松香5份~10份;
包括以下制备步骤:
