本发明公开了一种新型的装饰板,该装饰板由四层材料构成,四层材料依次为:装饰板层,第一SMC复合材料层,阻燃PP蜂窝结构层,第二SMC复合材料层,层与层之间通过丙烯酸粘结剂固定。所述第一SMC复合材料层和第二SMC复合材料层由树脂材料345重量份、引发剂6重量份、润湿分散剂5重量份、脱模剂12重量份、阻聚剂0.5重量份、填料600重量份、增稠剂9.1重量份、增强材料326重量份制备而成。本发明所述的新型装饰板具有优良的阻燃性能、极低的吸水率、优异的耐冲击性能,且密度小、保温节能功能好,是一种优质的装饰板材。

一种新型的装饰板
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰材料技术领域,具体涉及一种制作家具的新型装饰板。
背景技术
装饰板是一种家具、装饰用人造板材,它是将多种专用纸张经过化学处理后,用高温高压胶合剂制成的热固性层积塑料,板面具有各种木纹或图案,光亮平整,色泽鲜艳美观,同时具有较高的耐磨、耐热、耐寒、防火等良好的物理性能,许多高级房舍、餐饮、酒店的墙壁、屋顶大都采用这种装饰板进行装饰。这种装饰板在很多场合使用时都需要有承载体,目前装饰板的承载体主要是木制层压板或蜂窝夹芯板。单纯使用木制层压板作为装饰板的承载体,其阻燃性、防吸水性较差;而单纯使用蜂窝作为装饰板的承载体,则其强度难以满足要求,很容易造成装饰板的破损,影响正常使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有承载体的新型的装饰板,该装饰板阻燃性能突出,同时具有高强度、低吸水性,并且整体密度要低于使用木制层压板作为承载体的装饰板。
为了实现上述目的,发明人提供了以下技术方案。
一种新型的装饰板,由四层材料构成,所述四层材料依次为:装饰板层,第一SMC复合材料层,阻燃PP蜂窝结构层,第二SMC复合材料层,层与层之间通过丙烯酸粘结剂固定。
上述新型的装饰板,所述第一SMC复合材料层厚度为1mm,阻燃PP蜂窝结构层厚度为18mm,第二SMC复合材料层的厚度为1mm。
上述新型的装饰板,所述第一SMC复合材料层和第二SMC复合材料层由以下原材料制备而成:树脂材料345重量份、引发剂6重量份、润湿分散剂5重量份、脱模剂12重量份、阻聚剂0.5重量份、填料600重量份、增稠剂9.1重量份、增强材料326重量份。
上述新型的装饰板,所述树脂材料为不饱和聚酯树脂、聚醚砜树脂和聚醋酸乙烯酯的混合物;所述引发剂为过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、所述润湿分散剂为BYK-W9010、所述脱模剂为BYK-P9080、所述阻聚剂为对苯醌、所述填料为氢氧化铝和碳酸钙的混合物、所述增稠剂为氧化镁、所述增强材料为玻璃纤维。
优选的,上述新型的装饰板,所述第一SMC复合材料层和第二SMC复合材料层由以下原材料制备而成:不饱和聚酯树脂220重量份、聚醚砜树脂100重量份和聚醋酸乙烯酯25重量份、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯6重量份、5重量份的BYK-W9010、12重量份的BYK-P9080、对苯醌0.5重量份、氢氧化铝500重量份、碳酸钙100重量份、氧化镁9.1重量份、玻璃纤维326重量份。
上述新型的装饰板,所述氢氧化铝的粒径优选为1200目,所述氧化镁的粒径优选为600目,所述玻璃纤维优选为无碱玻璃纤维。
上述新型的装饰板,所述阻燃PP蜂窝结构层的最小蜂窝单元格为正六边形,边长为10mm;所述阻燃PP蜂窝结构层中所使用的阻燃PP的阻燃等级为V1级或V1级以上。
本发明同时还提供了制备SMC复合材料层的方法,其操作步骤包括:
a. 根据SMC复合材料层的原材料组成称取各物料;
b. 依次将称取的树脂材料、阻聚剂、引发剂投入混料容器中进行搅拌,搅拌转速为600r/min,搅拌时间依次为10min、2min、3min;再同时投入润湿分散剂和脱模剂进行搅拌,搅拌转速为600r/min,搅拌时间为5min;然后调整搅拌转速为100r/min,投入填料,等全部填料混匀后,再把搅拌转速调整为600r/min,搅拌20min,得到树脂体系;
c. 将步骤b得到的树脂体系静置2小时,然后将静置后的树脂体系和配方组成中的剩余物料投入到SMC片材机中制备得到片材半成品;
d. 将步骤c得到的片材置于35℃-40℃的恒温室中,放置24-48小时,即得到SMC复合材料层的片材。
SMC复合材料层的片材采用模压工艺制成板材即可用于生产本发明所述的新型装饰板。经模压工艺制成的板材还可用于生产各种产品。
本发明所述的润湿分散剂BYK-W9010、所述的脱模剂BYK-W9080均为德国毕克化学有限公司生产的BYK系列助剂。所述装饰板层可选用热固性层积塑料,厚度根据具体用途任意选择。
本发明所提供的新型装饰板的优势在于:
① 新型装饰板具有优良的阻燃性能,阻燃级别达到了VO级。
② 新型装饰板具有极低的吸水率,将其浸泡到水中24h其吸水率≤0.1%。
③ 新型装饰板具有非常优异的耐冲击性,其蜂窝空芯位置的耐冲击强度≥90KJ/㎡。
④ 新型装饰板密度低,其整体密度可达到0.78g/cm³,施工方便。
⑤ 新型装饰板由于具有蜂窝结构,热传导降低,保温节能的功能得到了提高。
⑥ 新型装饰板可根据使用需求,尺寸、表面图文进行量身定制。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明所述内容做进一步详细的说明。
实施例1 SMC复合材料层的制备
表1中各符号的含义为:
UPR:不饱和聚酯树脂
PES:聚醚砜树脂
PVAc:聚醋酸乙烯酯
TBPB:过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯
BQ:对苯醌
Al(OH)3:氢氧化铝
CaCO3:碳酸钙
MgO:氧化镁
GF:玻璃纤维,选用欧文斯科宁复合材料(中国)有限公司生产的P204-4800无碱玻璃纤维。
生产过程:
1.1混料(树脂体系)
1.1.1按照表1中的配方,依次称量出各种材料(除增稠剂和增强材料外);
1.1.2将称量的树脂1、树脂2、树脂3通过输送系统投入混料容器中,高速搅拌(600r/min)10min(混料1);
1.1.3将称量的阻聚剂投放到混料容器中高速搅拌(600r/min)2min(混料2);
1.1.4将称量的引发剂投放到混料容器中高速搅拌(600r/min)3min(混料3);
1.1.5将称量的润湿分散剂和脱模剂投放到混料容器中高速搅拌(600r/min)5min(混料4);
1.1.6将搅拌转速调到100r/min,将称量的填料1和填料2通过输送系统投入混料容器中,等填料完全融入树脂混匀后,再把搅拌转速调整到600r/min,搅拌20min(混料5);
1.2 片材的生产
1.2.1将上述的树脂体系,静置2小时,准备开始生产片材;
1.2.2设置SMC片材机组的控制系统参数,将树脂体系含量调整为74.3%,玻璃纤维含量调整为25%,将增稠剂含量调整为0.7%;
1.2.3将树脂体系和增稠剂分别通过计量泵输送到SMC片材机组的混料系统,进行混配(“混料6”);
1.2.4将“1.2.3”的“混料6”通过输送管道,分别进入SMC片材机组的A槽(上面的槽)和B槽(下面的槽),A、B槽的底部预先分别铺放PE薄膜;
1.2.5 连续的玻璃纤维通过SMC片材机组的切纱系统,被均匀的切成25.4mm的玻璃纤维,并均匀的落到通过B槽且黏附了“混料6”的PE薄膜上;
1.2.6启动片材机组,下PE薄膜放卷,经过B槽下树脂刮刀后,薄膜被均匀的涂覆一定厚度(比如1mm)的混料6,当其经过纤维沉降区时,被切成一定长度的玻璃纤维沉降其上,承载了玻璃纤维的PE薄膜,在浸渍区与同样方式涂覆混料6的上薄膜复合,并充分的对玻纤充分的浸渍;
1.2.7将“1.2.6”得到的半成品通过SMC片材机组的收卷系统,对其进行装箱;
1.2.8将“1.2.7”得到的半成品转运到温度控制在35℃-40℃的恒温室中,进行稠化24-48小时,即得到SMC复合材料层的片材。
1.3 板材的生产
1.3.1生产前的准备
将模具安装到SMC压机上,将模具设置温度为135℃,SMC压机压力设置为25MN,保压时间为60s;
准备“1.2.8”的SMC片材,其重量为5.4kg;
清除模具上下表面残余毛边、残料等杂物。
1.3.2压制
将SMC片材铺放到模具上,启动压机,对其进行压制,SMC压机自身进行保温保压。
1.3.3产品脱模
当保温保压结束,SMC压机自动回程,将模具打开后,启动顶出按钮将产品顶出。待产品完全脱离模具后,将产品从模具上取出,放置到定型工装上。
1.3.4后处理
打磨掉产品飞边,禁止磕碰划伤产品,产品边缘也不得有锯齿等不良现象,即得24000*1200*1mm的SMC复合材料层的板材。
发明人对制备得到的SMC复合材料层进行了性能检测,结果如表2所示。
实施例2 新型装饰板的生产
2.1将SMC复合材料板平板铺放到生产平台上,使用喷枪将丙烯酸粘接剂均匀的喷涂SMC复合材料板的上表面;
2.2将18mm厚的阻燃PP蜂窝板放置到“2.1”的平板上;
2.3将另一块SMC复合材料板使用喷枪将丙烯酸粘接剂均匀的喷涂其表面,然后把此板含胶面压覆并粘结到阻燃PP蜂窝板上;
2.4对“2.3”的SMC复合材料板的另一面,使用喷枪将丙烯酸粘接剂均匀的喷涂其表面,将装饰板铺放并粘覆在此SMC复合材料板上,并使其表面平整。
2.5待丙烯酸粘结剂固化后,即得本发明所述新型的装饰板。
发明人将本发明所述的新型装饰板的性能与传统装饰板的性能进行了对比,具体如表3所示。

1.一种新型的装饰板,其特征在于,由四层材料构成,所述四层材料依次为:装饰板层,第一SMC复合材料层,阻燃PP蜂窝结构层,第二SMC复合材料层,层与层之间通过丙烯酸粘结剂固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的装饰板,其特征在于,第一SMC复合材料层厚度为1mm,阻燃PP蜂窝结构层厚度为18mm,第二SMC复合材料层的厚度为1mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型的装饰板,其特征在于,所述第一SMC复合材料层和第二SMC复合材料层由以下原材料制备而成:树脂材料345重量份、引发剂6重量份、润湿分散剂5重量份、脱模剂12重量份、阻聚剂0.5重量份、填料600重量份、增稠剂9.1重量份、增强材料326重量份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型的装饰板,其特征在于,所述树脂材料为不饱和聚酯树脂、聚醚砜树脂和聚醋酸乙烯酯的混合物;所述引发剂为过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、所述润湿分散剂为BYK-W9010、所述脱模剂为BYK-P9080、所述阻聚剂为对苯醌、所述填料为氢氧化铝和碳酸钙的混合物、所述增稠剂为氧化镁、所述增强材料为玻璃纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的装饰板,其特征在于,所述第一SMC复合材料层和第二SMC复合材料层由以下原材料制备而成:不饱和聚酯树脂220重量份、聚醚砜树脂100重量份和聚醋酸乙烯酯25重量份、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯6重量份、5重量份的BYK-W9010、12重量份的BYK-P9080、对苯醌0.5重量份、氢氧化铝500重量份、碳酸钙100重量份、氧化镁9.1重量份、玻璃纤维326重量份。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种新型的装饰板,其特征在于,所述氢氧化铝的粒径为1200目。
7.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种新型的装饰板,其特征在于,所述氧化镁的粒径为600目。
8.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种新型的装饰板,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维为无碱玻璃纤维。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的装饰板,其特征在于,所述阻燃PP蜂窝结构层的最小蜂窝单元格为正六边形,边长为10mm。
10.根据权利要求1、2或9所述的一种新型的装饰板,其特征在于,所述阻燃PP蜂窝结构层中所使用的阻燃PP的阻燃等级为V1级或V1级以上。
