Abstract
本发明提供了一种移除式安全充电舱,舱体内平行设置有两个底座,底座上设置有充电托盘,充电托盘上设置有充电支架,充电支架设置有电瓶插口、充电接口、电瓶温度传感器和信号接口,两个底座之间设置有升降气缸,升降气缸连接有充电桩和信号桩,充电桩和信号桩下端设置有软线缆;舱体内壁上设置有均与同一控制器连接的隔氧冷却喷嘴、烟雾感应器和火焰探测器;包括爆燃电瓶移除机构,底座下设置有压簧,底座通过固定钩与舱体卡接,任一侧的舱体侧壁上设置有弹射舱门,弹射舱门通过挂钩与舱体卡接,固定钩与挂钩均与控制器连接,弹射舱门外设置有沟槽。本发明提供的移除式安全充电舱,具有燃烧电瓶移除及灭火机制,预防事故发生,安全性强。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种充电舱,尤其涉及一种电瓶移除功能的安全充电舱。
背景技术
目前,随着国家和国民对绿色、环保、节能的意识不断增强,国家的政策力度日益强化,新能源汽车得到了快速发展。跟传统的燃油汽车相比,电瓶的充电时间和续航能力的问题,成为了新能源电瓶汽车的一个发展瓶颈。电瓶在充电过程中存在一个相当大的安全问题:各种电瓶在充电过程中产生过流、过热、变形、开裂、爆燃等安全事故,并且由于电瓶爆燃和连续燃烧的固有特性而产生重大损失。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种移除式安全充电舱,预防事故发生,安全性强。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种移除式安全充电舱,包括舱体,所述舱体内平行设置有两个底座,所述底座上设置有充电托盘,所述充电托盘上设置有充电支架,所述充电支架设置有电瓶插口和充电接口,所述两个底座之间设置有升降气缸,所述升降气缸连接有充电桩,所述充电桩下端设置有软线缆;所述充电支架还设置有电瓶温度传感器和信号接口,所述升降气缸还连接信号桩,所述信号桩下端设置有软线缆,所述舱体内壁上设置有隔氧冷却喷嘴、烟雾感应器和火焰探测器,所述信号桩、隔氧冷却喷嘴、烟雾感应器和火焰探测器均与同一控制器连接;所述底座下设置有压簧,所述底座通过固定钩与所述舱体卡接,所述任一侧的舱体侧壁上设置有弹射舱门,所述弹射舱门通过挂钩与所述舱体卡接,所述固定钩与挂钩均与所述控制器连接,所述弹射舱门外设置有沟槽。
进一步地,每个所述底座上设置有导轨,所述导轨上设置所述充电托盘。
进一步地,所述充电托盘下端面设置有开口,所述充电支架的下端面对应所述开口处设置有所述充电接口。
进一步地,所述隔氧冷却喷嘴连接有氮气储罐。
进一步地,所述沟槽底部设置有重力感应阀门,所述重力感应阀门通过连通管连接有安定液储罐或水储罐。
本发明一种移除式安全充电舱,具有燃烧电瓶移除及灭火机制,预防事故发生,安全性强。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,一种移除式安全充电舱,包括舱体1,舱体1内平行设置有两个底座2,底座2上设置有充电托盘3,充电托盘3上设置有充电支架4,充电支架4设置有电瓶插口和充电接口,两个底座2之间设置有升降气缸5,升降气缸5连接有充电桩6,充电桩6下端设置有软线缆7;充电支架4还设置有电瓶温度传感器和信号接口,升降气缸5还连接信号桩8,信号桩8下端设置有软线缆7,舱体内壁上设置有隔氧冷却喷嘴10、烟雾感应器11和火焰探测器12,信号桩8、隔氧冷却喷嘴10、烟雾感应器11和火焰探测器12均与同一控制器连接;底座2下设置有压簧13,底座2通过固定钩与舱体卡接,任一侧的舱体侧壁上设置有弹射舱门,弹射舱门通过挂钩与舱体卡接,固定钩与挂钩均与控制器连接,弹射舱门外设置有沟槽。
每个底座2上设置有导轨14,导轨14上设置充电托盘3,导轨可以用来对充电托盘的位置进行微调,使充电接口与下方的充电桩位置对正。
充电托盘3下端面设置有开口,充电支架4的下端面对应开口处设置有充电接口,充电托盘与充电支架分体式设计,同一充电托盘能够匹配不同规格的充电支架,降低了成本。
隔氧冷却喷嘴10连接有氮气储罐。
沟槽底部设置有重力感应阀门,重力感应阀门通过连通管连接有安定液(具有灭火作用的液体)储罐或水储罐。
工作原理:
将待充电的电瓶放入电瓶插口,然后将充电托盘放在导轨上,升降气缸上升使充电桩和信号桩分别插入充电接口和信号接口;
当电瓶充电过程中检测到充电电流和电瓶电极(或电瓶本体)温度与正常电瓶充电安全曲线有明显偏差,且温度上升率明显加快,超过设定温度(如50℃)时,充电中断,开启隔氧冷却喷嘴,对充电舱电瓶进行隔氧冷却处理;
当电瓶在充电(储存)过程中检测到电瓶电极(或电瓶本体)温度超限(如55℃)且充电舱内烟雾感应器或火焰探测器动作,则发出火灾报警信号,充电中断,开启隔氧冷却喷嘴,对充电舱电瓶进行隔氧冷却处理,同时,使充电桩和信号桩脱离对应接口并打开弹射舱门,利用压簧将充电托盘按预定轨迹连同燃烧的电瓶一起弹射出充电舱,充电舱内氮气继续喷射,扑灭充电舱内残留火,弹射出的爆燃电瓶和充电托盘按预设的轨迹落入外侧的沟槽内,重力感应阀门感应到爆燃电瓶和充电托盘,对应的沟槽注入安定液或水,将电瓶全淹没灭火,而后由专业人员进行安全处置。
本发明一种移除式安全充电舱,具有燃烧电瓶移除及灭火机制,预防事故发生,安全性强。

1.一种移除式安全充电舱,其特征在于:包括舱体,所述舱体内平行设置有两个底座,所述底座上设置有充电托盘,所述充电托盘上设置有充电支架,所述充电支架设置有电瓶插口和充电接口,所述两个底座之间设置有升降气缸,所述升降气缸连接有充电桩,所述充电桩下端设置有软线缆;
所述充电支架还设置有电瓶温度传感器和信号接口,所述升降气缸还连接信号桩,所述信号桩下端设置有软线缆,所述舱体内壁上设置有隔氧冷却喷嘴、烟雾感应器和火焰探测器,所述信号桩、隔氧冷却喷嘴、烟雾感应器和火焰探测器均与同一控制器连接;
所述底座下设置有压簧,所述底座通过固定钩与所述舱体卡接,所述任一侧的舱体侧壁上设置有弹射舱门,所述弹射舱门通过挂钩与所述舱体卡接,所述固定钩与挂钩均与所述控制器连接,所述弹射舱门外设置有沟槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种移除式安全充电舱,其特征在于:每个所述底座上设置有导轨,所述导轨上设置所述充电托盘。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种移除式安全充电舱,其特征在于:所述充电托盘下端面设置有开口,所述充电支架的下端面对应所述开口处设置有所述充电接口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种移除式安全充电舱,其特征在于:所述隔氧冷却喷嘴连接有氮气储罐。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种移除式安全充电舱,其特征在于:所述沟槽底部设置有重力感应阀门,所述重力感应阀门通过连通管连接有安定液储罐或水储罐。
