背景技术
羊毛作为一种高档的纺织原料,具有优良的弹性和保暖性,可以形成多种具有独特风格的织物,深受大众的喜爱,但羊毛纤维有疏水性外表皮层和致密的鳞片层,使得羊毛染色中常常出现染色不匀现象,并且羊毛纤维染色牢度较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种羊毛衫染色工艺。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种羊毛衫染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)预处理:将羊毛衫采用温水浸泡10-12min,然后向温水中添加其质量5-8%的葡萄籽提取液,继续保温浸泡10-15min,然后取出,自然沥干;所述葡萄籽提取液由葡萄籽与水按1:50质量比例混合后,进行打浆,然后加热至80℃,保温2小时,然后过滤固体滤渣,得滤液,浓缩至滤液原体积的五分之一,即得;
(2)表面改性处理:将步骤(1)处理后的羊毛衫放入密闭真空金属容器中,对真空金属容器内中施加100-150T的磁场,同时向真空容器中充入低压含氮气体,并在真空容器中放入一根碳棒,以金属溶液为阴极,以碳棒为阳极,对阴极与阳极之间加上350-400V电压,将羊毛衫放在阴极与阳极之间,处理50-70s,然后取出羊毛衫;
(3)染色:将步骤(2)处理后的羊毛衫浸入染缸中的染液中,在60-70℃下处理15-18min,所述染液的pH为5.5-5.8;
(4)固色:将染液温度降低至35-40℃,向染液中添加其质量2.5-3.0%的明胶与丙氨酸交联物,超声处理3-5min,然后静置5-8min,取出,自然晾干,即可。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中温水的温度为35℃。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中低压含氮气体,低压压力为30KPa,含氮气体为氮气、氨气中的任一种。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中染液为每升包含0.2-0.4g的酸性染料、0.3-0.5g 的甲基纤维素、0.010-0.012g硫酸钠和 0.2-0.8g 的冰醋酸,其余为水。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)中明胶与丙氨酸交联物的制备方法为:
(1)取重量份为1.2份的明胶加入其质量10倍的水中,加热搅拌,使得其彻底溶解,制得明胶水溶液待用;取重量份为2份的丙氨酸加入其质量10倍的质量分数为1.5%的盐酸溶液,得到混合酸溶液;
(2)取步骤(1)所述明胶水溶液,向其添加质量分数为0.2%的自戊二醛水溶液,混合体积比为5:1,加热至60℃,保温20min然后再添加明胶水溶液质量20%的混合酸溶液,以500r/min转速搅拌15min,然后进行旋转蒸发浓缩,得到明胶与丙氨酸交联物。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点: 本发明通过对羊毛衫的表面改性处理,在阴阳极之间加上几百伏的直流电压,使得两极之间的稀薄气体被电离产生辉光放电,使得容器中产生大量的电子和离子,通过外加的磁场,能够使得大量电子定向移动,尤其是使得羊毛衫纤维表面附带有大量的均匀的正电荷,以此,在进行染色时,能够使得羊毛纤维与染料阴离子亲和力显著增加,染料上染速度加快,同时,染料与羊毛纤维以离子键相结合,形成作用力更强的化学键,同时,在进行固色处理时,通过采用明胶与丙氨酸交联物的作用,能够进一步的加强羊毛纤维表面依附的结合力较弱的染料分子与羊毛纤维之间的作用力,从而进一步的提高固色效果,进而提高羊毛衫染色后的耐洗刷效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种羊毛衫染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)预处理:将羊毛衫采用温水浸泡10min,然后向温水中添加其质量5%的葡萄籽提取液,继续保温浸泡10min,然后取出,自然沥干;所述葡萄籽提取液由葡萄籽与水按1:50质量比例混合后,进行打浆,然后加热至80℃,保温2小时,然后过滤固体滤渣,得滤液,浓缩至滤液原体积的五分之一,即得;

(4)固色:将染液温度降低至40℃,向染液中添加其质量3.0%的明胶与丙氨酸交联物,超声处理5min,然后静置8min,取出,自然晾干,即可。

进一步的,所述步骤(2)中低压含氮气体,低压压力为30KPa,含氮气体为氮气、氨气中的任一种。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中染液为每升包含0.4g的酸性染料、0.5g 的甲基纤维素、0.012g硫酸钠和0.8g 的冰醋酸,其余为水。

匀染效果测试
进行匀染度( Sr) 计算,分析羊毛织物的匀染效果;在染色时,先投入第一块待染物,第4、10、18min时再依次投入相同大小的待染物,然后达到染色时间后一并取出,晾干后,采用测色配色仪测定第一块与其余三块的色差(均染度),色差越小,则均染性越好;
耐洗色牢度:GB /T 3921. 1—1997《纺织品 色牢度试验 耐洗色牢度》
采用实施例与对比例方法对相同大小的羊毛衫进行染色,对比上染百分率:
