Abstract
本发明公开了一种多功能AMOLED屏保护膜,包括PET结构单元,所述PET结构单元上表面设置有离型膜层,所述离型膜层上表面设置有硅酮橡胶层,所述硅酮橡胶层上表面设置多功能层。与现有技术相比,本发明将调色功能的材料添加到PET基材中,实现了调色功能,得到了具有改善AMOLED屏色彩的功能膜,多种功能层具有抗划痕功能、抗反射功能、抗静电功能和防眩功能,使得膜AMOLED屏不仅具有较好的抗蓝光性能,还具有较小的黄色度,提高了所述屏幕保护膜的使用舒适度,另外本发明提供的多功能AMOLED屏膜硬度高、附着力好,结构简单,易于制成,且成本低廉。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保护膜技术领域,具体涉及一种多功能AMOLED屏保护膜。
背景技术
近年来,移动手机、平板电脑、个人电脑等电子产品的使用已相当普及,在移动和使用的过程中,其表面会产生大量静电,导致其表面很容易受到接触性污染,对电子产品的寿命和正常使用会造成很大影响。此外,当将薄膜基材、玻璃盖板等多层结构组装后,往往会产生薄膜干涉现象,现有AMOLED屏保护膜功能单一,不易被人所接受,影响了该保护膜的使用效果。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供了一种多功能AMOLED屏保护膜。
本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种多功能AMOLED屏保护膜,包括PET结构单元,所述PET结构单元上表面设置有离型膜层,所述离型膜层上表面设置有硅酮橡胶层,所述硅酮橡胶层上表面设置多功能层。
所述离型膜层选自PET离型膜、PE离型膜、OPP离型膜、单硅离型膜、PC离型膜或PMMA离型膜,所述离型膜层的厚度为75-125μm。
所述多功能层是具有选自抗划痕功能、抗反射功能、抗静电功能和防眩功能的一种或者多种功能的结构层。
所述PET结构单元的可见光透过率为50-70%,优选为60%。
所述硅酮橡胶层由含有加成型有机多分子硅醚的硅酮橡胶和基于有机多分子硅醚的铂催化剂加工形成。
所述硅酮橡胶层上表面通过粘合剂与多功能层形成致密的结构。
所述PET结构单元是将透明的PET材料加热,得到熔融状态的PET材料;将无机颜料、有机颜料和染料中的一种或多种加入到熔融状态的PET材料中;得到的产物中加入分散剂及稳定剂,混合均匀,得到着色的所述PET结构单元。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明将调色功能的材料添加到PET基材中,实现了调色功能,得到了具有改善AMOLED屏色彩的功能膜,多种功能层具有抗划痕功能、抗反射功能、抗静电功能和防眩功能,使得膜AMOLED屏不仅具有较好的抗蓝光性能,还具有较小的黄色度,提高了所述屏幕保护膜的使用舒适度,另外本发明提供的多功能AMOLED屏膜硬度高、附着力好,结构简单,易于制成,且成本低廉。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例 一种多功能AMOLED屏保护膜,包括PET结构单元,所述PET结构单元上表面设置有离型膜层,所述离型膜层上表面设置有硅酮橡胶层,所述硅酮橡胶层上表面设置多功能层。
所述离型膜层选自PET离型膜、PE离型膜、OPP离型膜、单硅离型膜、PC离型膜或PMMA离型膜,所述离型膜层的厚度为75-125μm。
所述多功能层是具有选自抗划痕功能、抗反射功能、抗静电功能和防眩功能的一种或者多种功能的结构层。
所述PET结构单元的可见光透过率为50-70%,优选为60%。
所述硅酮橡胶层由含有加成型有机多分子硅醚的硅酮橡胶和基于有机多分子硅醚的铂催化剂加工形成。
所述硅酮橡胶层上表面通过粘合剂与多功能层形成致密的结构。所述PET结构单元是将透明的PET材料加热,得到熔融状态的PET材料;将无机颜料、有机颜料和染料中的一种或多种加入到熔融状态的PET材料中;得到的产物中加入分散剂及稳定剂,混合均匀,得到着色的所述PET结构单元。

Claims (7)
1.一种多功能AMOLED屏保护膜,包括PET结构单元,其特征在于,所述PET结构单元上表面设置有离型膜层,所述离型膜层上表面设置有硅酮橡胶层,所述硅酮橡胶层上表面设置多功能层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能AMOLED屏保护膜,其特征在于:所述离型膜层选自PET离型膜、PE离型膜、OPP离型膜、单硅离型膜、PC离型膜或PMMA离型膜,所述离型膜层的厚度为75-125μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能AMOLED屏保护膜,其特征在于:所述多功能层是具有选自抗划痕功能、抗反射功能、抗静电功能和防眩功能的一种或者多种功能的结构层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能AMOLED屏保护膜,其特征在于:所述PET结构单元的可见光透过率为50-70%,优选为60%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能AMOLED屏保护膜,其特征在于:所述硅酮橡胶层由含有加成型有机多分子硅醚的硅酮橡胶和基于有机多分子硅醚的铂催化剂加工形成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能AMOLED屏保护膜,其特征在于:所述硅酮橡胶层上表面通过粘合剂与多功能层形成致密的结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能AMOLED屏保护膜,其特征在于:所述PET结构单元是将透明的PET材料加热,得到熔融状态的PET材料;将无机颜料、有机颜料和染料中的一种或多种加入到熔融状态的PET材料中;得到的产物中加入分散剂及稳定剂,混合均匀,得到着色的所述PET结构单元。
