Abstract
本发明公开了一种接触式无线充电结构,包括有充电电源、伸缩机构和负载,所述的充电电源上连接有充电显示系统,所述的充电电源的输出端通过电线连接有正负极接触公头或平板电极,将正负极接触公头或平板电极固定在伸缩机构的移动末端上,伸缩机构上连接有伸缩机构控制器,所述的伸缩机构控制器上连接有红外信号传感器,通过伸缩机构将充电电源的正负极接触公头或平板电极与负载的正负极接触母头或平板电极接触进行充电。本发明相当于用充电器直接给电动车或其他负载直接供电,充电效率高,接触式由于伸缩机构的功能,它可以离很远的距离使用,使用方便,由于电极是内藏式不会造成人身安全,安全性高,生产成本低,没有复杂的电路,结构简单。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及无线电充电技术领域,尤其涉及一种接触式无线充电结构。
背景技术
为了摆脱电缆的束缚全世界科技人员都在努力研究无线充电技术,事实上无线充电技术从某种程度上讲原理很简单,就是通过初级线圈11产生的磁场穿透次级线圈的绕组,在次级线圈12上产生电感电动势而得到的电压和电流,但是在无线充电线圈是采用电感原理,这方面有一个致命的问题就是初级线圈11和次级线圈12是有一定距离的,中间没有导磁的材料,初级线圈产生的磁力线和磁场没有介质传导,也就是说磁场不能像变压器一样通过硅钢磁芯或者磁芯来传导磁场,这样磁力线就会受阻,次级线圈12就得不到足够的电感电动势,能量损失就非常的大,效率就会很低,越是初级线圈11离次级线圈12越远效率就越低,甚至效率为零,也有技术人员为了增加磁通量采用高频率线圈发射,实际上也是失败的,因为频率提高到一定的程度线圈会像电磁灶一样会产生大量的热量,由于不确定因素两个线圈的距离或远或近,所产生的电压和电流也非常不稳定。
如下列2种线圈在不同的磁通量上所产生不同的效率;
电磁感应原理:
1、 如图1所示,电磁感应方式,当电流通过初级线圈11时会产生磁场,次级线圈12靠近磁场就会产生电流,无线充电就应用了这种称之为“电磁感应”的物理现象。
无线充电包括“磁共振”“电波接收”“电磁感应”等多种方式。
2、变压器磁场原理,如图2所示,通过硅钢磁芯或者磁芯13来传导磁场。
下面的效率很高磁力线损耗极小,但是初级线圈和次级线圈又不能像电磁感应那样可以分离怎么办呢;总之我们所想要的结果即能对负载供电,又要效率更高,还又要摆脱线速的困扰。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种接触式无线充电结构。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种接触式无线充电结构,包括有充电电源、伸缩机构和负载,所述的充电电源上连接有充电显示系统,所述的充电电源的输出端通过电线连接有正负极接触公头或平板电极,将正负极接触公头或平板电极固定在伸缩机构的移动末端上,伸缩机构上连接有伸缩机构控制器,所述的伸缩机构控制器上连接有红外信号传感器,通过伸缩机构将充电电源的正负极接触公头或平板电极与负载的正负极接触母头或平板电极接触进行充电。
所述的伸缩机构是电机带动丝杠螺母副,将所述的充电电源的正负极接触公头或平板电极固定在丝杠螺母副的移动端上。
所述的负载为电动车,电动车的正负极接触公头或平板电极安装在电动车前轮的中心处的一侧。
在所述的电动车的前轮中心处的一侧安装有固定座,将电动车正负极接触母头或平板电极安装在固定座上。
所述的固定座的前端开有喇叭口式定位口。
本发明的优点是:本发明相当于用充电器直接给电动车或其他负载直接供电,充电效率高,接触式由于伸缩机构的功能,它可以离很远的距离使用,使用方便,由于电极是内藏式不会造成人身安全,安全性高,生产成本低,没有复杂的电路,结构简单。

具体实施方式
如图3所示,一种接触式无线充电结构,包括有充电电源1、伸缩机构2和负载3,所述的充电电源1上连接有充电显示系统4,所述的充电电源1的输出端通过电线连接有正负极接触公头5,将正负极接触公头5固定在伸缩机构2的移动末端上,伸缩机构2上连接有伸缩机构控制器6,所述的伸缩机构控制器6上连接有红外信号传感器7,通过伸缩机构2将充电电源1的正负极接触公头5与负载3的正负极接触母头8接触进行充电。
所述的伸缩机构2是电机带动丝杠螺母副,将所述的充电电源1的正负极接触公头5固定在丝杠螺母副的移动端上。
如图4所示,所述的负载3为电动车9,电动车9的正负极接触母头安装在电动车9前轮的中心处的一侧。
在所述的电动车9的前轮中心处的一侧安装有固定座10,将电动车正负极接触母头8安装在固定座10上。
所述的固定座10的前端开有喇叭口式定位口。
1、效率高,相当于用充电器直接给电动车或其他负载直接供电。
2、接触式由于伸缩机构的功能,它可以离很远的距离使用,而电感线圈却只能次级(负载端)紧贴初级线圈(供电端),稍有距离就会导致效率大大下降。
3、具有和传统的无线充电一样功能,摆脱了线束的困扰,也同样属于无线充电。
4、可以利用此原理对新能源停车位进行安装地埋式,充电桩式,等等,地埋式和其原理同样,将伸缩机构埋于地下,当电动车开到停车位时,传感器获得信号,并把信号传输给伸缩机构控制器,伸缩机构控制器控制电机转动,伸缩机构将充电电源的正负极接触平板电极伸出,充电电源正负极接触平板电极接触电动车的正负极接触平板电极,当电动车移动开出时,传感器感应到移动信号,伸缩机构立即缩回,确保不会碰撞伸缩机构。
5、安全性高,由于电极是内藏式不会造成人身安全,接触时由于延时功能(无输出接触)不会产生火花,更不会像电磁感应无线充电线圈一样产生高频磁场对周边电子电器和电动车仪器的干扰和损坏。
Claims (5)
1.一种接触式无线充电结构,其特征在于:包括有充电电源、伸缩机构和负载,所述的充电电源上连接有充电显示系统,所述的充电电源的输出端通过电线连接有正负极接触公头或平板电极,将正负极接触公头或平板电极固定在伸缩机构的移动末端上,伸缩机构上连接有伸缩机构控制器,所述的伸缩机构控制器上连接有红外信号传感器,通过伸缩机构将充电电源的正负极接触公头或平板电极与负载的正负极接触母头或平板电极接触进行充电,这两种接触方式后者可采用地埋式,给电动汽车充电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种接触式无线充电结构,其特征在于:所述的伸缩机构是电机带动丝杠螺母副,将所述的充电电源的正负极接触公头或平板电极固定在丝杠螺母副的移动端上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种接触式无线充电结构,其特征在于:所述的负载为电动车,电动车的正负极接触母头或平板电极安装在电动车前轮的中心处的一侧,平板电极安装在电动汽车的底部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种接触式无线充电结构,其特征在于:在所述的电动车的前轮中心处的一侧或者电动汽车底部安装有固定座,将电动车正负极接触母头或平板电极安装在固定座上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种接触式无线充电结构,其特征在于:所述的固定座的前端开有喇叭口式定位口,平板电极有平面电极接触面。
