本发明涉及一种副仪表板超声波焊接机。它包括机架,所述机架上设有多个焊接工位,所述焊接工位上设有焊接机构,所述焊接机构包括吊臂、万向节、气缸座、伸缩气缸、换能器安装座、超声波换能器、以及超声波焊接头,所述吊臂设于机架上,所述气缸座通过万向节转动设置在吊臂上,所述气缸座上设有滑轨,换能器安装座滑动设置于滑轨上,所述伸缩气缸与换能器安装座驱动连接,所述超声波换能器安装于换能器安装座上,所述超声波焊接头与超声波换能器连接。本发明包括多个焊接工位,可以同时对不同工件的焊接点进行焊接,或者可以同时对同一工件的多个焊接点进行焊接,本发明结构紧凑、自动化程度低、工件焊接效率高,特别适合汽车副仪表板的制作。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种超声波焊接设备,特别是一种副仪表板超声波焊接机。
背景技术
随着各行各业的飞速发展,塑料焊接行业也面临新的机遇和挑战。目前,常用超声波焊接机对塑料件进行焊接。超声波焊接机是一种运用超声技术的特种焊接设备,超声波焊接机在焊接塑料制品时,既不要添加任何粘接剂、填料或溶剂,也不消耗大量热源,具有操作简单,焊接强度高的优点。传统超声波焊接机只具有单个焊接工位,焊接效率低下,自动程度低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、工件焊接效率高、自动化程度高的副仪表板超声波焊接机。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种副仪表板超声波焊接机,包括机架,所述机架上设有多个焊接工位,所述焊接工位上设有夹具组件和焊接机构,所述夹具组件位于焊接机构下方,所述焊接机构包括吊臂、万向节、气缸座、伸缩气缸、换能器安装座、超声波换能器、以及超声波焊接头,所述吊臂设于机架上,所述气缸座通过万向节转动设置在吊臂上,所述气缸座上设有滑轨,换能器安装座滑动设置于滑轨上,所述伸缩气缸与换能器安装座驱动连接,所述超声波换能器安装于换能器安装座上,所述超声波焊接头与超声波换能器连接。
本发明还可以做以下进一步改进。
所述焊接工位上还设有水平送料机构,所述夹具组件设于水平送料机构上。
所述水平送料机构包括伺服电机、丝杆传动组件、直线导轨和移动座,丝杆传动组件包括丝杆和螺母块,螺母块与移动座固定连接,所述夹具组件设于移动座,移动座滑动设置在直线导轨上,所述丝杆和螺母块螺纹连接,所述伺服电机与丝杆驱动连接。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明包括多个焊接工位,可以同时对不同工件的焊接点进行焊接,或者可以同时对同一工件的多个焊接点进行焊接,本发明结构紧凑、自动化程度低、工件焊接效率高,特别适合汽车副仪表板的制作。本发明不仅能有效地节省人力,且提高了加工效率和加质量,适于批量化加工。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例一,参见图1至图3所示,一种副仪表板超声波焊接机,包括机架1,所述机架1上设有多个焊接工位2,所述焊接工位2上设有夹具组件4和焊接机构3,所述夹具组件4位于焊接机构3下方,所述焊接机构3包括吊臂31、万向节30、气缸座32、伸缩气缸33、换能器安装座34、超声波换能器35、以及超声波焊接头36,所述气缸座32通过万向节30转动设置在吊臂31上,所述气缸座32上设有滑轨37,换能器安装座34滑动设置于滑轨37上,所述伸缩气缸33与换能器安装座34驱动连接,所述超声波换能器35安装于换能器安装座34上,所述超声波焊接头36与超声波换能器35连接。
本发明还可以做以下进一步改进。
所述焊接工位2上还设有水平送料机构5,所述夹具组件4设于水平送料机构5上。
所述水平送料机构5包括伺服电机51、丝杆传动组件52、直线导轨54和移动座53,丝杆传动组件52包括丝杆521、螺母块522,螺母块522与移动座53固定连接,夹具组件4设于移动座53上,移动座滑动设置在直线导轨54上,所述丝杆521和螺母块522螺纹连接,所述伺服电机51与丝杆521驱动连接。
所述机架1上还设有用于为焊接机构和夹具组件等供电的控制电箱11和用于供人们控制焊接机构和夹具组件运作的控制触摸屏12,所述控制触摸屏12、控制电箱11以及焊接机构三者相互电性连接。
本发明的工作原理是:
焊接时,本发明分别通过伸缩气缸和万向节30来控制超声波焊接头的伸缩和旋转,超声波焊接头抵接到塑料件(焊接点)后开始进行加热焊接,从而实现对工件的不同位置进行焊接,本发明适合一些复杂工件和焊接位置的焊接。
在焊接前、后,本发明可以通过水平送料机构送进和送出工件,本发明伺服电机驱动丝杆旋转,丝杆通过螺母块带动移动座沿着直线导轨移动,送出工件后,水平送料机构复位,为下一次送料做准备。

1.副仪表板超声波焊接机,包括机架(1),所述机架(1)上设有多个焊接工位(2),所述焊接工位(2)上设有夹具组件(4)和焊接机构(3),所述夹具组件(4)位于焊接机构(3)下方,所述焊接机构(3)包括吊臂(31)、万向节(30)、气缸座(32)、伸缩气缸(33)、换能器安装座(34)、超声波换能器(35)以及超声波焊接头(36),所述吊臂(31)设于机架(1)上,所述气缸座(32)通过万向节(30)转动设置在吊臂(31)上,所述气缸座(32)上设有滑轨(37),换能器安装座(34)滑动设置于滑轨(37)上,所述伸缩气缸(33)与换能器安装座(34)驱动连接,所述超声波换能器(35)安装于换能器安装座(34)上,所述超声波焊接头(36)与超声波换能器(35)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的副仪表板超声波焊接机,其特征在于, 所述焊接工位(2)上还设有水平送料机构(5),所述夹具组件(4)设于水平送料机构(5)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的副仪表板超声波焊接机,其特征在于,所述水平送料机构(5)包括伺服电机(51)、丝杆传动组件(52)、直线导轨(54)以及移动座(53),丝杆传动组件(52)包括丝杆(521)和螺母块(522),螺母块(522)与移动座(53)固定连接,所述夹具组件(4)设于移动座(53)上,移动座(53)滑动设置在直线导轨(54)上,所述丝杆(521)和螺母块(522)螺纹连接,所述伺服电机(51)与丝杆(521)驱动连接。
