本发明提供了一种EDI专用膜生产配方,其特点是阴膜配方原料以及原料重量份为:阴离子树脂,5000~7000份;低密度聚乙烯(LDPE),1500~2500份;聚异丁烯(PIB),300~600份;丁苯橡胶400~800份,乙烯‑辛烯弹性体100~500份,聚乙烯蜡30~80份;单甘脂10~20份;抗氧剂,3~5份;阳膜配方原料以及原料重量份为:阳离子树脂,6000~8000份;低密度聚乙烯(LDPE),1000~1800份;聚异丁烯(PIB),300~600份;丁苯橡胶400~800份,乙烯‑辛烯弹性体100~500份,聚乙烯蜡30~80份;芥酸酰胺,10~20份;抗氧剂,3~5份。其具有高含水量,高离子交换容量,优良的选择透过率,低膜面电阻,膜的机械强度高、爆破强度大、透水率小、盐扩散系数低。

Description

一种EDI专用膜生产配方
技术领域
本发明涉及一种EDI专用膜生产配方。
背景技术
填充床电渗析除盐器(简称EDI)用异相离子交换膜,以其优异独特的技术性能将电渗析技术与离子交换技术相融合,无需酸碱处理连续制取高纯水,广泛用于半导体工业、发电工业、工业锅炉用水的进水、电子、医药、生物技术等行业,以及实验室用水。该产品的研制成功和推广应用,意味着异相离子交换膜的应用领域向高层次推进,开创了膜分离技术的又一大变革。
EDI膜含有足够的固定基团和可解离的离子,对溶液中离子具有选择透过性和导电性,其次,以高度致密性,极大地减小了水的渗透率和盐的扩散量。阳膜具有强酸性活性交换基团R-SO3-(构成负电场)和可解离离子H+,带正电荷的离子易吸收通过;阴膜具有强碱性活性交换基团R-CH2N+(CH3)3(构成正电场)和可解离离子Cl-,带负电荷的离子易吸收通过。

有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种具有高含水量,高离子交换容量,优良的选择透过率,低膜面电阻,膜的机械强度高、爆破强度大、透水率小、盐扩散系数低的一种EDI专用膜生产配方。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种EDI专用膜生产配方,其中:
阴膜配方原料以及原料重量份为:阴离子树脂,5000~7000份;低密度聚乙烯(LDPE),1500~2500份;聚异丁烯(PIB),300~600份;丁苯橡胶400~800份,乙烯-辛烯弹性体100~500份,聚乙烯蜡30~80份;单甘脂10~20份;抗氧剂,3~5份;
阳膜配方原料以及原料重量份为:阳离子树脂,6000~8000份;低密度聚乙烯(LDPE),1000~1800份;聚异丁烯(PIB),300~600份;丁苯橡胶400~800份,乙烯-辛烯弹性体100~500份,聚乙烯蜡30~80份;芥酸酰胺,10~20份;抗氧剂,3~5份。

阳膜配方原料以及原料重量份为:阳离子树脂,6000~8000份;低密度聚乙烯(LDPE),1000~1800份;聚异丁烯(PIB),300~600份;丁苯橡胶400~800份,乙烯-辛烯弹性体100~500份,聚乙烯蜡30~80份;芥酸酰胺,10~20份;抗氧剂,3~5份。
