背景技术
饲料添加剂加工粉碎机,主要用于粉碎各种饲料和各种组合饲料,饲料粉碎的目的是增加饲料表面,提高适口性,有利于提高消化率,更好吸收饲料营养成分。饲料粉碎机的粉碎原理是,利用辊、锤片或齿爪的高速旋转,实现饲料的粉碎,粉碎后的饲料经过筛选,最终从粉碎机的出口处落出。
现有的饲料添加剂加工粉碎机的挤压辊与腔体距离太近,饲料或添加剂量大时可能会造成堵塞。因此,有必要提供一种饲料添加剂加工粉碎机,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种饲料添加剂加工粉碎机,以解决现有的饲料添加剂加工粉碎机的挤压辊与腔体距离太近,饲料或添加剂量大时可能会造成堵塞的问题。同时,本发明还提供了一种饲料添加剂加工粉碎机的挤压辊及其制造工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种饲料添加剂加工粉碎机,包括:底座、设于所述底座上的腔体;所述腔体包括饲料进料口和添加剂进料口;所述饲料进料口下方设有饲料粉碎腔;所述添加剂进料口下方设有添加剂粉碎腔;所述饲料粉碎腔和添加剂粉碎腔内均设有挤压辊;所述饲料粉碎腔和添加剂粉碎腔底部相连通,形成混合腔;所述挤压辊包括挤压柱和位于所述挤压柱两端的转轴;所述挤压柱上设有沿所述挤压柱周向设置的导料槽。
所述挤压辊下方设有滤网。
所述混合腔侧部设有进风口。
一种饲料添加剂加工粉碎机的挤压辊,包括挤压柱和位于所述挤压柱两端的转轴;所述挤压柱上设有沿所述挤压柱周向设置的导料槽。
一种饲料添加剂加工粉碎机的挤压辊的制造工艺,步骤如下:
①、构造及成型
挤压辊包括挤压柱和位于挤压柱两端的转轴,挤压柱上设有沿其周向设置的导料槽;
转轴材质为碳素钢;挤压柱的材质为橡胶,通过热熔方式组装在转轴上;导料槽是通过切刀在挤压柱上切削加工形成;
②、挤压柱表面耐磨处理
对于挤压柱的表面喷涂耐磨处理液,喷涂结束需要通风静置24小时以上,然后烘干;
耐磨处理液的组分为:丙烯酸树脂35份、饱和聚酯树脂30份、交联剂10份、溶剂10份、雪莲内酯4份和氰烯菌酯2份。
本发明所具有的优点与效果是:
1)、饲料添加剂加工粉碎机,包括:底座、设于所述底座上的腔体;所述腔体包括饲料进料口和添加剂进料口;所述饲料进料口下方设有饲料粉碎腔;所述添加剂进料口下方设有添加剂粉碎腔;所述饲料粉碎腔和添加剂粉碎腔内均设有挤压辊;所述饲料粉碎腔和添加剂粉碎腔底部相连通,形成混合腔;所述挤压辊包括挤压柱和位于所述挤压柱两端的转轴;所述挤压柱上设有沿所述挤压柱周向设置的导料槽;可解决现有的饲料添加剂加工粉碎机的挤压辊与腔体距离太近,饲料或添加剂量大时可能会造成堵塞的问题。
2)、一种饲料添加剂加工粉碎机的挤压辊及其制造工艺,产品结构设计合理,通过在挤压辊制造工艺中增加了挤压柱表面耐磨预处理的加工,从而使挤压柱的耐磨性能变得更强,使用过程中无需经常更换。

如图1至图2所示,本发明提供一种饲料添加剂加工粉碎机,包括:底座1、设于底座1上的腔体2;腔体2包括饲料进料口3和添加剂进料口4;饲料进料口3下方设有饲料粉碎腔30;添加剂进料口4下方设有添加剂粉碎腔40;饲料粉碎腔30和添加剂粉碎腔40内均设有挤压辊31;饲料粉碎腔30和添加剂粉碎腔40底部相连通,形成混合腔50。饲料和添加剂分别从饲料进料口3和添加剂进料口4进入,并通过挤压辊31进行粉碎,并在混合腔50进行混合。
具体地,挤压辊31包括挤压柱312和位于挤压柱312两端的转轴311;挤压柱312上设有沿挤压柱312周向设置的导料槽313,即使饲料或添加剂量大也不会造成堵塞的问题。
进一步,挤压辊31下方设有滤网6,可对饲料和添加剂进行过滤,拦截未被粉碎的较大颗粒。混合腔50侧部设有进风口5,可向混合腔50内送风,使饲料和添加剂混合更加均匀。
实施例2
一种饲料添加剂加工粉碎机的挤压辊的制造工艺,步骤如下:
①、构造及成型
挤压辊包括挤压柱和位于挤压柱两端的转轴,挤压柱上设有沿其周向设置的导料槽;
转轴材质为碳素钢;挤压柱的材质为橡胶,通过热熔方式组装在转轴上;导料槽是通过切刀在挤压柱上切削加工形成;
②、挤压柱表面耐磨处理
对于挤压柱的表面喷涂耐磨处理液,喷涂结束需要通风静置24小时以上,然后烘干;
耐磨处理液的组分为:丙烯酸树脂35份、饱和聚酯树脂30份、交联剂10份、溶剂10份、雪莲内酯4份和氰烯菌酯2份。
